A salon that has multiple locations around the city cancelled my pedicure (yet again) the day of the appointment and I was so glad to find Kyaris at The Pearl with same day availability. I enjoyed the Signature pedicure and could not be happier. I will definitely be returning to see Kyaris for my next pedi! read more

Went to this nail salon for the first time today and I had a really great experience. I saw Lynn for a gel mani and pedi. She was wonderful to chat with. She is very good at what she does! She made me feel very comfortable and she did a beautiful job with my nails and my skin. I would recommend her to anyone, and I plan to return to see her again in the future. As for the salon itself, it is quiet and comfortable. They had a few different TVs on and they had music playing in the background. The pedicure chairs had a massaging function, which was kind of cool. It looked very clean and well-maintained. What I loved was that they had me wash my hands prior - and the hand washing station had clean towels as well as clean brushes for clients to brush under the nails before the manicure service. Also, they used a bag for the pedicure tub. That shows me that they care about hygiene, which is very important. Excellent place to visit and would highly recommend to anyone! read more

Customer service was 10/10 (Lynn will forever be my nail technician). Nails was 10/10 (zero imperfections that bothered me or was visible, I'm very picky to ). The vibe is as 10/10. Calm salon, good music, very aesthetic inside and outside.Would definitely recommend if your looking to get your nails done. read more

I had been looking for a new place to get my nails done in Columbus for a while and decided to try this place out after reading all the good reviews. I saw Lynn for an acrylic balance the first time I went and she was so kind and paid such close attention to detail. I later decided to remove my acrylics and get a gel manicure and Lynn was so careful with the entire process and even gave me extra layers of polish to make sure my nails stayed strong after having my acrylics removed. I have had acrylics on and off for years and my nails are always so damaged after removing them, but Lynn did such an amazing job I felt that my nails were barely damaged. The prices are very reasonable for acrylics and gel services, I felt the dip prices were a little high but I don't typically get dip so if doesn't effect me. You can also tell that they use all new or sanitized products which gives me peace of mind knowing how clean everything is! They use the vagaro app to schedule appointments which makes booking very easy and everyone in the salon is always timely and kind. My nails look great after every gel manicure and barely even chip. My nails after two weeks still look almost new!! read more

I've been to several nail salons in and around Hilliard. This salon, by far, is the cleanest, nicest, and most accommodating salon.

I'll be honest, my feet were a little rough. I got a pedicure. The nail tech didn't blink an eye and dug right. They came out great. Will definitely go there again. read more

Finally found my new nail salon! I've been trying nail salons around the Hilliard area since I moved here about a year ago. Every one had something about it I didn't love. However, my experience at The Pearl Nail Studio was perfect! I walked in without an appointment and they were able to get me in right away for a gel mani. Although this worked for me, I would recommend making an appointment. I guess it's pretty easy, you can do it online. They had tons of great colors to choose from. I chose a bright coral-ish color for our upcoming honeymoon :) The equipment and salon were clean and sanitary. She did a great job shaping my nails and cutting back the cuticle. I'm excited to go back and try a dip mani next! read more

Decided to try this salon for the first time last Saturday. I had a gel manicure appointment and was waited in no time. But my nails started to chip by Monday. Ugh!! I don't think I will be going back any time soon. A week later, my nails look horrible and ready to get them done again! read more

I HIGHLY recommend The Pearl Nail Studio! I've had my nails done there a few times now and each time was a wonderful experience. Most recently, I had an acrylic balance with gel polish done by Lida and she did AMAZING. She kept doing things most nail techs don't usually do. She filed and buffed them down so they aren't super thick which I LOVE and she even took the sander tool (whatever it's called) and got all the old gunky polish and stuff from underneath. We are remodeling our house and my nails were suuuper rough but she was so thorough and got them looking killer again. All of the nail techs there are wonderful, but I'll be booking Lida for my next appointment because I love her style. read more

I have had pedicures done twice a month for almost 8 years. I have never come across one that has been this nice. They got me in pretty quick! Five minute wait tops. The massage was amazing. My feet have literally never been this soft. Was out in less than an hour. Absolutely perfect polish. I highly recommend this salon for all of your mani-pedi needs!!! *note* I had my son step on my toe and went back to have it fixed even slammed they got me right up and fixed it. In and out with dry time in 10. Staff is amazing and even slammed busy was very polite and wonderful. Book them!!! read more

I gave three stars because the girl who did my nails was really nice and fun to talk with. However the dip on my fingernails lasted less than two weeks. I am not hard on my nails so I was very surprised when they chipped off on all my fingers. I have had dip at another salon and never once had an issue so I know dip should not have done this. read more

Im not sure if I left completely satisfied. I just moved to Hilliard and have been looking for a new place to get my nails done. I went for a pedicure, it was a nice experience. The lady was really nice and polite. The place looks clean and well kept. But I was hoping for my feet to end up smoother (like it usually does when I get a pedicure). It wasn't a deep pedicure in getting all the dry dead skin and callousness removed as I expected. One of the nails she cut really deep and it ended up crooked and it was already too short to fix (nothing super noticeable) read more

My second visit went smashingly. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi in preparation for my beach vacation. Alexis H. attended to both my services. She was fun and professional. When she started my French manicure and I mentioned vacation, she asked if I wanted to upgrade to a gel polish because it would last longer (up to 3 weeks). I hestitated because that has always seemed so high maintenance, but then agreed. I'm glad I did, because over a week later my nails still look great. I will go back to Alexis when they need further care. My toes still look great too! read more

I had a great experience here! It was clean and I felt safe due to social distancing and everyone wearing masks. I am rough on my nails but my gel manicure has lasted almost an entire week so far and is still holding strong! read more

Looooved this place! Alexis was my nail tech and she is a gem. I got a gel mani and it looks great! I hope it lasts for a few weeks, if it does, it will definitely be my new go to place! Today was my first visit to The Pearl. I requested a dip powder set with stiletto extensions and Serena was my technician. She is a very friendly and lovely person, who greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I was very impressed, she did an amazing job! I will definitely be going back again and requesting her services. The salon itself is attractive and clean and worth every penny. I have had standard acrylic nails done for nearly 30 years but have never been as happy with a set of nails as I am at this very moment. Dip powder is the way to go! Thank you Serena for giving me my dream nails today! read more

Kind of hard to find because it's connected to a Jimmy Johns, but I really liked getting my nails done at the Pearl. It's soothing and pretty inside. Dan did such a thorough job. The classic mani pedi with a 20% tip was $60 and it was a good price for the job Dan did plus I don't get my nails done often. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Columbus! read more

Been researching for quiet some time for the best place to get my nails done for my upcoming vacation. I'm a nail biter and I went in to even ask if they could even do anything with my nubs lol. I usually get acrylics but the lady I met with suggest the Dip Powder. I'm usually up for trying something new so I said sure why not. Lilly was my nail tech and she was such a sweet woman. Very personable. I even arrived 45 min early for my appt (wanted to see if they could even do them before I messed around until 2 since I had other errands to run anyway) Long story short, I'm so glad I did the dip powder and I'm even more glad I chose this place after moving to the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail studio. ESP if you are a nail biter like me, they excessed my expectations. Only bummer is they charge extra for extensions but for the personable service I received today. I truly don't even mind anymore. I WILL be back. read more

I loved the appointment-making process. It was super simple to be able to reserve online, then go in and know my tech would be ready. He was super friendly, but my nails are already lifting. I paid $59 plus tip for a manicure and a dip powder set, and it's only been a week. That should not be happening. The nails are not holding up well at all, and they've barely grown out but the edges are super uneven and just bad. I wish I could get a refund. I'm new to the area and had hoped this would be my new nail place but it looks like I'll have to keep searching. read more

Came here for a manicure for my niece who turned 6. So glad they had a service for the little ones, every other place wanted to charge adult price for a polish. My regular nail girl wasn't available so I decided to use yelp to help me find a place. The pearl nail studio had great reviews and when I checked appointments available I was able to get in same day! Dan was very patient in removing my previous gel nails and did an awesome job with the gel mani! Their selection of gel polish is smaller than some places that I've seen but they do have a good amount to choose from. Everyone at the salon was very kind and accommodating :) hope to return soon! read more

Very nice place but a bit loud. They play music overhead and it's very open. Met the need but if your looking for quiet and relaxing you may want to keep looking. The technicians are all very nice. It was busy and everyone seemed interacting. I got a pedicure and the chairs are soooo comfortable. Prices are great and it had the outcome I wanted. Just louder than I would have liked. read more

The ladies here are so amazing and very friendly! My go tos for my pedi are Sheena and Paris.. very talented ladies!

Very clean, sanitized and not your typical stuffy salon. Sheena did such a beautiful job on my dip. I trusted her with the color choice and she was right on point. I was impressed that she was able to fix my ugly broken nails and make them perfect. I highly recommend this salon and Sheena.
