I really wanted to love this place -- the vibe was great, and Jasmine genuinely put effort into helping me find a color that matched what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in a few important ways. First, there were very limited pink dip powder options, which made it difficult to get the look I envisioned. Second, the final result was an extremely bulky and unflattering dip + gel manicure, which I paid $67 for. I've had dip many times before, and this set just wasn't up to standard. The worst part is that I got this manicure for a wedding I'm in as a bridesmaid, and I had to fly out of state early the next morning. I called the salon right away and they offered to redo the manicure -- but they were too busy to fix it that day. I submitted their required form with photos and a polite message, but I still haven't heard back from the manager after more than 22 hours. Now I'm left scrambling to pay another ~$80 to have this manicure removed and redone at the destination. I'm frustrated and disappointed that this situation hasn't been handled with more urgency or care. read more

One star for the owner because she re did my gel manicure free of charge. However, the first person did such a horrible job and thoroughly ruined my nails. I have several that were dremmeled so thin they have now split in very painful areas. I also had wounds on both of my pinkies. I now have bandaids on two nails because they have torn so badly. Ive never received such poor quality service. My friend who went with me also had a gel manicure and while it didn't peel like mine her nails are also now ripping in half. I had a great experience at Blush. It was my first time there and first time getting a mani and pedi in a very long time. Lili was my tech and she did a great job. She was very gentle during the pedicure and even though I'm extremely ticklish, I was fine the entire time. I chose to get dip with my manicure and I'm very satisfied, it looks really natural and I love the color. I also had a friend with me who only got a pedicure but they were nice enough to pull up a chair so we could still be together while I got my manicure. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back. I came to the nail salon on a Friday night around 5:30 pm. My nail tech was very nice so I hate leaving a poor review. I got the standard gel manicure which cost $40 and with a $10 tip $50 total. Although the staff was friendly and the building was clean, this was one of the worst experiences I've had getting my nails done. I arrived on time for my pedicure appointment and after waiting a few minutes, I was taken to my chair. The nail tech started the water for the pedicure and walked away as my feet soaked. After a few seconds, I looked down and the tub was overflowing. The water spilled all around, onto the floor, under the chair, under the wall, and into my shoes, soaking them, and I was left with sopping wet shoes the rest of the day. When the nail tech came back, she apologized and began my pedicure. The pedicure was rough and multiple toes were left bleeding as a result of it. She told me I was bleeding because I had "sensitive skin," however I have never had my toes bleed from a pedicure before. Over a day later, my toes are still swollen and physically hurt to touch. Once the pedicure was done, I paid full-price for the service and left. Again, the staff was friendly and the shop was clean, but I will not be going back. read more

Decided to give this place a chance. Upon arrival I wasn't wowed. The place looked nice and should for being new but the welcome just wasn't there and it was extremely warm inside. I had an appointment and signed in and was acknowledged by someone and asked to pick out a polish. They were obviously short staffed or overbooked not it's which. My pedicure was first and even though I scheduled the services I wanted I was still given the pedicure "menu" to pick a service. The new chairs were comfortable and service was efficient and well done by 2 people. I was finally offered water a one point which was much needed. I then had the standard manicure again efficient and well done service. Though they seemed a bit rushed and understaffed the owner possibly tried to acknowledge every person and ensure services were being accomplished well. They do also offer a discount after your 6th visit with reward card. I would classify this as an upscale Asian nail salon. I will definitely give it another go but know there is a standard not found here though sometimes it is what I need - just the service quick and efficient. read more

Have been a customer at Blush several times since they first opened but the service I got today was not up to par for me. I haven't been to Blush in a few months and was shocked to see how dirty the salon was. The walls need attention and the manicurist boxes were dusty and crusty - over all this salon could use a serious cleaning and some overall maintenance to their space. My nail tech was very sweet and polite but felt she lacked the detail on my gel mani. She did not properly trim my cuticles and I was left with ragged edges which then meant the polish wasn't applied cleanly & all the way to the edge. After several weeks of being cooped up at home I decided today was the day for a little self- pampering. I've been by Blush many times and always planned to go. I'm sorry I didn't go sooner. The online booking system is really easy. After I checked in, they took my temperature, I hand sanitized, and selected my polish. Lili, my assigned nail specialist was waiting for me to start my Aloe pedi and basic mani. Everything was really clean. My chair moved forwards, backwards and could even recline, so I was able to get really comfy. Lili took her time and really did a good job. I usually dread the "cheese grater" but she was delicate. It didn't tickle and she didn't try to kill me. After my pedi was completed, I moved to the manicure station. She assisted me there as well. It was a really nice and relaxing experience. I recommended this place to my daughter and granddaughter- gel and dip. The gel nails needed repairing the very next day due to bubbling up! Within the week the gel nails were coming off. Unacceptable for the price paid. This was a really nice salon prior to Covid, but now I think it's a new group of people working there and the quality and customer service is not the same! In fact, when we went back for the repair we walked in and they acted out to even greet us. The person that did come to the counter to talk to us was clearly not happy to be there. I've been coming to blush since mid 2020. I've had several different nail techs but Angel is my girl. She does a phenomenal job every single time. I get dip powder and it easily lasts me 4+ weeks with no chips or breaks. Whenever I come to her with a design idea she always executes it perfectly and is always open to change if asked. The staff is amazing overall. Whenever I come in I feel so welcomed by everyone. I moved away from the area and still come back because I don't trust anyone else with my nails. 10/10 recommend! read more

Brand new to Columbus and this place had mostly good reviews. It was really easy to book an appointment on their website and had availability that same day. Very clean and bright and great selection of gel colors. I had Tia at first and she was pleasant to talk to and did a great job with filing and shaping and then Angel finished up with the color. I had a great experience and they accept tip via Venmo. Only taking one star off because when I booked online it said $38 for gel mani including removal and with tax it would be around $41. It ended up being another $10+ for soak off so the total was $52.80 before tip(s) so just more than I was anticipating on spending for a simple gel mani. This is my least favorite thing to do.. to leave a not so good review. The reason they get 2 stars is because they have plenty of parking in the back parking lot, & I was able to get in to an appointment very conveniently. However, this place ruined my nails :( I got a gel removal & gel manicure, basically what I traditionally get at any other place. I typically suffer from my nails breaking a lot due to work, but for once my nails have survived and were nice and strong.. till I went here. I asked them to not use the drill while removing my gel polish, however they used it anyways. I was very uncomfortable and wanted to walk out, and I should have. They used the drill for my whole manicure and drilled my nails down that you could no longer see the white ends of my nails/ were spotty. My nails were so weak after this and hurt when trying to open anything for awhile, and this has never happened before. The polish only lasted for a few days before it started chipping away. Overall, I had a horrible experience here and will not be returning. read more

I would like to preface by saying I was grateful that my daughters wedding party was welcomed and we were seated together, albeit not all at the same time. I was very disappointed that they don't carry a wide selection of OPI nail polishes. They have some but nothing near the color I was wanting to match my Mother of the Bride dress. I had to make due. The color on the sample nails was nothing like what ended up on my fingers. The woman who did my nails did do a nice job with trimming my cuticles and filing nails. I even appreciated the arm massage. From what I gathered though, I was the only one in our group who got any of that. Others complained their cuticles weren't trimmed nor did they get a massage as stated in blurb of what you are paying for. The bride had nice long nails before anything was done. The woman working on hers filed them down so far she ended up having to put 2 false nails on so that she could do French tips. When the appointments were made it was asked if they can do intricate art as the bride was wishing to have intricate flowers on 2 of her fingers. They assured they could and would call someone in. I don't know if they forgot to call or if that person left early or what but there was no nail artist. The girl doing the Bride's nails attempted to do something but not to the level she had dreamed of doing. The technician did not clean her nails up underneath when done and she had super thick nails with a lot of gunk under them. They were not ready to have closeup shots of her hands for her wedding. A generous friend took her to a different salon the next morning and had her nails completely redone and she was much happier. Maybe if you aren't trying to match a dress and you just want a quick manicure you might be happy with what you get. read more

I'm new to the area and chose blush based on reviews. Last minute I decided to make an appointment online, the process was very easy and I had an appointment within 24 hours. Parking is easy and free just behind the salon. Paying and tipping is very easy with Venmo being available for tip if you don't have cash. Emma did my dip manicure and blush pedicure and she did a great job. My only service complaint is that for the price I paid for a pedicure I would have liked a longer foot/leg massage that I've typically gotten in other parts of the country but perhaps this is the norm here. My main complaints come not from the service but from the space itself. At first it looks nice when you walk in but once you're in the salon you notice some run down and lackluster features (I.e. uncomfortable manicure chairs, pedicure chairs with broken massage chair/remotes, etc.). read more

We were recommended to this salon by a relative who used to see a technician named Chai who no longer works there who gave great service. We went in on a Sunday and had called in for an appointment the morning of. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment at 2:00. They were friendly and very accommodating as we picked out our polish. I got a dip extension and my mom got a regular gel manicure. The check-in process was a bit confusing because we were told to check in separately even though we made the appointment together. Throughout the experience, our nail techs were very kind and efficient. My dip extensions turned out great but my mother's gel nails were not given the proper amount of time to cure. After we left we went to Northstar to grab a bite to eat when my mother noticed some of her nails beginning to bubble up and warp. We went home and they continued to further bubble until it was very noticeable something was not done correctly. We were told during the appointment that we had 7 days to return and have our nails fixed for free if anything went wrong. The next day we came back the following afternoon to have her fix the warped nails. We were greeted by a woman with the personality of a rattlesnake. She offered absolutely no apology and seemed put out by our presence. We asked for a new technician to fix the nails because we knew that she did a rushed job and did not allow the light to fully cure the gel but she said that they needed the same technician to fix their mistake which makes for a very awkward interaction. She was going to have us come back a 3rd time an hour later so that the same technician could fix the nails but luckily she had time. As they were fixed for a second time, my mother added that she needed to remind her to have her wash her hands before putting the polish on. Throughout the experience, she seemed very unfocused and distracted with others around her and apologized because she was "out of it today." Which is not something you would like to hear from someone you are paying to do your nails. After we had left for the second time, we got home and they began to bubble again, at this point we did not want to come back. Below I will provide pictures but be warned all these bumps may cause motion sickness so please take a preemptive dramamine. I would also like to add that they used reusable small towels for hand washing at the sinks instead of paper towels, this could harbor a ton of bacteria if not cleaned properly, and based on how they run their salon I dont think they're taking the time, I would rather they just stick to disposable paper towels. Based on the unprofessionalism shown in the nail work and the customer service I won't be back. read more

The space is sleek and modern but also feels calm and comforting at the same time. I've visited the salon two times, once for a mani and once for a pedi. Each service was professional and well done. My two friends got pedicures and they both had great experiences. I love the way my nails look and feel. I didn't feel rushed through my service as I do at some other salons. I was excited to see it was open on a Sunday, so I made an appointment. It was very clean and well appointed inside. How the polish is all kept in order by color was impressive. I scheduled one of the more expensive pedi and mani with hot rocks and towels. It was very refreshing. I wasn't really thrilled with the shape of my nails and I tried to explain, but my tech just wasn't getting sqoval. NBD; I let it go, as so far, so good. After my mani, I was put under a very weak dry bar that seems to be par for a lot of salons, so I relied on the A/C vent in my car. By Monday, my large toenail had ripped starting in the corner. Ok, I can deal. I think it was accidentally hit with the cuticle clipper. By Tuesday the polish on 3 fingernails bubbled and peeled. By Thursday, nearly all had bubbled and peeled halfway down. Today, I noticed that the polish had disappeared off the side of 2 toenails. I think that this is due to slapping all the polish on without giving it a minute to set. It could also be part of the prep that wasn't done correctly. Bottom line, after paying over $100, I won't be going back. My other place charges half that, but isn't open on Sundays. It also puts a mini fan on between coats of polish, which lasts 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Bad value. read more

I have been to Blush several times for manicures and pedicures. I had an appointment yesterday for 3 p.m. After waiting about 25 minutes I was told the nail tech was just finishing up and with be with me in 1 minute. Several other customers came in and were taken care of while I kept waiting. I told the receptionist that another nail tech would be fine with me if someone was available, but she said no, and again said it would be just a minute. Over 20 minutes later, I was still waiting, and there was no sign of a technician ready to take care of me, they all appeared to have customers. At this rate, it would not get out there until after 5 p.m. or later depending on when they would finally get to me. I went to the receptionist and told her I was cancelling the appointment, or rather that Blush had effectively cancelled it. I told her they were not to charge me a cancellation fee. She said they would not charge it only if I rescheduled right then! I refused, and told them I expected them to refrain from charging me anything. My nails look terrible, but I will look for another salon. read more
