The salon is calm with the sweetest staff and pricing is perfect. Horrible experience I went there wanting acrylics and they weren't able to provide that service so I decided to do tip and dip wich I was fine with then my nail lady put two of my nails on off center and when I corrected her she still didn't solve the issue not to mention when I went to pay they charged me 10 bucks for shaping later that night roughly 3 hours later I went home and one of my nails completely snapped in half while simply putting away laundry very unsatisfied. read more

Salon is clean with lots of nail color choices. I'm really happy with my color. Not sure if my appointment was even factored in they never asked if I had one. My online appointment didn't allow me to choose my technician which I prefer to do. My gel manicure was cut a lot shorter than I would have preferred but maybe that's what they had to work with. However, the way it was painted was not near the nail bed. Three days later it looks grown out. It's already started to chip as well. I came here yesterday and had the best experience ever. I booked online which was easy and quick. I was so thankful to be able to get in so quickly and easy for my mani and pedi. The person who did it was so careful and kind and fun to talk to. I got the signature mani and pedi when I was there. The salon was so clean and they were very prepared for the new covid changes. It was weird having to wear my mask the whole time but to get my nails and feet done it was completely worth it. I understand what is going on and so I'm willing to do it. They had gorgeous colors to choose from and I got to pick a blue and a red for my hands and feet. I accidentally touched something with my hands and slightly messed up my thumb, she went and fixed it immediately. I felt bad for messing up my nail polish. But she was super chill about it. Walked in around 3:00p for a mani and pedi on a Wednesday. I was greeted and seated almost immediately, no wait time. The gentleman asked me what type of pedicure I wanted, set up everything for my pedi. The bows are lined with plastic and changed after each service which I like because I feel it's more sanitary. The prices are fair, he did an excellent job with both the gel mani and pedicure. I went in to get the Nexgen dip and pedicure and from beginning to end was a really comfortable and relaxing experience. Evan worked on my feet and was very gentle with cutting my nails and filing them. He totally took his time and I did not feel at any moment that he was rushing through to get me done. I appreciated that very much. Next I went with Kim and she did my Nexgen dip with full set. All I have to say is that I love how my nails came out. The first time I went, I loved it! The place is clean, great color selection, and the people were really nice. I told others how great an experience I had and recommended they check it out. I went back a second time and I took my daughter with me, she wanted to try acrylics. In short, they charged me $5 more than the $35 on the service menu and when I questioned it they told me I was wrong. My daughter got basic nails, no extras, so there really wasn't a reason for the upcharge. It was only $5, which isn't much, it's the fact that they didn't do anything extra and just charged me anyway. I have worked in the beauty industry for years and I think it's horrible customer service to add charges for nothing, I think it creates a tacky, stereotypical nail salon culture, just like Anjelah Johnson jokes about in her comedic skit. Nonetheless, I paid what they charged but doubt I'll go back because it's just another shady nail shop where they tack on extra charges for nothing. I'll stick to City Nails on Bethel. read more
