After browsing their reviews on Yelp and the services on their website, I made an appointment for a few days later - it was super easy. I arrived to find a very spa-like, cozy and calming space. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it wasn't very long before a staff member introduced themselves to me and led me back to a room to discuss my needs. I had Brittany and she was lovely. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, gave me options to choose from, and even priced me out before getting things started. That was really appreciated by the way. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future. I'll end with a few things I always look for in a business.. This spot is locally owned, it's affordable, the service was great, and the place is really clean.

I have been searching for a decent place to get waxed since I first came to Ohio as a student in 2009. Being from Chicago, I was used to having a variety of options when choosing things like stylists and estheticians, but once I moved I had a lot of difficulty finding someone I liked that did a good job anywhere near where I live. From the first visit, I knew Leah was the one for me. She is kind, funny, and so pleasant to be around. On top of being a wonderfully happy person, she is also GREAT at what she does. Before Leah, I had only ever had hard waxes, so I was a little nervous about the pain level, but she was quick, efficient, and as gentle as you can be when giving someone a brazilian. Her follow up e-mails after every visit are greatly appreciated and her package deal makes it easier for me to get a regular wax. I cannot say enough good things about her. She talks you through any skin concerns you have and offers tips and solutions. She is a true professional and always takes the time to make sure that I am comfortable and pleased with the service. In light of an upcoming Vegas trip, I decided that I would take the plunge and get my first Brazilian wax. Being a waxing newbie, I spent a lot of time researching on where to go and decided to spend a little more and go to someone with great reviews. Boy, am I glad I with that decision! I went into my appointment feeling nervous and anxious, but instantly felt at ease when I walked into the studio. The lighting and aroma was calming and Leah was very welcoming. What I thought would be a very awkward and painful experience was in fact quick, easy, and (mostly) painless. I wanted to share my experience because I noticed there aren't many reviews for this business, and…read moreI think it's important for others to have some feedback before deciding to spend their money here. I went in specifically to have filler placed in my upper lip. Andrea ended up putting filler in other areas that I had not asked for, while the middle portion of my upper lip was missed entirely. When I called to question what had happened, I was asked to send a picture, which I did. Unfortunately, I never received an explanation or a clear response about why the area I had specifically requested was not treated. I then had to repeatedly ask for another appointment, and eventually one was scheduled about seven weeks later. At this point, I'm already seeing my lines returning, and I honestly feel that the $750 I spent was not well spent. I'm now being told that I would need to spend another $750 for additional filler. Considering that I don't feel the first treatment achieved what I originally asked for, I personally do not feel comfortable spending another $750. I'm sharing this simply so potential customers can make an informed decision. My experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost, the areas that were treated versus what I requested, and the lack of follow-up when I raised my concerns. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask questions, be very specific about what they want treated, and make sure they fully understand what will be done before proceeding.
