I usually get my brow and lip threaded and I make an appointment because I get my lashes tinted and lifted (goodbye eye makeup! Wooo!) I've seen a couple complaints I want to address because they annoy me: - small parking lot: that's not true. There's a giant parking lot, it's literally next to a McDonald's - not being able to request specific people: just make an appointment. You can ask on the phone when the person you want to do your services works and request them - being pressured into other services: I hate to say it but that's business. They're gonna ask if you want other services. It's as simple as learning to say "no, thank you". I do it every time and we still have a great relationship because we're both respectful! hope this helps!

The reason why I'm leaving a review though is to mention that the experience wasn't what I'd hope for. Being naïve with my first ever lash lift, I paid for my session and tipped. I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen. The nurse I worked with was Rose and she was very helpful with answering all of my questions And making sure I felt comfortable the entire time throughout the service. They applied a numbing cream so that it wouldn't feel as uncomfortable. It was definitely bearable and she was checking in with me the entire time. So far the aftercare and process after the service are Exactly how she described. They also provided me with an aftercare card so I would not forget anything. So far so good waiting to see the results in a few days!

After browsing their reviews on Yelp and the services on their website, I made an appointment for a few days later - it was super easy. I arrived to find a very spa-like, cozy and calming space. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it wasn't very long before a staff member introduced themselves to me and led me back to a room to discuss my needs. I had Brittany and she was lovely. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, gave me options to choose from, and even priced me out before getting things started. That was really appreciated by the way. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future. I'll end with a few things I always look for in a business.. This spot is locally owned, it's affordable, the service was great, and the place is really clean.
