As I was running my hands over my legs felt like 2 day old stubble. I noticed a good amount of hair left, though now it's just mega short. It was ripped off, not ripped out. I'd say looking at the success rate, was about 50%. Half ripped from the bottom, half just ripped in half. And on the inside of both of my thighs, there is just a 4x4 inch patch just still there. I also thought my tech would get more butt crack but no. Also, feet and toes were supposed to be part of the leg package and she didn't do them at all. My tech was incredibly friendly, professional, and sanitary. She was fantastic. I really liked her as a person. But the service itself was not at all what I expected. I hadn't shaved in at least a month, more like 2. I scrubbed my legs every night for a week prior, knowing that I was getting waxed today. And did a wash even just before leaving the house. So I'm not sure why so many hairs broke and were left over other than improper techniques. I certainly have photos to show. They look good from far away, but half of the hairs were just broken. A lot of money for how much hair was left over.

I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, gave me options to choose from, and even priced me out before getting things started. That was really appreciated by the way. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future.
