Paid $38 for this manicure- it looks likes something I could've done at home. Really not happy with the service and the manicure looks so untidy- my cuticles were not cleaned properly and my nails weren't even shaped neatly- I had to ask the lady to shape them again. Took my daughters here and they loved their nails. We don't live in Columbus and was looking for something to do while we were waiting for a flight. The reviews on here had me nervous. I gave them a shot once last year and never returned and after going back a week ago, I completely remember why! I went in for a full set and pedicure with french tips. Not only did my full set not look too great but 5 nails chipped within 3 days!! I also had a very poor experience when checking out. I wasn't told that they don't accept Amex and after misplacing my debit card, that was the only form of payment I had on me at the moment. There were NO SIGNS anywhere stating that they didn't accept AMEX! After asking if I could run next door and get cash from the ATM, I was given the run around and told to try venmo or apple pay (im not familiar with either). The woman ringing me out tried to help me figure apple pay out which she clearly knew nothing about, just like me! So after 20 minutes of standing there, she finally tells me to go ahead and go to the ATM, which was a few stores down but a little walk. So, she offers to WALK WITH ME; CLEARLY because I'm AA, I'm trying not to pay? I tell her i'll just drive down there, I don't have more time to waste :) So she goes and literally watches me get into the car and a client of hers walks out and tells her "make sure you get her license plate number"!!! I was flatout racially profiled, also overcharged because she added different powders and things like that to increase my total. I ended up paying $110 (which I wouldn't mind if I didn't have to go elsewhere for 5 REPAIRS within a week). Literally never coming back and I don't recommend you do either. read more

I have always had a wonderful experience here! Staff is very friendly and able to accommodate your needs. Everything is clean and safe and they never do a rush job. Prices are comparable to everywhere else you get your nails done in Columbus. I had one time where a dip nail coating popped off soon after application, it happens so I wasn't mad, and they got me right in to fix it since it shouldn't have come off yet! I get my nails done some what often because I love getting them done.. well I was up in Dublin and my usual nail place was closing soon and I wanted my nails done so I thought ya know why not? I walked and they all were very nice but when it came down to getting my nails done. I was rushed into picking my color, the guy was very quiet and when I told him how long I would like my nails he cut them to short before I could even say anything he started the process. I could tell when I left the salon my nails were not going to last long, because they were loose. Well they stayed in for about two weeks but this is why I will never be going back.. my left thumb nail started to hurt really bad the other so I thought oh maybe I caught it on something that's why. I went on will my day but then a different nail popped off just completely off. I was shocked!! So I decide to just take the rest off and give my nails a break.. will when I get to my LEFT THUMB NAIL and take it off my actual nail has a green line, which I then look up and find out that I have FUNGUS ON MY NAIL!! I'm guessing they do not clean their tools or anything because I've never had a problem like this. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. First technician was rushing and rough, kept cutting my cuticles and wouldn't trim my nails, just filed them. I go here once a month and was shocked when I saw the review that was posted earlier this month. I can't imagine what happened because I've always had such good experiences there. Today, I tried to look it over with a new eye. Perhaps I was just used to things and just didn't notice the details anymore... My appointment was for 11:00, but I didn't look closely enough at my datebook and went in at 10:00, which is right when they opened. I was SiSi's first appointment of the day (she is the manager), so she hadn't come in yet. That was okay. Mimi gave me a wonderful pedicure with French polish. Felt soooo good, wish I could do it every week. Yes, it was first thing in the morning, but it was immaculate. Utensils are individually packaged, so you know that they are clean when they use them on you. Today, the staff was about 50/50 male and female. Twice I've had pedicures by a man there, they were both fine. Sisi has always done my nails, though, and Mimi usually does my niece's so I don't have experience with the guys on manicures. From chatting with Sisi, I know that she was out of town for a wedding with a couple of other girls from the salon. I wonder if that was during the time when if appeared to be an all male staff. Don't know... It's weird. I guess I took the "bad" review kind of personally-I don't work there and I have no family or friends that work there-but I really like this place and I hope that the person who had a bad experience will try them again sometime! read more

The nail tech Cici, who has a great personality, was in a bit of a rush due to a party coming in. This was the result. Hard to believe I paid $37+ for this bad of a job. Went back in today, as the polish started to bubble. She told me it was a stain, due to make up. Put a new coat of polish on. No fixing the edges or asking if I wanted it removed and redone. When you pay $50 for gel nails and not even two full days later they start to peel off, it is upsetting to say the least. I will say that the staff however was friendly and the salon is clean but unfortunately they use poor quality products. I had received a gift card and since I had a large sum on it, I decided to go back and give this another shot. The second time I decided to get the acrylic nails which would have been fine but the shape wasn't quite what I asked for and I wasn't impressed. 11 days later they started to peel off! I have had my nails done for years and have never had acrylic nails fall off like this before. I stopped in here the other day to get a gel manicure, and I will NEVER be back. I have gotten plenty of gel manicures before and never have had one as terrible as this. When I left the salon I noticed three of my nails had air bubbles in them, something I didn't even think was possible. That's not even the worst part, by the end of the night on the same day, 7 out of 10 off my nails had COMPLETELY come off. I called and spoke with the owner and she said she has never heard of something like this happening and that I should come back in and they would fix it for me. I told her that I would rather just get my money back, because how could I be sure that the same thing wouldn't happen again. She then told me that wasn't possible because it was a service, and they couldn't refund services. I kept insisting that I didn't want to have my nails done there again and I just wanted my money back, and she still insisted his wasn't possible. I told her I didn't want to have my nails done and have the same thing happen again, and she told me it most of happened based of smothering I had done, either peeling them off myself or chipping them doing something. But anyone that has had a gel manicure before knows that there is no way to peel gel off of your nails, especially the same day, without ruining your natural nail. If I could rate zero stars I would, if you are looking for a good quality gel manicure this is NOT the place! read more

Went for Dazzle Nails Spa Pedicure/Manicure (most basic, cheapest) - $50+tax: First impression: Short wait, very friendly all-male staff greeted me. Cleanliness: From first look, appeared to be very clean, however once I sat in the Pedi chair, I realized there was a film from last person in chair next to me. As next person came in, the staff simple rinsed out the tub and seated her (sorry for her and maybe me too??). Under the footrest was questionable dust and trimmings from...who knows who or what. The same goes for the manicure station which was covered in dust from artificial nails. The tools were in a sanitizer station and buffer and files were opened from a new, sealed, package. Product: Although the product bottle displayed QTica, I strongly believe they were generic products simply refilled into high-quality product bottles. I use Creative, QTica and other high--end products found at better salons, and the texture, smell and feel of them were not consistent. Not to mention that when I got home my skin was actually drier and ashy from what I feel were generics. Staff: Super nice, charming staff; however an all-male staff, no matter how qualified, can never understand the demands of such services, as they do not tend primp the same as we females do. Perhaps I am more demanding, but after my services were complete, my nails were filed crooked and were different lengths for each hand/foot. Nail polish used was OPI; however there are dust particles from un-sanitized stations and the polish does not meet the edges or cuticle. I requested that my nails be filed 'sqoval', yet they are as straight and crooked as a board. My technician was friendly, but worked too fast and was pushy about trimming the length of my nails, which I had already trimmed, so that only light filing for shaping was needed. Still after requesting that no clipping be done to the length, he simply filed more to get what HE wanted for my length...After only one day, my cuticles on my hands look a bit rough and I need to reshape and repaint my nails. Perhaps this establishment is very good with acrylics, but for natural nail maintenance, I will pay the extra $25 and go to a better salon. read more

My mom and I have gone here for years, we go every three weeks and schedule by appointment. Everyone is very friendly and SiSi, the owner always greets us by name even though neither of us are her clients. My mom goes to Chai who always does a wonderful job on her nails and is great to chat with. Mimi does my nails and I love her. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
