I had a friend in town and we decided to get pedicures together. After a quick browse on Yelp, I came across Thyme in Grandview. They are fairly new, only opened about a year and half ago, and you can find them in the new development right off of 670 on Dublin Rd. I gave them a call and they were able to fit us both in a few hours later... mind you this was a Friday morning. When we got there we were totally taken back by how big and gorgeous the salon is. Everything is pristine! From the chandeliers and the blue lighting on the ceiling to the massage chairs and nail display, they couldn't have done a better job. We both got just your basic pedicure, but with gel. It came out to about $70 for each of us, not too bad. The polish never covers my full toenails so when i look at the sides i see my bare nail. Maybe it's the pedicure service I'm selecting but that's not something i loveee after my services. I'll probably still hunt for another salon until i find THE one but this one will do for now.

There's no sign outside that says by appointment only. We saw a salon and stopped in. There was no "barging in" even the use of this terminology is micro-aggressive. Very telling of Trina and her customers. There's a way to communicate with potential customers. Appointment or not. Customer service is TRASH. We were RACIALLY PROFILED. I came to Columbus for Christmas and my family and I wanted to get our nails done, apparently they're "By appointment Only" which isn't the problematic part.
