I decided to get the pedicure that included the hot towels and foot scrub. The pedicure was very nice but other places do a better job with the foot and calf massage. What a beautiful salon! And the service, not a single complaint! After my previous nail salon closed their doors, I've been on the hunt for a new one. I had a friend in town and we decided to get pedicures together. After a quick browse on Yelp, I came across Thyme in Grandview. They are fairly new, only opened about a year and half ago, and you can find them in the new development right off of 670 on Dublin Rd. I gave them a call and they were able to fit us both in a few hours later... mind you this was a Friday morning. When we got there we were totally taken back by how big and gorgeous the salon is. Everything is pristine! From the chandeliers and the blue lighting on the ceiling to the massage chairs and nail display, they couldn't have done a better job. We both got just your basic pedicure, but with gel. It came out to about $70 for each of us, not too bad. I love how big their color selection is, way more than what was available at my previous spot. The staff was also very accommodating and did a lovely job. I have no doubt I'll be back! read more

My technician was terrible she was rough turning my hands abruptly and then blamed me for wet nail polish touching towel. She gave me a burn with Dremel. She acted like I was a nuisance. I won't be going back there again. read more

The building is beautiful but the service is not amazing. The staff speaks very little to no English and communication is difficult. The sanitation is also very questionable as I noticed my nail tech did not use a fresh file or a fresh bit on the nail drill. All of this, at a premium price, means I will not be returning nor recommending this establishment. read more

This is how businesses go, I suppose. Customers are happy customers are not happy. I've given this place, since it's very beginning, literally one of the first customers when they opened, many chances. The reason I gave them those chances was because of them. Their services have been great, but they were also great with customers. But now they are too great. Meaning that, unfortunately, in this area that I used to live in, affluent community, they are catering to the "Karen's" that live here. The last THREE TIMES! The first time, I just went home and talked about it with my family. Second time again, another little joke with my daughter. This time and I have pictures when you are literally cleaning up the pedicure area before I can even barely get out of the chair and get my shoes on and gather my things because another "Karen" walked in that could not get in on the books on the computer so she just walked in instead and started making a ruckus to where my technician who was helping me who was her normal technician had to jump to via the boss and take care of this problem Client. Not only was I rushed out, but they didn't even finish my services. This was the second time that this has happened because of this kind of situation. The first time I felt sorry for my technician and now I just feel sorry for the entire business. I'm going to pass this along because unless you are part of the "Karen group" that walks in and demands attention and absolutely gets it by the workers who are intimidated by you because of your money. And if you're part of that group, we're good for you. You have your nail salon back. You're just disgusting and gross and you're ruining this business because everybody that has a Compass of morality will be told not to go there. Good for you, Grandview and upper Arlington. Was at a restaurant next door and looking for a pedicure. This place was offering 20% off and was a new business. So many places to choose from in Grandview but I think I picked the best one! So clean, service was quick but thorough. All the tools are in sterilized packaging. And so many nail colors to choose from! Great massage chairs as well. Not busy for a Friday afternoon but I imagine it will change over time. read more

Great little place with a very welcoming staff. Betty was the absolute best. I had the Pearl Pedicure and a gel polish, she was so accommodating with my need to find "the" red and intuitively knew just what I needed. I had a basic manicure and she was delightful. Everyone at Thyme is so friendly from the time you walk in the door until you check out. The salon is gorgeous, new and very clean. I go to Lana every three weeks to have my nails done. In town for work and stopped in. I asked for a fill and a gel French tip, which is what I get every time I get my nails done, and it was more expensive than it ever is and for less quality. Two of my fingers were nicked with the e-file and the skin is burning, the French tip was messy and I was left with polish all over the edges of my fingers. Saw great reviews on yelp. Went here while hubby was at OSU game. The lady who did my pedicure forgot to do the massage part of my feet and lower legs. I saw her start the polish and asked her to do the massage. She continue with the topcoat and then stopped and massaged mid foot to calf for at most 30 seconds on each leg. Very disappointing. Then, she forgot to put my flip flops on after asking me about them before she polished and messed up my pinky toe when attempting to put them on. read more
