Had the CBD oil Pedicure today at Riverland Spa. The nail technician did a wonderful job!! They use a scrub on your feet and legs and wrap your legs in hot towels. Not only did they do this, I had to pull off my own foil and left with my nails like this and they charged me 15 dollars for this half sock off nails all nanny lengths They didn't even try to care to help fix it. Absolutely do not recommend this business. I spent so much time and money trying to grow my super short nails out. Went in yesterday and specifically told her, "do NOT file my nails down and take off the little bit of length I've worked so hard to grow. Not only did she ignore my request and file off all growth, she then passed me to another woman who filed them AGAIN even more! Now I get to spend Christmas with ugly SORE nails. To say I'm angry would be an understatement. LISTEN when your clients tell you what they do and don't want. You don't always know better! I used to come here a few years back, and Tweety did my nails. I loved and missed her amazing job she did this time around because my new full gel set lasted exactly a week. I'm so disappointed. An older gentleman did an ok job, but then an older woman took over the painting. My left hand came out better but all the nails were wet in between the layers and caused major bubbling in the polish. The right hand, she didn't turn the light on to dry the gel polish, they both were kind of blaming me for not holding my hand right under the light so it could set, which I know how to do, IF the light was turned on, but it wasn't. So, one nail there was a clump of polish, which she tried to 'fix' by just covering it up with another layer, clump still wet. This is also the same nail that just broke in half while doing dishes with gloves on. No, I didn't have an appointment, yes, I was a walk-in, but still, I never had a problem before. Plenty of people working it seemed. 2 other customers in at the time. The place Is always so peaceful and clean, but it just doesn't sit with me this set didn't last longer than a week. They used to last 3 weeks. (I should've waited & went to the other place close by but they were closed) All good. I just went ahead and got everything I need to do my own. You know, I have been looking for a place that can do nails right. Right, like in; gets your nails straight. Close to the cuticle, natural-looking, not too thick, not too thin, STRAIGHT. OH!! I will never go back to this nail salon. I chose to have both a mani and pedi. The woman who did my nails slapped my legs multiple times (and not lightly) instead of asking me to move and was distracted the whole time. When she got to my finger nails, she didn't ask me what shape I wanted before she started clipping and then, when she missed the sides of all of my nails, she got defensive and told me she knows what she's doing. She also was on her phone and distracted the whole time she did my manicure. This is the worst nail salon experience I've ever had and I will never go back. read more

Easy to walk-in. Plenty of staff, however I never walk away feeling happy with the job. Paid $60 for a dip, it came out the wrong color, sloppy around the edges, and no pre-care was provided. (Cuticles, etc.) Only dry trimmed and buffed. I've given them two chances, but will stick to my usual place. read more

So disappointed in what happened to my nails after 2 gel nail manicures. Nail polish remover was out on my nails to remove the gel. Then within a few moments a tool was used to scrape off the gel ( that had not yet lifted!). This was done both times and after the second visit I had red strips under my nails and they were sore. Check with my doctor and was told it was trama to my nails. 3 weeks later I have many split nails ( where the red stripe were) and still some soreness. I'm giving a 3because the place is clean and they follow sanitation guidelines. Don't believe the hype on this site. The quality of the work done here is 15 dollar quality at best. 3 of us went in and none of our toe nails or polish were great. My callus remover removed nothing. I am a every 3 week pedi and I was over due at 5 weeks and they removed nothing from my feet that the other salons I go to get at 3 weeks. I have no special salon I use more than any other. But this place does not get the job done. They have a sign saying "if your not happy someone will redo no refunds", That should have been my first clue as to how good my service will be. I haven't been to a nail salon since pre-covid times and I thought I would treat myself for the holidays. I went in, asked for gel tips and picked my color. I was a walk-in and honestly the wait wasn't bad, it was a weekday so it was maybe 20 minutes, I came in with healthy short nails, but I left devastated. I had spoken with tweety and she confirmed that gel tips were something they could do, but what I got was acrylics, which are much worse for your nails and something completely different. The set that was put on me was also attached to the sides of my fingers and the undersides/tips of my fingers, there was too much acrylic spilling over and it was just covering my skin in such a thick paste that it was painful and I couldn't detach it safely after. The shape I asked for was almond and they were kind of almond on one finger but round on the other hand just very inconsistent because of the heavy acrylic. The gel onto of that had air bubbles in it, and by the time I was home was covered in fuzz, it was also a completely different color from the one I had chosen. This cost about 64 dollars, I left embarrassed and devastated, my nails are ruined, I had to have them removed and they're weak and short now because of the acrylic not to mention I have three different infections because the acrylic was attached to my skin not my nails. Please don't go here, it wasn't my first time here, and I've had similar issues at this salon before, I've gone back to have them try to fix them and my nails never turn out well. The staff is kind and friendly but I am so torn up about this, not only am I out a chunk of money but my nails are so damaged and they hurt from being butchered, ACRYLIC DOES NOT GO ON SKIN. I've had acrylic nails for years and I didn't want to get them again because they're not great for your nails which is why I wanted the gel extensions and asked for them, but even then who puts acrylic powder on nails? Just please avoid this place, it makes me so sad to say it but just don't go here please. Go up to bethel and try City Nails, they do amazing work. read more

I stopped here one day because it is close to my house. I didn't know what to expect, as so many nail spas are hit or miss. I was pleasantly surprised to get very great service from a very nice, good and patient nail tech. She really took her time and did quality work. She suggested I try the new powder color and promised I would love it. And I did!! It lasted really long like she said it would. She was so nice and so professional and never made me feel out of place or awkward like a lot of nail places tend to do. And she really did a stellar job on my nails. Very neatly done. My experience here was "meh" at best. Biggest complaint is that the guy used a Dremel tool on my healthy (first mani since covid!) unpolished nails!! WHY??? I stopped him but he didn't seem to get why I didn't want my nails damaged in this way. Went as fast as he could with my gel mani. Cured each step for only how long it took to get the other hand done - sometimes less than 30 seconds, and my nails feel kids of soft and sticky now. No hand soaking, 20 second "massage," no cuticle oil. Pedi felt rushed as well. No time to soak before starting, and I paid $10 extra to have my feet wrapped in hot towels for about 1-2 minutes. Giving three stars because my nails do look OK now. And if you are looking for someone who won't waste any time, you might like this service. But make sure to tell him upfront to hold the Dremel! If you go here, I recommend asking for one of the women named in some of the positive reviews. read more

If I could give a zero I would. All other nail places were booked and I needed my acrylics off so since there was no wait I decided to go. Everyone was very nice and customer service was great but it was the most painful experience ever. Normally when getting acrylics off they soak them in acetone then file them off.
