They add extra charges for the shape nails between 5 or 10.00, I got charged 25.00 for gel, anything they can gouge you with they do. My understanding is price gouging is agianst the law. They will not give you a actual price list. read more

The person that did my nails didn't even bother to prep them. The drill and other tools he used were dirty. On top of that, he cut nearly all of my cuticles. The whole thing felt rushed, like he was just trying to get it over with, and it was kind of awkward. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. And not a good experience. read more

I love this place. Been living on the west side of Columbus for 9 years now. They are very professional and timely. I would recommend making an appointment on a Friday or Saturday since they get super busy and close on Sunday's. The location is convenient. It's next to a lot of stores and restaurants just in case you need to wait or make a day out of it. The pedicures are amazing my husband loves to use the wax ones. I'm happy as long as it's gel polish. I will continue to visit this place for my nails. read more

Went and got a beautiful ombré, then a balance, after needing another balance I decided to go somewhere else, and when i told them what I needed they informed me that ombre's should be soaked of and not covered with another coat of acrylic, (they were mixing dip powder and acrylic) and when she took off my nails, not one or even two but six of my nails had fungus growning underneath within a month of not even knowing! I've been getting my gel manicures, pedicures, and acrylics done here for years. My nails always looks the way I request them to be, and I'm always satisfied. I work as a part time server which is a handful most of the time...literally. I use my hands a lot, yet my nails always stay in tact for at least 3 weeks and sometimes over a month. My pedicure paint always stay on for much longer than that and I usually have to take them off before they chip off. Overall, this place never fails and it's the best value you can get for it's price. read more

Once bitten, twice shy. This was my second time in a nail salon. So recently I moved back to the area and wanted to look and feel good for an interview I had for the next day. The technician who assisted me was very gentle, kind, and overall a really nice person. On top of that everyone was super nice and engaging in casual conversation with me and the other customers. I truly appreciated the relaxed atomoshper and minimum gossip talk amongst the technicians. It was clean, well lit and the chairs with massage features worked. I will be back, definitely a confidence booster and a nice change of pace from the hectic day. If I were to suggest one thing. It would be the posted price list above the front desk. I think it just needs to be updated. Larger text and maybe a clean simple design. Walk-ins always welcome. read more

The staff was super friendly and the prices were good. However, my gel manicure lasted about 3 days before my first nail chipped. It's now 6 days later and almost all of my nails have chipped. Pretty disappointing (most of my gel manicures from other locations last a minimum of 2 weeks). read more

So this was my second time going to this salon. First time I was so happy with my results, this time, not so much! I went in and was seated right away! I told the tech(Mana) the color I wanted. It was O.P.I. Magna Wine. This is the color used last time. Well, she couldn't find it and applied a blackberry glittery color. I'm 71 and I don't need glittery nails. Next problem, I asked her to shape my nails. They are shaped alright, all different shapes. Then there are ridges in my polish, where too much or too little polish was applied. And then the polish wasn't all the way to the sides of my nail. Not to mention the polish on my skin. I came home livid and will never go there again. read more

I won't be returning just got a gel mani yesterday and its chipping already were more interested in the game than customers. I know the manicure wasn't done right as he didn't put any cuticle softener on my fingers and the nail polish doesn't cover the whole nail on some of my nails. On another review I gave this salon a higher rating, the first time I went the female nail tech was very friendly and got me in right at closing. What was uncomfortable was at the same time there was another woman getting her nails done by a male nail tech and he was saying the most embarrassing things to this poor woman over and over about her smelling like alcohol. I could see how embarrassed this woman was. On another experience during a slow time one of the nail techs was taking a nap on the couch in the waiting area where customers sit totally unprofessional. Well, today was the mother of all experiences with this place for me and I will never go back. The first tech open was the man that was so rude to the customer upon my first visit. He was so rude and mean to me I was in disbelief. This man was trying to work fast and continually burning me with the nail tool and the yelling at me for not relaxing my hands. This went back and forth about 5 different times until we were almost shouting at each other. I have never been treated so rudely and carelessly by a nail tech. I almost got up and walked out while my nails weren't complete he was so rude. If I had not been in a time crunch I would have walked out and gone to another salon to have them finish the job, PERSONALLY I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS SALON AGAIN! read more

Called Q nails at 322 and asked if they had an opening for a fill. I arrive 3 minutes later. I was at the Walmart and 270 light when I called. He said yes come on in. I waited until 4:10 and they still didn't take me. I asked him why he told me to come in and he said the salon was empty when I called. This used to be my favorite nail salon, but now I don't think I'll be returning for a good long while. This weekend I stopped in to have my gel taken off and get a regular mani. The child at the desk just kind of looked at me and I sat down to wait. After a couple minutes of me waiting a woman walks in and says "I just called and was told there was no wait on a gel manicure." One of the nail techs immediately beckons her over. At that point I stood up and went up to the child and said, why am I still waiting g, when she just got sat? And the child looked around nervously (while a perfectly capable adult stood behind him I might add), and sputtered uhh go pick a polish color. I was livid and said I would rather just leave and walked out. The fact that a woman who was getting gel was sat before me was ridiculous, the fact that they have a child at the front desk is annoying. I want to be angry and tell the person at the desk how mad I am, but I'm not about to yell at a child. Have an adult do the job, someone who knows what they are doing. The whole exchange left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be returning. There are plenty of other nice nail salons in Columbus that do a perfectly fine job that will seat me immediately despite the fact that I am not getting the more expensive gel polish. Or in the very least not ignore me. read more
