They simply could've locked the door and even put a handwritten sign on it that said closed.

The color I chose was almost empty and they took it in the back part way through polishing- not sure if they thinned it out too much or what. Perhaps if I had done dip/gel the experience would've been different.

I thought that was nice of her to do, since most places do not typically do that. The shop looks spacious and clean, with many nail techs ready to take on customers. I did make an appointment, and even after checking in I was asked twice what I was getting done by techs or managers that did not complete my service- which was confusing. Overall my service was great and hopefully I will be back again in the future :)
