This is my second time here for a pedicure since moving to Columbus from out of state. I was very happy with it the first time and made a mental note of the signs that were up stating that you get 10% off if you pay with cash. Of course, it had been a few months, so I forgot. Again, I was happy with my pedicure and, while the prices are a TINY bit high, I'm happy to pay it knowing I'm going to get friendly service and good results. I'm still adjusting to the price difference of services here vs. where I was before in central Kentucky. I went for the deluxe pedicure, which includes scrub and hot towels because me heels were ROUGH. I'll be back, but I'll probably stick with a standard pedicure for $35 instead of the deluxe for $45. read more

New, CLEAN salon on Broadway in Grove City. Very friendly people! I was pleasantly surprised! I normally go to a Lovely Nail salon on RomeHilliard and they rush you out of there so fast and don't speak to you, this was a nice change. Everyone was wearing a mask and they have the plastic barriers at all stations. They had clients wear masks as well and wash hands upon entering the salon. They are obviously taking COVID seriously, which I appreciate. 8 massage pedicure chairs and 6 hand stations. Very nice! They had some grand opening specials, but it looks like their prices are the same as most other salons I've been to. read more

Very clean, professional and friendly. Gel and pedicure on my feet included a fantastic pro leg message and my powder dip nails were perfect. The technician wasn't happy with the texture and he changed it 2x to make it perfect. It seemed as though the air conditioning temp was affecting the drying but I didn't have to ask for him to fix it. He was on it before I could say anything. I could go on and on about this salon. First thing I noticed was the look. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I have had a million pedicures at many different places and this was BY FAR my best experience! I'm pretty sure his name was Jackson and he was phenomenal! My feet were pretty rough because of Covid and he made them look amazing and feel great. 100% will be back! I will now recommend KC Nails to everyone! read more

If i could give this 0 stars i would. I went here to get my nails done for my birthday. I went and got the dipping powder with french tips because i heard it was more natural and lasted longer. I liked the natural nail look, however, it was not what i was quite looking for. Don't get my wrong I really liked the nails. Only problem is that i was SUPER overcharged for something SUPER SIMPLE. i looked and even CALLED THE PLACE BEFORE BOOKING. I asked how much and they told me that it would be $55. So i agreed ( I shouldn't have) to get them done and booked with them. Long story short, i ended up being charged an extra random $20 out of no where. I don't believe I should of been charged that much. I didn't get a chance to say if i wanted to tip or not they just added it to my bill. Please save your money and don't go here, if this type of service is what your looking for. Will not be returning. read more
