I've been coming here pretty regularly and they've done an amazing job every time! A lot of salons forget the little details when they're doing gel or acrylic services, but here they always remember to do the cuticles, shape to perfection, and give you that little hand massage at the end. Great prices too! read more

Always do a great job! And they are personable, nice to talk with. It's very clean and such a relaxing environment!

I am a regular client and have been going to CT Nails for 9 years now and I cannot recommend them more. Over the years, anytime I have had to go elsewhere when I'm on vacation or out of state, I have been severely disappointed in comparison. Kevin, Lisa, and Thai, are all amazing and truly listen to what you want. They are a small, family-owned business, so while it will not be a "posh" out of this world nail experience, you will be met with kind, hard working people who care about every client! They will take walk-ins but even as a regular I always make appointments or at least call ahead since they do get busy. I always get compliments on my nails and I send every friend of mine their way! read more

Always pleasant, great results, good value. Kevin and Lisa, and family, are a wonderful business for the area.

I've gone twice & will not be back. I get a gel pedicure & she files down the nail bed so much to where my nail is hurting from the heat. Also files my toe nails soo close that she's essentially filing my skin. (Ouch) Additionally, the paint on my nails is all over the place & this costed $66. I wish I could get my time & money back. I couldn't remember why I didn't go there again & was definitely reminded today. The vibe of the place is clean, but it does smell of straight acetone & they have no music on. I'd recommend going elsewhere! read more

C-T Nail Salon - Nail Salons Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

First time here last night, even though they are right down the street. When I called for an appointment yesterday, they got me right in. I had a wonderful pedicure by a woman who was not chatty, but did great work. It's nice to have another good nail salon in my vicinity. read more

They always do a great job, friendly and reasonable prices. No appointment required but recommend doing so

Went for a mani and pedi on my lunch break. It was somewhat of a wait but not long. It's right before the holiday so it was expected. Everyone was friendly. I love love love my nails. They were very upfront with the pricing and never tried to upswell me. They checked every step of the way to make sure I was getting what I asked for. It's convenient and quality work, I will be back for sure! read more

Love this place! Great service - all nice people. I recommend you make an appointment.

An immaculate, spacious, brightly lit salon with adjacent off street parking which practices exceptional sanitation provided the setting for an attentive, well executed pedicure. More than satisfied and highly recommend! read more

Only came in for a Pedicure with my boyfriend but they did a great job . Really took their time with the massages and care of our feet.

Best pedicure and manicure service ever! They got us in a decent amount of time without an appointment! 10/10 would go back and recommend

All I feel after visiting this nail salon is sad. I was looking for a new nail salon to start going to & after carefully looking through the reviews, I decided this salon seemed the most loved by others. The first picture is what I asked for. I wanted a transparent cat eye on top of pastel pink polish. I showed the nail tech & he seemed a bit iffy so word for word I said "it's okay, if you're not able to do this I can pick another color it's no problem." He said "no no it's okay" & acted like he was going to give me what I asked for. He even asked to see the photo again. While I was there I saw that this was in fact not what I asked for but I was okay with it because I assumed the grey tinted cat eye would at least be full coverage. Instead I was left with spotty polish. My nails were left jagged on the sides & snagging on my clothing. I feel like my nails were not taken care of at all in this salon from the filing to the painting. read more

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for an appointment I had tonight 11.11.2022 at 6PM. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early. I waited over 30 minutes before the owner apologized and asked if I could wait longer for a walk in appointment. I declined and stated that I have waited too long. He preceded to tell the girl he was working on, in the middle of her "appointment", that he would work on me, and she would have to wait. Again, I declined because that isn't right either. Maybe I have been spoiled with going to thewnailbar with customer service and prompt appointment times but this is the second time this has happened to me here. I don't understand why they don't have a nail tech specifically assigned for scheduled appointments. He gave me two business cards for $5.00 off my next visit and I just gave them away to some girls who just finished their nails in the parking lot. I'm never going back to this salon. I'd pay the extra $20-$30 to have my nails done again at thewnailbar. I highly recommend them to anyone. Also, this salon smells awful. Between the acetone, nail polish, and cigarette smoke from the people with the bar next door. It's almost unbearable. read more

This is the first time I've ever been to CT nails and I got a full acrylic set with gel and pedicure with normal polish. They did a great job at get me in and out of there quickly while still doing a great job. I definitely recommend making an appointment or else you might wait a pretty long time. My pedicure was nice and they do great massages. However, I wish they did a little more to remove calluses and dry skin. Kevin does awesome at nails! This is my first time ever getting a design on my nails and I love the look of it and the shape was executed perfectly. He doesn't get upset if you ask him to add more color or to adjust something. Super funny a polite. You can tell they care about your opinion and will help you find a color you're looking for. I will definitely be going back!! read more

C-T Nail Salon - Red dip and acrylics - Nail Salons Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

I made an appointment at 3 pm, at 3:45pm I was still waiting and when I nicely asked if I was next, got a nasty attitude and a rush job. I felt like if I was a walk in I would've understood. I Will NEVER go back, very rude and nasty just because a PAYING customer who made an appointment for a certain time, wanted to at least get my nails started. read more

I went in for the first time yesterday to get a fill on my acrylics. They were about 3 weeks grown out and overdue for a fill, so I stopped by this salon because it was closer than my regular place. I walked in w/o an appointment and only waited about 15 minutes. I was also offered snacks and a water bottle while I waited. I appreciated that the nail tech took time to trim and moisturize my cuticles, a step which is often overlooked during a fill. An acrylic fill with gel polish costed me $42 which seemed comparable to other salons in the area. I took two stars off my rating because they didn't seem to do any kind of nail art. I am happiest with my nails when my manicurist can take the color I choose and add creative accent nails and/or embellishments. I had to choose the holographic shade myself AND tell him which finger to do it on. I also don't think the shape is great - I requested coffin and as you can see in the photo they are pretty round. My usual lady does the edges and corners very sharp and precise. Overall they worked in a pinch but I probably won't be back unless I'm desperate. EDIT: I originally gave this salon 4 stars but unfortunately I have to retract that rating. I went in to have my acrylic nails removed so I could give my natural nails a break. I went here again out of convenience. I requested a simple soak-off removal only which costed $10. The lady doing the removal clarified if I wanted them soaked off or, if I was in a hurry, if I wanted them forcibly pulled off. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND HARMFUL! I can't believe they would even offer that and I hope to God that no one ever takes them up on it. She ended up soaking off the layers of acrylic and then used a drill to get the last bits off my nails. I noticed a strange bumpy texture on my nails after I had already left but I ignored it. Later, I realized that the unevenness was due to portions of the acrylic still left on my nails! I had to go to yet another salon to have the last layers removed. I can't believe how badly they handled an acrylic removal. I will never be back and I wouldn't advise anyone else to go, either. read more

Very impressed with their customer service. I made an appointment but they were super busy so I waited an hour. They apologized profusely and gave me a discount which was great because I really didn't mind waiting. I got gel on acrylic and they still look great after a vigorous beach vacation. Definitely coming back because they're good quality and reasonably priced. They even have a two week guarantee that they'll fix a messed up nail for free within that period. read more

C-T Nail Salon - Still look great two weeks later - Nail Salons Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

My wife had gone back to the salon to get her nail repaired by them and the nail tech Keven went on a rant about black people saying that they are lazy and "ghetto" I was so surprised seeing that we are in the midst of racial unrest, and being a black woman listening to this while he's repairing her nail was pretty bold!! Not to mention disrespectful. I will never go back there! Please get more understanding on what can be offensive. Keep opinions to yourself simply do the services offered, and stay professional. They do good work BUT these type of situations can ruin your business. read more

I come here so much! Lisa is so fantastic! I'm always greeted promptly and treated so well! My nails always look fantastic when I leave! A suggestion - always call and make an appointment. They take walk-ins but they get busy!! I highly recommend this salon!!! read more

AWFUL SERVICE! I spent 2 hours in that place just to get dip powder (the place was empty when I got there). Also, the youngest girl is THE WORST! She is offering services that she is not ready to offer yet, she hurt my fingers twice (see pictures) and that BURNS with the acetone. Completely unfriendly and awful service. I was ready to leave and Lisa -which is nice and professional- asked me for 10 more minutes wait and offered me a card with $5 for my next visit... $5 off for next visit which is NOT going to happen. I left the place two hours after I went there, with two of fingers hurt and they charged full rate plus taxes ($43.00)... my personal recommendation: DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! read more

Overall I like this place. My only complaint is that the woman who did my mani used a dremel on my natural nails before polishing - who does that?? I will go back, but will be more clear next time that she can keep that thing away from my nails!! For now I think the damage is done and will have to grow out... read more

Terrible. Had an appointment and still had to wait 15 minutes. Got a pedicure and the nail tech didn't even shape my nails!? Very sloppy work as well. $47.00 for worst pedicure I've ever had. read more

Went for a gel manicure. They offered me something to drink. They soaked of my old manicure while I waited my turn. Tina did an awesome job on my nails. They have a punch card which offers savings in the future. They also apologized for my wait with a 5 dollar coupon, which was not necessary because they were busy but much appreciated they recognized my time. Salon is very clean and very pretty. I will definitely be going back! read more

Dude....my manicure barely lasted for 4 days. LAME

My new favorite nail salon! I stopped in here on my way home from work because my nails desperately needed some love. I was taken care of immediately! They did a great job on my gel manicure and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I also love that they have a 10 day policy- if your nails chip or break they will fix them for free! Thankfully, my nails last way longer than 10 days so I haven't had to use that yet! read more

I liked them better when John was there. They are still nice. But they are slow. It shouldn't take me two and a half hours to get a fill with French manicure and a basic pedicure. They need to be more efficient. What's the point of going there during the week to be in and out if it still takes forever and their not busy? read more

I went to this salon for a gel manicure on 9/30/17, and the cost was $32. I went back for another gel manciure on 10/14/17, and I was charged $35. The prices for services are not posted, and the people at this shop charge you what THEY want to charge. I Will NOT go back. There is some shady BS going on there. read more
