I wanted a last minute dip manicure before the long weekend, and the first time I called they informed me they didn't have any open time (which was to be expected). Then I got a call from the salon letting me know an appointment for 30 mins later had cancelled and they could fit me in!!! This was not only good luck, but a sign of great customer service! They were very attentive to get me started with removing old polish while waiting for my technician to finish with her previous client. You could tell that they have a lot of regular clients because everyone (clients and employees) were talking like old friends. Maybe come for other services, but definitely not a women's haircut. When I see that the stylist station is dusty, and there's still hair on the floor from a previous client, that should be a red flag for everyone! The stylist started out combing my hair completely to the wrong side/part until I corrected them. That was another giveaway--not even asking the client or observing the part as it's normally worn. The haircut itself was pretty uneventful, but uneven. I was left with some strands longer than others. Some pros are the nice staff and ease of online reservations. They weren't very busy when I was there and the staff members were loitering; I felt on display as the only client in their salon at the time. The pedicure stations looked nice, as does their spa services, but I'd skip the haircut. read more

I've been coming here since August to have my nails done by Bly every couple of weeks. Bly has been doing acrylics for about 20 years, so she absolutely knows what she's doing and she's highly skilled. You won't be walking out of here with blobby acrylics gone wrong - you'll be happily walking out with beautiful nails. I regularly get compliments on my nails now, which never happened before I found Bly! It took a lot of searching to find a place to go. I needed to find a place with impeccable cleanliness, up-front and reasonable pricing, and happy customers. Golden Triangle hit all my requirements. I was really hoping I could find a salon around my neighborhood, but l am so happy with this place that it's well worth the trip to Hilliard from the Hilltop. Each employee is warm, friendly, and genuine. Other clients come in for their appointments while I'm there and you can tell that Golden Triangle has a solid roster of regular clients. They care about how their clients are doing and their clients care about how the employees are doing. With easy conversation flowing, it's clear that clients and employees value each other. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I've been to places before that post their prices for services and when you go to pay, they increase the price on you. This is not one of those places. The price you see is the price you pay, unless there's discussion otherwise based on the services you're getting. I have only gotten my nails done here, but with the cold weather and dry air of winter, I'm going to start checking out the spa services. I'm very happy to have found this gem! read more

Fantastic experience here! Found this place by simply using the map application on my iPhone, and it showed several positive reviews from others. I took a chance and booked a hair appointment and foiling. I can honestly say this was the most impressive visit I've ever had at a salon!! My highlights are beautiful, and the haircut is on point! They even wrapped my head in a hot steam towel after putting the conditioner on my hair and it felt amazing! I will definitely be going back to see Minnie again. The salon itself is gorgeous inside and has a very peaceful feel to it. I can't believe I haven't discovered this place until now?! I came here to get my lashes done a couple weeks ago and I'm not going to lie I was a bit nervous. Bly (the owner) has been doing lashes for about 7 years I believe, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in the spa room. The process took about two hours. During those two hours she is gluing each eyelash on individually which is a process but totally worth it because they look so beautiful and natural! Really one of the best decisions I have made, I have gotten so many compliments!! I also got my nails done here, and they do so much better compared to other salons here in Hilliard. I paid $50+ for a pedicure and it was terrible. The polish looked so layered and honestly, i went home and repainted my toe nails myself. I definitely don't recommend coming here and dropping THAT much money to go home and redo it yourself. Nice people but terrible job. read more

My daughters and I went here for a girls' day and we had such a great experience. The staff was personable and efficient, and our nails looked great. Ben paid particular attention to detail while completing our manicures. We enjoyed the peaceful environment and everything was clean, including the restrooms. There are a variety of services from facials, massages, hair care and design, as well as manis and pedis. Pricing is comparable to similar establishments. What a wonderful salon, everyone there is so cheerful and professional, but more so, they are great at their job. I have had my nails done here a few times, and I cannot say enough great things! There pedicure station is so comfortable but even better is where you get your eyebrows waxed when you can lay down and relax...
