Posting a review on yelp because I must've forgotten! This nail salon has been my absolute favorite for almost a year or so now. The people who work here are hardworking, friendly, and they always do a spectacular job. Phillip recommended me to get solar nails and I have not gotten anything else since. He does an amazing job, he listens and is always consistent in his work. I can't recommend solar nails enough! They never break. I've been getting them for a few months now and you can get them filled instead of a new set every time which is a plus. I've only ever broken 1 solar nail, and Phillip was so kind to fix it for me without charging me. They always do their best to make time for walk ins, even when they are slammed. I don't know how they do it, but they do. I always try to book an appointment to be courteous, but they've fit me in for walk ins every time I've needed it. The salon is cute inside and clean, and they play gentle piano music that makes the experience relaxing. I've been loyal to a few different nail salons around Columbus over the last few years, but this one is the best one I've been to and I don't plan on going anywhere else. We had a great time having an overdue mani and pedi. All the employees were very professional and polite, we had time to relax for sure. I haven't been here in a while and love the remodel, very bright and endless options!!! There was however a ex customer "rude Marsha" that went to the place raising her voice and demanding from the moment she walked in the salon, I guess she needed some "attention" Geez! Glad she was invited to leave and find another place. The world doesn't need people like that. read more

The owner should be ashamed of himself. I've been going to this salon for over 10 years should be greeted by name doesn't know my name or doesn't wanna know my name he says from his manicure Station. How can I help you? I said I need an appointment he said when are you going to come in while multitasking from his manicure station and not looking at the computer to book the appointment? Then ask for the last four numbers my phone number gave it to him five times he still couldn't find me and because he had an audience a room full of customers so he got frustrated so then I repeated my full phone number, and he still couldn't find me on his computer. He Abruptly he said don't come back to my shop. So this is how you handle a confrontation that you started . Customer Service 101 is very simple. Treat a customer like you would want to be treated this owner feels as though he is superior over his customers. He talks very abruptly. He's very short, and his tone is not pleasant. I have a lot of places I could spend my money, but I chose this place because it's convenient and I had an excellent rapport with his sisters. Not sure what happened to this establishment since his takeover but it's not good I will never give my money to someone that does not treat me with respect. We went to H20 to get gel manicures and pedicures for our wedding next week and we're very satisfied with our service and nails! The 20% off for first timers coupon on Yelp was a HUGE help but it still ended up being $170 after the coupon for two girls getting gel basic manicures and gel basic pedicures. I do not normally get mani pedis so I found the cost to be outrageous, but keep hearing that's typical. The women working there are very nice and do a wonderful job! Don't waste your time or money. The past 2 times I've come here they screwed up my nails and not only did I have to come back, when I called to ask if I could come in the next day to get it fixed they told me they were too busy and I'd have to come next week. Fast forward to "next week" and I come in and they charged me $10 to fix the nails they screwed up. Terrible customer service and they clearly don't care about retaining customers. Pedi chipped after 5 days and they gave me an attitude about fixing it. I asked if we could change polish because I don't want it to continue chipping. They said no. I had to guess what color was used and it was the wrong one. When I brought it to their attention, they just painted over other nails on that foot and didn't touch the other foot. Now my feet have two different shades. I don't even care anymore. Just get me the hell out of here! Also, when I got home the other foot started chipping lol I'd say go to h20 if you want a temporary pedi, but I will never be returning. read more

Came here yesterday. Was my first time. My mom and I got pedicures. The first thing I told the lady was "my nails are too short... I'm really trying to grow them out." She proceded tp take nail clippers and cut my nails even shorter! I had to yell STOP! So at least only one of my two feet got butchered. She was on her cell phone a lot. She wasn't really paying attention to me or what I was saying. She did, however, talk in whatever language to her coworkers the entire time. When you see the photo you will also see that I could have done a better polish job myself. Don't waste your money or time at this place. Rip off!!! So unprofessional. read more

I have to say that we were lured to this nail salon because of the yelp 20%. With that being said, the nail technicians were very good and informative. But my good experience soured by 2 things.... First; the yelp discount said 20% off PLUS additional 10% off for cash. They said "they don't do that anymore for cash". Grrrrrrr Then, tips had to be cash only! Not good! I've definitely had better nail experiences. I got a gel pedicure and my acrylics filled in at H2O. I had two technicians working on my nails at one time...which did speed up the process (this is a plus since acrylics can be so timely.) The problem was that the woman doing my acrylic nails was waiting for someone and kept leaving to check out back. She ended up rushing and having my nails done in 20 minutes, but they looked like crap (see the posted picture - white/pink acrylic)! She didn't ask about what shape I wanted them in, left them very thick on top (so as they grow out, they look horrible), and was sitting there talking to the other tech in another language the whole time. Never once talking to me. The woman who did my pedicure was polite, but didn't talk much (a-ok with me.) My toes turned out mediocre, but the leg massage was very nice. I generally go to a place down in Hilliard, but didn't this time because it's so far from home. I don't think I'll make that mistake next time. The place in Hilliard is 5-star! Also, I think over $120 for a horrible filling (20 minutes) and mediocre pedicure (45 minutes) is a bit steep. Especially since I'll have to go back to my nail salon within 2 weeks to get my nails corrected. read more

Once again, yelp saves the day! I found H20 after a salon down the street couldn't fit me in. While they take appointments (and several who walked in after me had them), I was able to walk in on a busy Saturday and be served within minutes. The majority of the pedicure chairs were filled and all appeared to be in good condition. H20 offers three levels of pedicures: basic, deluxe and Qtica (34/45/60). Because it was my first pedicure of the season, I opted for the Qtica. This included everything that comes with the deluxe, but they use Qtica brand products and it seems to be more of a moisturizing treatment. After hiding in boots all winter, it was what I needed! The Qtica pedicure lasted about an hour and I was extremely pleased with the results. I'll probably go with the deluxe next time. I'll definitely be back, but next time with an appointment (unlike other salons I've been to, they never seemed to run behind on any appointments while I was there). And, just to add on to what others have said, bring cash for the tip! read more

I came in here yesterday 30 minutes before they closed (because I'm a jerk). They sat me immediately after I asked if they had time for a full set, and the ladies were so friendly! They didn't seem bothered that I came in late, and my tech finished my full set in 40 min! She was super fast, very friendly and talkative. Prices dont match the service and product you receive. I paid $110 for a French gel pedicure and a manicure with polish. My feet were still very rough after the pedicure, and the gel polish peeled off of my big toe on DAY 5. Like - are you kidding me?!? I had a pink and white here yesterday by Twee and she did an excellent job. Edges of the white all filled to the corners and length was exactly what I asked for. Clean shop, prices reasonable $45 for my acrylic, they charge $35 for a reg pedi, $45 for deluxe and so on.. extra $25 for gel. I booked an appointment for a pedi so we will see! I will choose a different pink powder next time though. read more

I had a lot of issues with dry feet and cracking. They recommended specific treatments that have helped a lot. The place is clean and does not have that overwhelming nail chemicals smell.
