This is THE WORST BAIL SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN. On 10/23/2025 I went to Derma nail shop at 6:00 pm. I was there until 9pm I don't know why my receipt says 8:22 PM. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It started off when I called this shop to see if they could fit me in. Mind you the lady on the phone is the root of all problems. She was rude as hell on the phone but I was desperate since my birthday is this Saturday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So I still chose to go. My fault! Mind you when I got there everything was okay. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The two female that were assist me were nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Until the lady that was doing my lady, starting complaining was moving a lot or the way she does French tip takes too long so she was trying do it another way! She said she's moving too much and the lady doing my pedicure is moving me to much. I still wasn't mad or felt some type of way. I kept my cool. So she which with the lady that was on the phone with me! [[HIGHLIGHT]]First thing that lady said " you were so rude to me over the phone" awkward as hell I thought I was getting a basic French tip with gel nothing complicated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This lady was being way too extra, asking me what type of gel I wanted. I've never in my life had anyone ask me that question before. What really pissed me off was the fact that they tried to charge me $199. When I started complaining and told them I've never paid anywhere near that much for French tips and gel, they started coming up with all kinds of random excuses and explanations that made no sense. Like, I'm not a nail tech! Then, while we were talking, the price suddenly disappeared off the screen. When they rang me up again, it changed to $189. That's a straight up scam. And don't tell me they "adjusted it" because of me they were standing firm on that original price until I started questioning it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]To make things worse, that lady who was rude to me on the phone? She didn't hold anything back. She started giving me attitude and talking down to me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She knows there's nobody else there but her and Pier, so she feels comfortable being disrespectful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Do not go here. I have been going to Derma nails since last summer, regularly. Before Derma nails I was bouncing around from nail salon to nail salon because I couldn't find a place that inspired me to stay. Mixed feelings about this place. The lady who did my nails was amazing and so sweet. I gave her a cash tip as soon as she finished them. The checkout felt scammy, i'd recommend using cash. When I went up to the front to pay, it was a man-- not the woman who did my nails. When he saw I did not add a tip on the screen he told me my total did not go through. So I paid the amount 2x and confirmed with him that I was not getting double charged. Once I got to my car I double checked my bank statements and I was double charged. Absolutely fantastic experience! My daughter and I went for pedicures...Hannah and Abby did our nails. They were both wonderful! The calf and foot massage was so relaxing and almost put me to sleep. Our toenails look beautiful! We will be coming back and asking for Hannah and Abby again! The only negative was that they placed us under the nail dryers and promptly forgot about us. Would absolutely give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment online and called to confirm as well- they assured my appointment was set. So imagine my confusion when I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment, they didn't even greet me until I was sitting for 20 minutes. They then told me to come sit at a station. And then no one said a word to me for twenty more minutes. They literally act like you do not exist. So after 40 minutes in total- waiting 30 minutes passed my confirmed appointment time I left. They didn't even offer an apology. Absolutely terrible service. Will definitely go to one of the other ten nail places around. So pleased with my first experience here! Such a great group of ladies who did a phenomenal job on me & my sisters nails!

I called to see if they had time for a pedicure. I was told to come in 20 minutes. When I came in 20 minutes, I waited about 10 until they put me in a chair to soak my feet....after 35 minutes of soaking I tried to get up and leave. I was almost pushed back into the chair and was told to wait just one more minute, she was almost done. I waited 7 before she came back. 52 minutes after my scheduled time, someone came for my pedicure. Since I was on a time schedule, the lady indicated she would give me a quick pedicure. My mistake was to let them talk me into staying "one more minute". This was the most stressful pedicure I've ever had. read more

I came in for the first time got acrylic nails put on. The lady was super nice and accommodative but they didn't give a full manicure or do my cuticles well. I was also left with a ton of residue under each nail. I was told my nails were dry and I could leave but immediately upon returning home my thumb nail was smudged.
