I asked for a certain color and even had an inspiration photo ( they were purple) he rushed the entire process and skipped several steps. He quoted me 40 and then 45 and when I went to pay it was 52. Having had nails on and off over a 35 year period and nail service literally all over the world, this was one of my worst experiences. My technician was either new or really that bad. She hurt me when removing my gel polish and my two toes on my foot are so sore and red. The sole of my right foot is sore from the scrubbing with the smoother. I get a pedi every 2 weeks and they are in great shape. Now my foot is killing me. She didn't massage my feet or legs and I had to ask for lotion to be applied to my feet. My mani was just as bad. I actually asked her to stop and just put the gel polish because she was hurting me with the cuticle nippers. I am sure you all are saying why is she complaining. Well after being charged $130.00 for a gel mani and pedi, and getting horrible service, I am sure you would complain as well. I can go to another salon, a bit further and get great service, no pain and for way less. Think again if you want to go here. Oh, and the guy said " He'll no I won't wear a mask, if people get covid they will just die " so sad to see people just don't care about others. Oh nails is definately not a place to be if you want to be safe and healthy. Not to mention a horrible nail service. Does this look like a foot that just got a 130.00 pedicure???? They did a great job with my nails. The gentleman (co-owner) was great and super-friendly. He recommended the nail options that were best for my nails and was very thorough in this work. Throughout the time he kept asking whether I was happy with the final product and if I wasn't he would fix it. I appreciated his attention to details. I am very happy with my nails and the final product. I do think it's pricey. I paid about $125 for a manicure and pedicure but the nails were well done so I am satisfied. read more

It's rare that I find a nail salon that I truly love. I found this place on a whim after trying so many other nail salons and finding their work lacking or just feeling unwelcomed. Ever since my first service, I have been a loyal customer, even after moving far from Westerville to Pickerington. Anna does amazing work with my acrylics. I have never had acrylics that have lasted this long in my life. She also takes the time to make sure that all of my nail is covered, not 80% like most places do. Their services are quick and efficient. Kiet will forever do my pedicures. He takes the time to make sure your feet are properly cared for. As with any great service place, they do take walk ins, but they honor appointments first. It's best to make an appointment! It's super easy to do from their website! read more

Friendliest nail salon I've been to, hands down. They appeared to have lots of regulars. They ask if you're w first timer there when you walk in and have you fill out a little sheet with your info if you are. Really makes you feel like they're interested in you personally. I couldn't decide between a couple of polishes, and the woman (totally forgot her name!) came over and painted the colors on her own nails to let me see how they looked. I've only been to Nicole and I like her so much! She pays really good attention to detail. Unfortunately, she's the only one who do wax services and she's off three days a week. Today I had an appointment I called to see if I could push up my appointment, the guy who answered said she has a family emergency and they switched techs. Which would be fine if he could wax! The guy hung up on me because I was upset.... Why wouldn't I be. I leave to go out of town on Wednesday evening and the next two days happen to be two of her three days off.... so now I have to find someone else. I have mixed feelings on this place. I made an appointment for a gel manicure on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't too busy, maybe two other people in the place. I was looking for a dusty pink color, (I am getting engagement photos and wanted my nails to mesh with my outfit) while they had a lot of colors, I felt like their selection was lacking. All of the colors seemed a little cheap/dull/bland for my taste. Not to seem snobbish but possibly because the gel polish they use is some random brand (not OPI). I ended up with a light pinkish color which is just okay. The girl who did my nails did a good job on my cuticles and really seemed to take her time which I appreciate. But when it came to polish unfortunately the result was just meh. The polish was executed well but I ended up with spots that are almost see through, which makes my nails look splotchy/streaky - not the look I was going for. I realize that I picked a light color but it would be nice if they would patch the areas that need it rather than just speeding through, and when I am paying $43 bucks for a manicure I'd like to be happy with it and I shouldn't need to ask you to fill in the visibly splotchy areas of nail. For the price I have had much better manicures elsewhere. Most likely will not be returning. read more

I recently wrote a review but is currently under not recommended, not sure why. I absolutely have no affiliation with anyone and this salon. I just wanted to let people know what a fantastic salon it is. I went last week and had a wonderful pedicure. They do put disposable plastic liners in foot bath which is thrown out after each pedicure. Chairs are wonderful and the employees are friendly and really care about the service they are providing. So I called this location a week ago on on Sunday . And asked what time they closed , they said 5pm . I asked if I needed an appt because other reviews led me to think so . And the guy said " No! Come on in". I let him know I wouldn't make it in until next week and he said ok. Now exactly a week later I walk into this location at 4 pm . (An hour before they close) and the guy asks if I have an appointment. I said no and he tells me " oh. well we are done for the night " I said okay ! And walked right out. I will never return to that place again . All I needed was a balance and it wouldn't have taken more than an hour . But he didn't even care to ask that . How dare he turn away my business like that . So rude . I've never even heard of a nail salon going by appointments . I've been in a nail salon and see the workers greet a walk in with a smile , at FIVE MINUTES before close. Humility will take you far , and these stuck up people better realize that or their business WILL TAKE A TURN FOR THE WORST ! read more
