It didn't seem like there was as much effort put in there. A quick scrub, a few swipes and done. The biggest thing is my gel mani had corners start to rise just a few days after service. It's less than two weeks after my service, and my middle finger's nail has lifted halfway across the nail. My cuticles are messy and dry again. There wasn't much that went into the gel mani compared to where I usually go. No hand massage, no lotion applied, etc. For the pricing and upgrades along with how long my gel mani lasted, it doesn't seem like the service matched the pricing. At least how long it latest. Again, everyone was very kind to me. I'm thankful they worked me into the schedule that weekend, just wish it would have been a different result!

This nail spa was open all day, took walk-ins, was reasonably priced, and had a ton of glowing reviews. It was obviously really easy for us to agree on heading to Pure Luxe, there was a check next to all the boxes required for a good mani. We arrived at around 1PM on a Sunday afternoon and the receptionist greeted us right away. We put our names down and explained what service we were looking for. I got a gel manicure and my sis got a gel pedicure and her acrylic nails filled. We were handed a box and colors and told to have a seat until our name was called. The place was very girlie, there were chandeliers, pink and grey walls (love!), and feminine art up on the walls. They also had a great playlist on. It was really cute and inviting. My sister was up first and I was welcomed to sit next to her in the pedicure area while I waited for my name to be called. We chit chatted and laughed with her nail tech and until my turn was up. The experience was great from start to finish. My tech was a sweetheart, very gentle but got the job done. If I'm being honest, my nails were a wreck. She made them all very even and my cuticles look fabulous. I choose a bright, berry-ish red and it's perfect. She was really quick too. My sister and I were both very impressed with our visit to Pure Luxe. I'll definitely be back next time I need some girl time or me time. Everyone was really friendly, the final product was wonderful, and the place was clean and fun. Pro tip - check in on Yelp for 10% off your service!

Our experience was okay- not bad but we weren't wowed by any means. The location was nice and cute going for a quaint spa vibe. There's some light snacks, water, coffee, and tea. It wasn't brought to our attention that there were showers, sandals, or additional post service accouterment like razors, combs, lotion, hair ties, dry shampoo, etc. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could come prepared. We were told about the robes available to use so that was nice. I've never had a maternity massage so I can't compare it but it was nice. Took a little trial and error to get comfortable. They offer a bolster to allow you to lie on your stomach. I think perhaps it's better suited for someone not so far along, or just with different anatomy. The hole for my stomach did not feel deep enough and I felt pressure on my belly which was uncomfortable. My masseuse was gracious to work with me to get comfortable on my side and had a bolster to lie on my back as well. The "scalp treatment" was pretty basic and left much to be desired. I think they put peppermint oil on their fingers and then push your hair around your head. It absolutely was not worth the time or price we paid. I kept my opinions to myself as I tend to be a tougher critic than my husband but as we left he mentioned his thoughts on the "scalp treatment"- his words were I could have done without that- the hair dresser does a better job- I agree. We usually go to Panacea Spa but they were booked so a friend suggested Woodhouse Spa. It's really difficult to compare the two as Panacea is a true luxury experience albeit with a price tag to match. With our scalp add ons we paid almost the same as we would have at Panacea and by no means was it a paralleled experience. We might consider trying a basic massage service again but certainly not our first pick here in Columbus. Not bad just not amazing.

I enjoyed my first experience at Changes. Zoe was my stylist…read more I made an appointment and reception chose Zoe for me. The day of my appointment I received a text reminder. I appreciated that. Check in was very fast. I waited less than 2 minutes for Zoe. At reception, they have a pretty wide selection of hair products for sale. The salon was set up nicely and was clean. Although they were busy it didn't seem too loud so that I felt I was able to communicate with Zoe about what I wanted without a ton of distraction going on. She was was very friendly and efficient. She was talkative but not gossipy. She gave me exactly what I asked for and edited the cut where I asked with ease. If there were any criticism to be made it would be that I wasn't recommend any products or informed of what was being used. But that may be a plus for you if you don't like feeling you're being "up sold" during your visit. Another was that this salon offers levels of experience with their different stylists at varying price points. I found this out through their website. Reception didn't inform me of this when I made my appointment. Checkout was fast as well. Although they do take credit/debit cards you can not attach the tip to your payment for service. You must use cash or if your stylist has square you can tip them directly. Over all, I very much enjoyed my experience and will definitely return.

DO NOT GO HERE. Probably one of the worst dermatology places I have ever been to. There have been a…read moremyriad of red flags since I have started there, one starting with me being prescribed an acne medication which resulted in multiple bad reactions from me, to then calling and leaving a voicemail how it wasn't helping me (you know since they never answer their phone or are open long enough to get ahold of them) and them just prescribing me a new one without calling me or notifying me any way. I found out when I picked up my prescriptions and literally looked at it confused as I didn't know what it was. That's when I called and talked to this snippy nurse who said "so you didn't get a call on October 3rd at blah blah blah?" I clearly did not as that's why I was calling and simply wanted to know what this was and what the side effects were. So red flag one was that. Second red flag was my birth control not being sent in to the pharmacy for about the 3rd time, resulting in me missing many days and messing up my cycle, hormones, and overall period. I called in March of 2026 asking why it wasn't refilled, and that's when I was notified my Dr, Dr. Rupert left the practice and that I essentially had to find a new dr in order for it to be prescribed. Now, anyone with common sense would say, "that's not fair". I was never told she was leaving, and when I called they said they sent out letters about this. Never once received a letter and I had to be the one to find this out Instead of being professionally and properly informed like a dr's office should. Again, talked to a snippy nurse (everyone except the receptionist are angry elves I suppose) where she said I would have to find a new dr in order to get this. Frustrated and angry I reached out to my NP for it, but then went and go OTC ones at target. THEN, they suddenly started getting prescribed again? So, why was I told they were not able to if they then randomly started them again? Now, my last red flag was from today. That one random medication I was prescribed in October that I mentioned earlier was Spirolactone. I recently ran out this past week and went onto my CVS app to see why, and it said it was due to Dr. Rupert leaving. So, all this week I try calling them and again, they were somehow always not there or on their lunch break or closed already at 4:30. I'm trying to balance this as a 24 year old woman who works full time as well as is a full time student. I finally get ahold of them and talk to one of the rudest, cold nurses I have ever spoken to, the lovely Nurse Lisa I explain the spirolactone problem to her and instead of speaking to me with humility and compassion, automatically plays the blame game and says it's due to me not scheduling a follow up the last time I came and that I was informed of this in March. First of all, in March, I AM the one who called about my birth control not being filled, not them contacting me. And that's when I was informed if I want it prescribed again I need to find a new dr and see them. I won't lie, I was frustrated and more snippy because her tone automatically set me off of that this was my fault and she didn't care to listen nor help me. So she starts the blame game and I tell her that that was for the BC and if you guys only prescribe things for after a year, why has it almost been a year and a half and you're still doing it and then suddenly stop and one, not give me any warning, and two this is MONTHS after Dr. Rupert left. I listened when they said I needed to see a new dr for the birth control and have now switched to my NP, but for this spirolactone, I was still getting it from them. I have been off of it for about 5 days now and when you stop a medication like that, you clearly have side effects like getting dizzy, which I was getting. So I am trying to explain this all to the warm and fuzzy Dr. Lisa, you has straight attitude towards me, isn't letting me speak and cuts me off and tells me to not Interrupt her. I say are you kidding me, first of all do not tell me what to do, And she starts laughing and says I'm hanging up on you now. I tell her I'm calling HR or whoever on you and she laughs again and says this is your fault and hangs up on me. So I call again and am transferred to their office manager Rachelle who I of course had to leave a message for and now I'm here complaining. This surgical place has always has so many freaking problems with one even answering you, two getting you in, and three just being straight up rude (the receptionist Molly was a sweetheart though). I am clearly THEIR patient who is upset, experiencing scary symptoms from them not refilling my meds, and instead of Nurse Lisa coming in with humility, compassion, and overall customer service and ready to listen to a clearly frustrated patient in distress, she turned into a Karen (who is shocked with a name like Lisa who is a nurse, always the mean girls) who didn't listen and demonstrated horrible skills as a nurse.

Beware -- the office staff is extremely unorganized. I scheduled an appointment well in advance for…read morea treatment that required a prescription to be sent beforehand.
