Not only do I experience significantly less irritation but I find I get a smoother, better result. I find virtually none of the ultra fine baby hairs that get left behind when I wax. Skin & Sugar is pretty much the only place I'll go to, everyone I've met here is super friendly and make the services feel like no big deal. I've found other places that specialize in hair removal can be impersonal and kind of scary, but I always feel incredibly at ease here. It's no longer an appointment I dread making, and I cannot recommend this business enough!

I love her! Brittany is very talented. When I first started going to her, I had her cut it in a short angled (or stacked) bob. It is hard to find someone who knows how to do that cut but she does it perfectly. Since then, I have been growing my hair out. Brittany has gotten me through that terrible growing out phase (you know the one....right when it starts hitting the back of your neck and drives you crazy). My hair is now half way down my back and I love it. I've never had long hair because it is so thick. Brittany does an amazing job of texturizing my hair perfectly. I do not typically color my hair but have had her color it a few times and she does an amazing job with color too. She also cuts my 5 year old daughters hair. I highly recommend Brittany. I have recommended her to several of my girlfriends. The salon is an old house that has been converted into a salon. It is very charming, trendy and cozy. There is plenty of parking. I've never had to wait. Brittany makes her schedule and never appears to be over booked. Check her out, you will not be disappointed.

The front desk apologized but then laughed as I walked out even though I was kind and said thank you anyway. As someone who understands s*** happens and schedule mix ups happen, I didn't appreciate the snickering as I left after being cordial and kind. Seemed pretty unprofessional for a first time client.
