She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. She then said that I was not overcharged because of the added tax. Wait... when did the tax get added? It wasn't there before during the first two price amounts. I don't understand how the longer I talked to her, the more expensive it became - and the more bizarre second add-ons occurred. I got taken advantage of. There was no reasoning with her so I just dropped it. To me it wasn't about the money, but the attitude.
