I had the male doing my nails and he seemed to be in a rush .. I asked for a certain color and even had an inspiration photo ( they were purple) he rushed the entire process and skipped several steps. He quoted me 40 and then 45 and when I went to pay it was 52. I was very unhappy with my nails but unfortunately I had plans so I didn't have the time to ask him to redo them.

    Love my nails!

This place was close to me. I thought everyone was nice. I was a walk in,but it is best to have an appointment. Loved how my nails looked. They had customers that you could tell were loyal to them. I think that says a lot. I scheduled a pedicure the next day since I was so pleased with the results. So glad I found this place.

Just left my pedicure with a boo boo on my little toe and dry skin on my feet. No lotion or nothing! That's a $130.00 pedicure

Having had nails on and off over a 35 year period and nail service literally all over the world, this was one of my worst experiences. My technician was either new or really that bad. She hurt me when removing my gel polish and my two toes on my foot are so sore and red. The sole of my right foot is sore from the scrubbing with the smoother. I get a pedi every 2 weeks and they are in great shape. Now my foot is killing me. She didn't massage my feet or legs and I had to ask for lotion to be applied to my feet. My mani was just as bad. I actually asked her to stop and just put the gel polish because she was hurting me with the cuticle nippers. I am sure you all are saying why is she complaining. Well after being charged $130.00 for a gel mani and pedi, and getting horrible service, I am sure you would complain as well. I can go to another salon, a bit further and get great service, no pain and for way less. Think again if you want to go here. Oh, and the guy said " He'll no I won't wear a mask, if people get covid they will just die " so sad to see people just don't care about others. Oh nails is definately not a place to be if you want to be safe and healthy. Not to mention a horrible nail service. Does this look like a foot that just got a 130.00 pedicure???? I think not!!!

I was going to this nail shop prior to covid frequently and even suggested it to several coworkers…read more Today I called because I wanted to get some information about their practices since things are changed I asked the following questions: 1) how many people do you allow in at a time? 2) do you use the bowl liners now(because prior to covid they didn't use them) The response from the man(owner) to my question was "Ma'am we use all the PPE required. If you're concerned at covid, you should stay home. *Hangs up the phone* I don't believe my questions prompted that type of response where you pretty much tell me what to do and hang up on me. After, I stated that I wanted to come in within the hour. That was very disrespectful and I will take my money to places that can handle simple inquiries. No one wants to drive somewhere and be surprised. This conversation could have had a better response. Even after he said all that I still remained calm and nice, but I will tolerate being dismissed by individuals that I'm investing my money into their business. Update: I went to bellagio across the way. I called they answered my questions and had me come in. Meanwhile, I'm checking my email and this is the message I received from the owner after my review.

Reception was super friendly and even fit my first visit in on a same-day appointment. Both visits were performed by Montana. I was given plenty of time to get changed and comfortable without feeling rushed or taking too much time. A ground-level heater made the massage table comfortable. It was also nice to finally find an LMT that used a reserved amount of oils/lotions so you didn't feel like you were walking out of the spa covered in Crisco. Montana asked me about problem areas and focused efforts on those muscle groups, applying just the right amount of pressure, checking in throughout to make sure everything was just right. I've tweaked some things in my back at the gym and these last few sessions have really helped. This is my new go-to spa for massages. It's ease to book the same week which works really well with my schedule. Montana and the staff are awesome!

I scheduled a Papillion pedicure but don't think I got all the steps that were offered. I had to ask for the scrub and massage. Disappointed in both because she only did my feet and ankles unlike other places that do your lower leg. The place is nice and convenient.
