It was also nice to finally find an LMT that used a reserved amount of oils/lotions so you didn't feel like you were walking out of the spa covered in Crisco. Montana asked me about problem areas and focused efforts on those muscle groups, applying just the right amount of pressure, checking in throughout to make sure everything was just right. I've tweaked some things in my back at the gym and these last few sessions have really helped. This is my new go-to spa for massages.
