I never place reviews after only one visit, so I had two massages at Papillon Day Spa. It's a small location, but well-kept, clean and comfortable. Reception was super friendly and even fit my first visit in on a same-day appointment. Both visits were performed by Montana. I was given plenty of time to get changed and comfortable without feeling rushed or taking too much time. A ground-level heater made the massage table comfortable. It was also nice to finally find an LMT that used a reserved amount of oils/lotions so you didn't feel like you were walking out of the spa covered in Crisco. Montana asked me about problem areas and focused efforts on those muscle groups, applying just the right amount of pressure, checking in throughout to make sure everything was just right. I've tweaked some things in my back at the gym and these last few sessions have really helped. This is my new go-to spa for massages. It's ease to book the same week which works really well with my schedule. Montana and the staff are awesome! read more

I was excited to find a place that was open on Sundays. Unfortunately the woman doing my pedicure was late but they did give me a discount for waiting. I scheduled a Papillion pedicure but don't think I got all the steps that were offered. I had to ask for the scrub and massage. Disappointed in both because she only did my feet and ankles unlike other places that do your lower leg. The place is nice and convenient. read more

I was in town for work in September and I had a fabulous deep tissue massage with Natalie! It was very quiet, the bed was warm and she was very experienced (talking just enough). I felt so much better when I left! Would definitely recommend. The only negative thing I can mention: no one was at the front desk when I came in ... there was a gal giving a manicure to a client (guessing it wasn't her "job" to acknowledge me) ... so I just sat down and waited. It wasn't "terrible" but I did want to include as feedback for the future. :D read more

I had their Men's facial service today and I'll say my face feels incredible after! Josie my aesthetician was phenomenal, super knowledgeable and great at making me feel comfortable throughout the facial. The spa felt so relaxing, clean and comfortable! I'll definitely be back again! I suggest any guy needing to clean up your skin Papillon spa will help you feel refreshed and recharged! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. My future mother-in-law and I spent over $500 there in May for facials and massages. I booked an appointment a month ago for next Friday, as I am leaving town for my wedding the following morning. They emailed me today to tell me my appointment is cancelled and they cannot be available at all Friday to reschedule me. I called and spoke with the "manager", Ashley, who was not helpful whatsoever. I will never return and would suggest no one else does either. Imagine not honoring an appointment that was made a month ago and telling me 1 week before I leave for my wedding. read more

First time in this spa and was so excited based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the way they do things here just isn't my jam. Had a facial, which was both incredible and perplexing. The actual treatment on my skin was great. The technician was clearly knowledgeable, competent, and experienced. My skin felt great afterward. However, waiting for almost 8 minutes for the service to start was weird. After I changed into the robe, I literally laid on the table for almost 8 minutes before she came in (so a total of over 10 minutes just to 'get started'). Then, in the middle of the treatment, she left for almost 15 minutes. Just left. Said, "I'm going to give you some privacy while you mask" and left the room. What? for a 60 minute treatment, almost 25 minutes was just me lying on a table in the dark. This wasn't my first facial, but this was the first time a technician literally left the room for an extended period of time. At first I was worried something happened to her. Then I wondered if she was doing another treatment... It was very disappointing. If this doesn't bother you and you are ok hanging out by yourself for 25 minutes of a 60 minute service, this spa is for you. read more

Cool, calm, and pleasant atmosphere. The muted tones and color make for a relaxing experience while getting your nails done. Will try a massage n XR time I am in the area. read more

I had a great experience here and am looking forward to returning! I found Papillon simply by searching online and scheduled a 90 minute massage with Natalie for my birthday!! Being a sizable woman, I was a little anxious about how things would go, but Natalie was really amazing! I was very comfortable and it was a fantastic massage!! I recommend the peppermint oil BTW. This place, hands down, beats those major chains that I used to go to monthly. Looking forward to scheduling my next one! read more

I had a wonderful experience today at Papillon. My husband surprised me to a spa day for Valentine's Day. I had a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. Excellent customer service and lovely people! I was given a certificate to Papillon before the pandemic impacted many businesses. The certificate had expired when I was finally able to schedule my services but they honored the certificate which was much appreciated. Their staff at every level were extremely pleasant and I can't say enough about their facials!!! I'll definitely go back. read more

Unfortunately, since changing ownership, this spa has gone downhill. I had an incredibly negative experience with a massage therapist (I believe her name was Angela), who did not listen to my requests. I absolutely will not be returning. read more

My husband and I love Papillon Day Spa! We now get a couples massage once a month. I have seen Montana for a few years now. I even followed her from when the spa was part of the Hilton. She gives the best massage, it is the always the right amount of pressure and she listens to my needs and gives extra attention on trouble areas if needed. I always leave there feeling relaxed and better. I recommend her to all of my family and friends! Kelly A read more

I went here on the recommendation of several people for the half day indulgence spa package. I was the first one there and was promptly greeted. I was then offered a drink and relaxed for a bit. I had the buffed mani / pedi with Ashley. She is wonderful! We talked, but she also let me rest in the chair during the pedi. I think the facial was my favorite part! Ashley gave me the facial as well - it was my first one. It was so relaxing! Lastly, Leslie gave me a massage - holy cow! She was awesome! I'll definitely be going back!! read more

One of the only nail salons open on a Sunday, I didn't mind paying a few more dollars for a luxury spa experience. $48 for a deluxe pedicure which included soak, trim, sugar scrub, massage, hot booties, and polish. Just as nice as any upscale spa I have been to. Complimentary water, coffee, tea, mimosa or wine was offered. One thing to note, this location is inside of a hilton hotel but had a separate entrance around back. Overall great, I will be back. Based on the prices online combinations of more extensive spa treatments seem reasonable at under $200. read more

My fiancé and I decided to take a little getaway to celebrate our engagement and his birthday so we decided to get a couples massage at Papillon Day Spa. Their website was very user friendly and we were able to schedule our appointment via Vagaro. We arrived a few minutes early and they took us right back. I was treated by Chanel and Natalie took care of my fiancé. Both ladies were very attentive and asked if we had problem areas they should focus on for our deed tissue massages. I am not often in the area but next time I make it back I will be sure to stop by for another treatment! read more

I wouldn't come here for a massage but can't speak to anything else. There was a few of us that went together. My bed was uneven so I tilted side to side through out the massage as weight shifted. I didn't have to wear a mask but my friend who was with me in the same room was asked to keep hers on the entire time even while faced down so she was suffocating, ha. It made no sense why I was told to take mine off and she was asked to keep hers on. I could hear the conversation in the next room the whole time which wasn't relaxing for me, or my friend who was in the room that said the masseuse talked the whole time. I get a lot of massages so I may just be accustomed to better-everyone was sweet that seemed to be working there though. read more

I have been a client of Dee & Papillon Day Spa for over 12 years. From my perspective that says a lot about the services & the people providing those services. They are always on time, but never make you feel like they're rushing to finish your appointment so they can move on. I always feel refreshed & relaxed. I talked so much about how wonderful Papillon is, my husband started going to Dee. . If you're looking for an experienced Esthetician, I highly recommend Dee at Papillon. If you're looking for someone to give you an awesome mani/pedi,you can't go wrong with Ashley. Thanks to both of you for always making me feel relaxed & special. read more

1st time customer... Enjoyed the experience up (they did a great job with massage and mani/pedi) until both workers proceeded to bash my career after seeing it on the television (not knowing what i do for a living). I would've definitely brought my business back but after hearing their opinions and unprofessionally speaking so in front of their consumers - don't think i will, especially since my career is what paid for the service. read more

What it isn't: inexpensive, easy to find. What it is: bliss. Pure, unadulterated bliss. My girlfriend gave me a gift card two Christmases ago, and I just never used the thing. Then I unfortunately lost it. Thankfully they were able to look it up, so it wasn't a problem. I surprised her by upgrading us to an hour long couples deep tissue massage, and they were able to squeeze us in only three days after I called. I had been having some minor upper back pain for a few weeks, typical lower back soreness, and some pain in one of my knees. Troy listened to my symptoms and started out working on my upper back. After awhile there was a light pop, and I felt instant relief of all of my upper back pain. He explained that there had been a rib out of place. Days later, I am still pain free up there and my lower back feels great too. When he worked on my quad I explained it had been partially torn about 7 years ago, and that the same hamstring on that leg had been partially torn around a year and a half ago. He was able to diagnose the strain that both of those muscles were putting on my knee as the source of the pain, and also why my glute wasn't working much on that side. After some intense (read: painful) deep tissue where I thought about yelling "uncle" more than once, I'm happy to say I've been free of knee pain since then as well. Troy was a wealth of knowledge, and extremely helpful. I've had massages at many different places, but never one this good. I wish that I could afford to go regularly, because I left feeling 100% better. read more
