The best.. Price and service wise. Christy is one on one and gives you her utmost attention. The price can't be best, especially considering the service you get. Not your typical "nail salon mill" where thy try to get you in and out. I had a pedi, mani, and waxing and she did an awesome job. I must say this.... This salon is pretty clean!! She uses a new nail file and buffer for every customer - and you get to take it home!!! I do recommend an appointment. Not sure if walk-ins are accepted. I feel bad that I'm giving this place such a low review but I have to be honest. I like Christy and I want to support small businesses. She is a very sweet lady, and I've been to her salon several times since last year (2017). When I initially started to going, my gel manis would last about 10 days. But I ventured out during that time to other salons, and had such phenomenal experiences, specifically at W Nail Bar. Because of that, I'm now noticing how poor Christy's nail services are. She's rushing and not using good equipment. My last mani with Christy was just 8 days ago, and the appointment only lasted 25 minutes. My gel manis at W Nail Bar usually last 3 weeks. But my gel mani with Christy started to chip in 5 days and the polish application was very lumpy and even on my cuticles! The only thing this place has going for itself outside of Christy herself are the cheap prices. But your nails come out looking cheap, so the price isn't even worth it! I'm sad to say I will no longer be a customer of Christy's. The quality of the gel manis are just too poor. read more

I really like coming to Christy for my pedicures. The salon is so clean. An enjoyable and relaxing experience.

I chose Christy's Nails because the price was right and she advertised the use of eco-products. The place is very cute -- a house turned into a salon. The owner was friendly enough. It was a little awkward being the only customer with just one worker. But I could have overlooked all of this if the gel manicure had been a good one. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The polish was applied unevenly and too thinly, so that the color didn't look even. The top coat near the nail beds was raised with rough edges; on the second day, the gel started peeling up at the edges next to the nail beds, when the rough edges would get caught. I needed a new manicure after a week. And I decided to go somewhere else. This salon either needs to use better product or better technique. The cheaper price is just not worth it. read more

I walked in looking to get my gel nails filled in, upon walking in & everyone just staring at me, I kindly asked what was the wait time on gel nails & was told "we don't do that." Despite the sign outside & a customer sitting in the chair with her hand in the UV light, I was then told I could go down the street to another salon where they could help me. I'm highly disappointed because I've read such good reviews on this place, not sure why my money or business wasn't wanted, not going to bring race into this because I would really hate for that to be the case, but next time I suggest them not having signs up for something they "don't do." read more

From the moment I walked in, Christy only talked about her family's financial burden and health struggles. It was extremely awkward. She also had the appointment time wrong, so I had to wait 15 minutes for her to show up (open by appointment only). I went during the week for the summer special ($23 for a gel manicure) but was still charged $30. (She also charges $2 extra if you pay with a credit card instead of cash.) In terms of the actual manicure, it was pretty sloppy. She barely pushed back my cuticles, so the polish began peeling up after just a few days. There was a decent amount of polish on my skin that I had to take off afterwards. The place is very clean and she uses a new set of equipment on each customer, but overall, I was not impressed and I will definitely not be returning or recommending. read more

Wow! This place is awesome. I had a mani pedi done with two of my girl friends 2 weeks ago and the nail polish on my hands and feet still look amazing!!! I've never had this be the case because I am rough on my hands. Their prices are great (and I looked around before going with them). Their website says that they are a green salon. My friends and I all agree that there wasn't any chemical smell (which is great because that always gives me headaches). I saw that they used OPI, which is an expensive and quality nail polish. They redid my friends color when she decided that she didn't like it and did not charge extra. I'm really happy with them and plan on going there in the future. Tip: You get charged less if you pay in cash. Also calling in and making an appointment is a must. read more

As she is by appointment only, you dont worry about being rushed or the place being full of people waiting (as its a bit small it would fill up quickly). CLEAN. Friendly, without being intrusive if you're talking to your friend. Doesn't judge nail biters. Took care of my damaged cuticles much better than I expected. Large selection of polishes, which all seemed in good condition. Regular manicure looks perfect, and my friend who had the deluxe shellac package was also very pleased. After my first visit I left a 5 star review...but my opinion has changed and I wouldn't recommend this place at all. My gel mani was very thorough and lasted more than 3 weeks... when I arrived at this appointment christy wasn't there so after waiting 30 minutes I called her & she came.... fast forward to second appointment... she wasn't there again at our scheduled appointment time and it's now 4 days after my gel manicure and nearly all my nails are badly chipped and even some nails completely broken. Very sweet owner. Just she and her daughter own and operate the place. Very comfortable, thorough. I had one issue with the polish, which she fixed, but then 10 mins after leaving the salon I messed it up (in part due to the thick application because of the extra coat to "fix" the problem). This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had!!! There were two of us together that had appointments for pedis and they signed us both up like we would both be getting pedicures together! Well I guess that technically happened because the woman would do one portion of my pedicure then leave me and do my friends pedicure for a little while. During this time there is some salt s rub left on my legs burning and itching because she did a half a$$ed job of rinsing my legs and my water for my feet was cold by the end. a 40 minute pedi turned into an hour and half pedi! and there was no massage at all and she didnt even trim off the cuticles! I did pay at the end even though I was unimpressed, but I did think to myself that I would never return but I didnt want to casue any problems so i would let terrible effort of the place go. The owners husband is the acupuncturist there and just sat on his butt and helped her with nothing. Another customer came in when went to pay so Christy was doing her nails while we stood and waited to check out. her husband sat on his a$$ and said she will cash you out when she is done. WTF?!?!? Terrible service on his part!! We are already running late for dinner reservations because of them and now there is no effort made to cash us out promptly... when they knew we had dinner reservations and we were running late! AWFUL!!! So when I got home later that night I look at my feet closely and its the worst polish job EVER!!! I also have dried up skin on the bottom of my feet that she didnt even get off!! I have given myself a better pedi than this!!! Now that I really saw how poorly this was done I was getting angry that I did pay for it! So I called and told them I was unhappy with the work and I would like my money back, the husband told me "No refunds ever! you can come in and we can do it over."i told him I didnt have time for that and it should be done properly the first time and I wanted my money back. he got a complete attitude with me so I told him I would be posting reviews about his shop on every page possible and he had the nerve to tell me I could not do that and I better not!! hmmmm.... this is why this review has come about!!
