The person that did my nails was absolutely amazing! I loved talking to him, and joking with him. The chairs were comfortable, he spoke almost seamless English so I was able to understand him. I don't know his name but he is at the first desk by the front desk in front of the TV. Absolute flawless nail design. I will definitely be coming back! read more

New Nails - They have not broken or gotten damaged at all. They also function amazingly! - Nail Salons Near Me - Marysville, Ohio

Great massage pedi chairs. Lots of colors and mail product options. Lots of pedicure options. Great callus removal. Great foot massage. Reasonable prices. I went here on a Sunday, they were super busy. They had a lot of workers powering through all of the customers, but keep in mind you might have to wait so plan accordingly. Everyone was wearing masks, and they had screens set up between manicurists/pedi irises and customers. read more

I LOVE MY NAILS!!! I was looking for a fabulous nails salon forever and finally get them done perfectly. They came out exactly what I want (even more than I expected). I will definitely come back and recommend to my family and friend. Thanks Lily and Justin. Awesome customer service !!!! read more

Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Oh and I'm not sure if this is related to the Yelp app or business just seemed a little strange ... (I've never had an issue trying to post a review and I am unsure if they can remove themselves from being able to post reviews but this review took me 4 separate times to post..) Left here and went to TK nails off 36 and I will be a returning customer to TK NAILS from now on. read more

Honestly, my nails turned out really well even though they weren't what I wanted. I got my gel acrylics put on by another nail salon and just needed a balance. The wait wasn't bad, I get that it's a holiday weekend and super busy. That doesn't tie into the review at all. Also, the guy doing my nails was really nice and knew how to professionally do nails. However, I am unsatisfied with the price and the end result (even though I said they look good). The other salon kept my nails really long and I decided I wasn't satisfied and wanted them cut down. So I came her to get a balance and specially said multiple times I want them shorter. The guy kept pointing out that the SHAPE was what I had asked for and wouldn't listen when I said I needed them shorter. I'm a student and an intern and all I do is type all day. Having long nails makes that impossible. I finally just gave up and decided it wasn't too big of a deal because I have a week and a half off work and don't go back to school til January 9th. Now what really got me going was how much they charged me. Online it said a gel balance was $25. The girl next to me got the same thing done and was only charged $28 including tax. However when I was finished, I was charged $45 for the SAME service. I decided not to say anything because that is just too unprofessional of a place to even do, and instead of making a scene I just won't be coming back. I will continue to go to the previous salon who originally put on my nails. Go elsewhere! read more

Avoid New Nails. They do not care about your repeat business. They will take your money but do sub-par work. Don't expect a customer service experience. They don't believe in making things right if you don't like their work. You paid and that is final. read more

I love Justin and Lily and their crew at New Nails! Everyone does such a great job. There's no pressure to get anything done you don't want. They do fabulous pedicures and even better manicures. I've been going there about three years, and I've tried some other local places. They are the best hands down. Everyone is friendly and it's always clean with excellent prices. read more

New Nails - I have acrylics with gels done by Justin. - Nail Salons Near Me - Marysville, Ohio

Don't waste your time or money. I really wanted to like this place. The man who did my SNS dip was really nice, but it took over an hour and a half for him to do my nails WITHOUT a manicure. 2 days later, one of my nails broke off completely (my real nail, not an extension) while I was moving a small box. In less than a week, I had a broken nail and superficial cracks in every single nail. I've been getting SNS for over a year and I've never had this happen. I paid $60 for my SNS to last a week, and when I went back in today (after they assured me they'd fix anything that happened for free), they wouldn't re-do the SNS or even offer a discount on any manicure. I had to pay $10 for them to remove the hack job (with no maintenance or buffing). It took over an hour for me to get out of there the second time around. A total of $70 for the worst manicure I've ever had. Don't bother. read more

New Nails - After my $10 removal, this is what my nails looked like. I wish this was a joke. - Nail Salons Near Me - Marysville, Ohio

Paid over 100 for a fill and three nails fixed which is insane! Waited for 20 min before someone came to help me and was way over charged pLace wasn't clean. Will not be returning! read more

The guy Kept telling me to relax and hold still or to watch tv. Always talking about why they are better than other nail salons. They are not clean and do not sanitize in between doing nails. The girl never talks to anyone. Only two people work here. Be prepared to wait if you have an appointment. read more

I have been going to this salon off and on for years now. The service is usually great. My daughter won't let anyone other than Justin touch her nails when she gets them done. He does a great job. read more

I have been going here nearly a yr now and there's only one time I didn't like how my nails turned out and they redid them! The cost varies which is only reason gave 4 stars. I loved everything about this salon. Wait time was short he took his time with my nails and they turned out great! I am definitely going to become a regular here after being very dissatisfied at another local place. The only downside was when I called for an appointment I was going old they do not take them and it seems they do according to the door of salon. They are open 7 days a week too which is a great bonus. Very friendly too. A go to salon in Marysville for sure. read more

Okay so for starters I only came here for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. Mike was the only one there. He told me there was an hour long wait which wasn't any biggy because I had a doctors apt anyways so I could just come back after my appt. He was giving some lady a pedicure and I told him not to rush with her that way she could enjoy it. (She was the only customer). He told me to go ahead and sign in on the paper and on the computer he had sitting there, so I did. I came back and he said it was perfect timing he was just finishing up cleaning up from doing the pedicure. He took me to the back of the salon where they have beds and stuff. He told me to take out my phone and took "before" and "after" pictures of my eyebrows, (I will post them when I get on my phone). He did a wonderful job on my eyebrows! I highly recommend him. He did miss a little on my upper lip but he said he couldn't even see why I wanted it waxed anyways, so I understand lol. Just me being self conscious of myself. The place was super quiet though, I feel like they should play some soothing music or something. Also, maybe if they hired more employees the place wouldn't be so dead. I don't like the emptiness. Total cost of my visit was $22. Which isn't bad! I was paying just that for my eyebrows at my old place I use to go. I am going to go back and get my nails done eventually, I just didn't have the time that day I went. Plus Im not into fake nails. So Im waiting for mine to grow out nice enough. read more

New Nails did and amazing job with my nails. I had to wait a little while but it was well worth it! They took the time to make them look more natural and beautiful. Not thick, wide, and like most leave them. I will definitely be back for my next visit. read more

Got right in, very friendly people. Not to expensive. The lady I had was so nice and explained things to me about what is best for my nails. They man who greeted me was awesome. Nice setup. Definitely coming back. Needs some cleaning, but we'll worth it. I would recommend this place. read more

This place has potential if they step up their game regarding cleanliness specifications. I was disgusted when I saw the amount of nail dust on the table. However, the last straw was when I realized the manicurist tossed my file in a drawer. I had no idea if that's where it came from originally. read more

I LOVE MY NAILS!! I just showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it , they also cleaned off the table after every time he used a tools that caused nail dust so I wouldn't have to sit my hands in it . I had a great pedicure here. I chose the "basic pedicure" and thought it was very thorough, although there are more packages available. Also, the salon is bright and fresh and smells clean. I get nervous trying new nail salons because I'm afraid I'll get a headache from the fumes, but it was completely fine! read more

NEVER COME HERE!!! Place is unsanitary. Only 1 person working, and she skips the order of the line and doesn't care about doing it right! It took almost 2 hours for just a polish change and it chipped within an hour. She also acted like we were an inconvenience to he and was on her phone for half of the manicure. Very unhappy... Will not be back! My daughter wrote the review above. Her grandmother (my mom) took her for a special outing to get their nails done. My daughter was ecstatic...and came back and sobbed for almost an hour. She told me about the toenail clippings (not hers!) in the tub underneath her as she got her toenail color changed. She told how she had to give back her disposable flipflops so they could reuse them. The quality of the designs did not turn out well (the heart was all lumpy and the chevron pattern was just two zigzags that did not look chevron-like). The employee refused to give my daughter the student discount (she's in 6th grade), because she wasn't in high school. (call me crazy, but she IS a student!) My biggest concern (other than hygiene) was the fact that my daughter and mom felt like they were devalued. The employed only spoke in one word sentences (unless she was on the phone, which she was half the time) to my mom and daughter, but was superchatty with the next person who came in. She took her instead of my mom, offered her food, sat and ate her own food, and completely ignored my mom. My daughter said they just stared and stared at my mom (who is handicapped), never offered to help, and made her feel horrible (and refused to serve her). I don't think they meant to discriminate, and I wasn't there to witness it, but both my mom and daughter were crushed from their experience. read more

Called and asked if an appt was needed. Associate on the phone said "no appt needed". We headed in and posted right on the door it says "Walk In's and Appointments Accepted." When we arrived we we're told it was a 45 minute wait. (Exactly the reason I called to set an appt). Came back after 45 minutes and it was still a 20 minute wait. When we we're told they we're ready for us, we we're both sat in a chair for a pedicure, and the associate started on my wife's feet. I sat for another 30 minutes un-attended to, and finally got up and left without saying a word. I understand that businesses right now are understaffed and I never leave negative reviews unless deemed worthy of it, so I'm only leaving a 1 star review due to being told that we did not need an appointment (even though RIGHT ON THEIR FRONT DOOR it clearly states they DO schedule appointments) and having to wait over 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. Would give it a 0 star review if I could. read more

So one of my problems with nail salons is consistency. They offer a service, it's defined on the menu, from what they do to the time it takes. I went in with my sister today. She and I get started at the same time. However, her pedicure was completed before mine. And we were both getting the same services (their $60 "Luxury" pedi) In all fairness she didn't want the hot towels as they cause her problems. Her tech seemed like she was just trying to get the whole thing over with. When my sister saw how much more attentive my tech was, she felt like she was just getting the bare minimum. When our nails were dry, we went to pay and she noticed that it looked like the back of her heels weren't even touched. She has cracked heels (as does a ton of other people in the world) and she's had about 8 to 12 pedicures a year for a long long time. She's knows that area can be smoothed without issue. She made mention at the register and the manager overheard and suddenly he was loudly telling her about her cracked heels and how they don't go too far with them as to not cause irritation etc etc... he was just so loud and continually talking about the situation all the way through. Almost like he was letting everyone know, see we fix problems or trying to embarrass her because she expressed her disappointment. I feel like it was good to try to make things right but making such a big deal out of it while ALL of the other patrons looked on was just so unnecessary! read more

Worst place ever! They open ten minutes later then what their signs says and they aren't even ready for business! The lady told my sister and I to just sign in on the paper and the dude comes out yelling no, no, no. Saying to sign in on the tablet, what tablet! There was no tablet! Not to mention how snippy they were when you tried to ask a question! read more

I have to say that the new technicians are amazing. Last year I left a 1 review because of my experience. Last month I decided to give them another chance and was blown away! The new manager was so helpful, the tech was attentive and the price was better than fair. If you've been in and had a less than stellar experience, please consider trying them again. It's clean PLUS they are polite and helpful. read more

I've been to this place multiple times for a acrylic manicure and pedicures before trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, every time I've been here my nails crack within hours. I went back the next day to get it fixed and they were literally furious that i made them fix THEIR own mistake that i paid them to do, mean while when i was waiting the owner was talking bad about his customers to another customer. Very unprofessional. I've gotten pedicures before and they've made my toes bleed then proceed to put their finger in my blood on my toe without gloves on... absolutely disgusting, not to mention every time i come in there's an awful wait, my longest is 4 hours, when it is my turn they're in such a hurry to finish that they don't take the time on my nails and something always comes out bad. Today i got my nails done and my GEL polish is already chipping within only hours. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and just an all around crappy job. If i could give this places -100 stars i would. read more
