Granddaughter got acrylic nails which are very very nice, but I didn't know that there was a $25 charge to trim them and paint them. Even though I felt the pricing was expensive, the product and services were outstanding. With both of us happy with our treatments, I highly recommend this location. I've really enjoyed coming to this salon. It's small but conveniently located. Very cute on the inside! It's one of the few places that do "dip manicures" which is why I come here as opposed to another nail salon much closer to my house. I'm so disappointed I have to leave this review especially because my nail tech was so kind and I thought she did an amazing job. I got a gel pedicure. I have been doing my own pedicures since 2020 and have put off going back to salons because $70 (after tip) is money I could save by doing it myself. But I chose 614 Nail Bar because of their stellar reviews. I got my pedicure on a Tuesday and by Friday, all of my gel color had just popped CLEAN off besides my two big toes. I know this has to do with not being applied properly. And thinking back to my service, it was the fastest gel pedicure I've ever had. Staff was rude. When I tried talking to them they ignored me and kept going on their phone during my appointment. Showed what I wanted and they did what they wanted instead. Even when I expressed how I wanted something they didn't care. All I wanted was French tips. They have a bad attitude and their skills aren't worth going through it. i am getting engaged this week and went in to get a simple acrylic with a baby pink french and they used a pink acrylic instead of the natural color and tried to tell me it will look good with the baby pink tips even though that is not what i asked for. when i looked at my nails once they were done they all curved upward. i went in the next day to get them fixed and they tried to convince me it was my own nails that curved up like that even though my acrylics have NEVER looked that way. i got the acrylics soaked off and the woman that did it left some acrylic on my nails and the shop wont refund me for my original $90 service. i will never be coming back and if you are looking for a new salon DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I was disappointed with my nails. After closer inspection when I got home I realized my nail teach did not polish all the way down the nail bed. My nails looked like they were 1-2 weeks old. The polish looked great otherwise. The salon was clean and super cute but I wasn't a fan of the forced small talk and endless questions from my nail tech. I just wasn't really in the mood for a full blown conversation but she was not taking the hint. Also, I got a gel manicure and one of the nails completely chipped after 3 days. Wow. Just wow. My stylist, Betty was sooooo nice and kind to me! They all were soooo friendly! From the second I walked in, they all greeted me and treated me like I was a real person. The prices are unbelievably low, but SUCH good quality nails! I went in 2 days before Christmas and me and my sister both got essential manicures. They turned out AMAZING! I was in desperate need of a nice gel pedicure and decided to stop in to pamper myself today. The spa was clean and well-decorated and the spa were all very friendly! I can honestly say that this was the BEST pedicure that I have ever had. I've had quite a few pedicures in my time and was truly impressed by the quality of the service! I chose to do the most basic pedicure option available, which still included the massage. The nail artist did a fantastic job and gave a great leg massage, which I needed immensley. I purchased a Groupon for a gel mani and pedi. I expected it would be difficult to make an appt since they had the Groupon special, but it was actually easy to book my services, which was great! They were very flexible and moved my appt up on the day it was scheduled so that I could come in after leaving work early. Shannon was very sweet and did a great job. My cuticles are sore from the cold weather and she was gentle in cleaning them up. She did a great job and I'm very happy with my gel mani. Very disappointed with the customer service of this store. My husband has purchased a gift certificate as a gift for me every Christmas and/or birthday for several years. I don't regularly get services, but I do a few times a year. I had been told by a staff member that I didn't need to bring in my gift certificate as they kept everything in their computer. I was never told anything about an expiration date of the gift certificate. The last time I tried to use it I was told by the person checking me out that she didn't know how to find the gift certificate in the computer so I just paid for the services. When I called today I was told there was an expiration date on gift certificates and they couldn't find mine in their computer, probably it was too old. There was not much effort put into trying to find it and I had to ask several times for the person I talked to, to even look for it on the computer. However, the owner rushed my pedicure, didn't use the scraper which I paid for, and I left with my feel dry and feeling rough than they did before I went in. Horrible! Money down the drain. i paid for two: lavish pedicure=got time for a treat? after soaking your feet in our warm bath, nails are trimmed, shaped, with cuticle care and callous removal is performed followed by the nourishing of our homemade scentred sugar scrub and lotion, to finish with polish. no callous removal , no cuticle care at all! just a sugar scrub. even after asking about callous removal she played us like we were idiots. don't false advertise! i wasted my money. don't charge for a lavish pedicure if your people don't want to trim or cut on feet! this boushie nail spa owes me $80 dollars. i'm never getting a pedicure with them again! read more

Purchased a Groupon and was able to get an appointment quickly as needed. The nail technicians were friendly and they did a good job on our pedicures. FYI be prepared to pay for tax and tip via cash only (if you purchased the Groupon). They don't let you use your credit card to tip bc there's a $10 minimum. Some small businesses I've been to (including hair salons) have never charged me tax before, and let me tip using my credit card - so today was a first for me. So just make sure you're carrying cash on you if you a purchased a Groupon for this nail salon. Still recommend their services though as they did a nice job! read more

Very disappointed and will not be returning. I called to make an appointment for me and my friend. We wanted a fill on our nails and pedicure for myself. Before booking I asked how much it would cost. They told me $30 for a fill and $30 for the pedicure. I thought that was totally reasonable pricing so I booked the appointment for us. During our check out I was charged $45 for a simple fill with gel polish and $45 for a "Lavish" pedicure. I asked why it was so much when they told me it would be $30 for each. She said its $45 because they used a scrub during my pedicure. Let me tell you that scrub was deffietley not worth an extra $15! I responded and said no one asked me if I wanted an upgraded pedicure, she just asked for my card still to pay. I dont appreciate being lied to about prices and then charged something completely different! My nails are so thick, ugly and not natural looking at all! My friend got a fill and a special "foil" polish on one nail. Instead of being charged $30 she was charged $55! And a day later one of her nails broke! So clearly there is a lack of training on the owner part, since my nails were way too think and my friends nails were too thin to brake in one day! The owner was so rude and stuck up. For it to be both our first time and to have paid that much money plus tipping is just ridiculous. I expect better. We will never go back! read more

I had never had dip nails and tried them out here for the first time. I didn't know how poorly they were done until I went somewhere else. Both of my pointer fingers came completely off in 2 weeks! If there were 10 stars I would have checked that!! I have been to SO MANY nail salons and by far this is my favorite. They are professional, friendly and it's so clean!! Such a cute place too :-) Most importantly, they told me about a service I had always wished I could have but no-one ever told me about, nail dips. I was getting Acrylic/Gel nails on and it was so hard on my real nails but my real nails are weak and brittle. When I said "I wish I could have my real nails" the nail tech said, "why don't we do dips"? I had never heard of that!!!! I have been doing them ever since and LOVE THEM. It's an overlay basically on my real nails. They act just like Gel and my real nails look great too when they are gently soaked off. You won't be disappointed - best place by far!! read more
