This was my first time getting acrylics done and I had Tori as my nail tech. She was very fast and efficient, and made sure I was happy how it looked after each step. One of my nails ended up a little crooked (nothing too noticeable though), however I can't tell if that was from my natural nail or not so it's not a huge deal to me. This was a little bit pricier than I expected, around $120 (including tip) for my design but overall was a good experience. I attached pictures of what I asked for and what I got. I was hesitant to go here because of past reviews but am glad I gave it a chance! Everyone was very friendly. I'm indecisive and they didn't mind waiting while I picked out my color. The only reason they got 4 stars and not 5 is because my nails weren't perfect, they were really good but you can see some bumps and a section they didn't go to my cuticle. Im from southern CA which is only relevant bc I'm used to exorbitant prices. However, this is the most expensive nail salon I've ever been to. And it's not inside of a resort or fancy hotel. It's next to a QFC. They don't list their prices anywhere so by the time I sat down after picking a color they said a standard spa pedicure was $42. If I wanted gel polish, it was an extra $20. The service was excellent and they did a beautiful job, but not at all worth the price. Pretty crazy considering you can get the same thing done on the west coast for about $45 total. read more

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for as long as I can remember. It should also be noted that I have never been late at any point for any appointment and I tip so generously every visit when I go in every 2-3 weeks. Today I was running behind because life happened. When I called the manager was not understanding and treated me so rudely and continued to tell me that she would not reschedule me because they "don't do same day cancellations" and borderline insinuated she would not take me as a client anymore. I understand that they are appointment only, but the way the "manager" handled this situation was so disrespectful and she had zero customer service skills to navigate through this situation successfully. I will no longer give my business to this salon and will take my money elsewhere. So disappointing. read more

I have had both ok service and really good. I think the gentleman that does the acrylics in the back area is wonderful. I get gel, but he does such a good job and very detailed with making sure the entire nails covered, along with great at shaping to at g what I've wanted (I bring pictures if something different). Shop is clean, great selection of colors, great massage chairs for pedicures, and the staff is very nice. There are a couple in there that are either amazi g at pedicures and OK with nails or vice versa, as well as, the shop is a bit pricey... That's why I docked a star. read more

The manager of Saturday September 18, 2021 was so incredibly rude and hung up the phone while I was speaking .I wanted to reschedule an appointment. After I got the words, "I need to cancel" out of my mouth, she said' "Ok, I have cancelled the appointment " and then hung up. I was literally taking a breath to say I would like to reschedule and she had hung up! What business doesn't try to rebook you? I was annoyed, so I called back, only to find out that the gal who answers the phone is the manager. I proceeded to tell her that she had hung up and me and she began arguing with me. I was a regular at this salon for more than a year. Every 3 weeks, I got a pink & white balance. Very expensive, but I liked their work. One day, I made an appointment for 3 weeks out to get a pedicure PRIOR to my balance so that my toe nails could dry while I got my balance. I made my request very clear. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I was told I had to get the balance first because of Joe's schedule. I was upset because I didn't have time to wait for nails to dry. Joe, said 'it doesn't matter'. I said that it mattered to me and that I wasn't able to stay. I went elsewhere. Today, I called to make an appointment later this week and they actually wouldn't make one for me. Apparently, it is my fault that they didn't keep the appointment as originally discussed! How does that make sense? This salon's customer service is horrible. I have read many negative reviews about this salon and now I have firsthand knowledge of just how bad they can treat people. I'm new to the area and went to this place for gel nails and toes. After around two days I noted the color on my nails to be turning to a matte gray color in some spots. I called and spoke to the owner who was extremely rude on the phone and told me "there was nothing she could do that just happens to some people." I asked if she could please attempt to look at them to possibly fix them because of the amount of money I spent. She told me to come in and she "would see what she could do." I went in and she had a terrible attitude and then told me it's hand sanitizer that ruined the polish. The customer service was 0ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They put a gel top coat on my nails, which was different from when I had previous gotten the dip powder (at a different location) but the own said it provided a better shine and that if it peeled to just call . This is one of the best gel manicures I've ever had. I am extremely rough with my hands and my gel manicures that are done at salons ALWAYS chip within a few days. I am one week in with this gel manicure and I haven't had a single chip yet. Have used this salon several times and usually they are right on the mark as far as product and service goes. This time, it wasn't and I want every one to know because this a big deal breaker for me. I went in several weeks ago looking for a low maintenance nice looking set of nails since I had trashed the appearance of my natural nail by getting everything ready for fall, cleaning out my gardens, etc. Was going to keep them at least until January and then let my real nails come back in. Also, I asked for a wax/dye for my eyebrows. I received both of these services, as well as getting my toes done, so this was a big day at the spa that I NEVER do, but wanted to spoil myself. I was fully aware of needing to do a balance monthly and my expectation was approximately $25-30. This past week I started noticing the "back" part fo my nail near my cuticle getting caught in my hair and was concerned since it hadn't been that long since I had the service done. I called and MADE AN APPOINTMENT to discuss my concerns and fix it somehow. The gal on the phone said I had only just been in a couple of weeks ago and it's not time for a balance yet. She indicated that it would cost around $45-50 to fix the problems with my nails and I requested them to just be removed and she gave the amount of time needed in the appt I had scheduled. When I got in there, I shared my concerns and that I had originally communicated that I didn't want to spend $40-50/mo on a balance for my nails and while I had asked for "pink/white", I don't know all the ins and outs of this product (sure do now though!) and she assured me that this wouldn't be that expensive. As is usual in this business setting, it's difficult sometimes to communicate and have both parties understand as there is a language barrier at times, As I was waiting to talk to Lyn, the gal who had done it initially, I told the gal sitting at the front desk that I always appreciate the service I receive when I come in and this hasn't been the case with any prior experience, (this is the first time with acrylic nails for me though). Also, I said that I wanted my money back for my initial set since it had only been 2 weeks and also for them to just take them off at their expense. If the nails can't last more than 2 weeks without coming apart, then it wasnt a good investment. Remember I had made an appointment for this discussion and remedy the problem. Lyn came up and told me that she can't control the growth of my nails and that this was a very expensive product. I'm certainly not a nail technician, but I'm NOT stupid and know that these are variables. However, this product should last longer than 2 weeks. Lyn then looked at her calendar and said that it was almost 4 weeks since I got this nail service done and the lifting and breaking is to be expected after this amount of time. When I started noticing the symptoms it had been 2 weeks, and now it's been a strong 3 weeks, October 2 and my appt to talk about this was 21st. The key here is that it hasn't been 4 weeks and Lyn got mad and told me "she didn't have time to take them off or fix them today, you'll have to make an appointment. I'm slammed" But I was there for an appointment!!! She just didnt know I suppose.... read more

My friend and I decided to check this place out because we live in the neighborhood close by, but we won't be back. There was a miscommunication about what I wanted, which isn't a big deal but the fact that the girl made me feel bad like it was my fault is ridiculous. So another woman finishes my nails and the gel polish was super thick and clumpy. Three days later I had 3 nails peel completely off. I went back in for a fix and the guy who fixed it was super nice, but some of the girls who were there the first time made comments about what had happened before and made it seem as though they had been talking about me after I left. As someone who works in the beauty industry, I understand that miscommunications happen, but as the professional I would never make a client feel as though it was their fault nor would I make them feel like I had been talking poorly about them if they came back!! read more

I never actually made it to the salon... I called twice to schedule an appointment for my bridesmaids and I. The first time the lady was very nice and said she would take my name and number to give to her manager because booking that many people ahead of time wasn't something she could do. Cool. Only I didn't get a call. I called again the next day and the lady who answered was incredibly rude and short with me. I asked if I could make an appointment for 5 girls but I wasn't quiet sure what everyone wants-but I knew 3 girls wanted a manicure. Everyone is very friendly but every time I go I'm charged a different price! I was getting a fill-in, and asked to have the coffin shape, which I got every time I went there, and I was told that it's hard to do with short acrylic nails... I don't want long nails & I know it's possible because it was done before. I walked out and my nails were barely shaped. They filed each side twice so it the shape was practically square! And every gel color I chose, the sample nail color was faded compared to the bottle color. This has happened almost every time I go there, I see one color and it's actually a whole different color. They do a good job depending on the nail tech, but I'm tired of paying $50 for nails I'm not completely satisfied with. read more

The employees here could benefit from a class in customer service! They are rude and unfriendly. I had a gel mani and the tech painted all over my skin. When I asked her to fix it, she got snippy and rude, and brought the manager over. The manager was just as rude and told me the reason the polish got all over my skin was because it was "hot outside" and that makes polish thinner. It was in October, I've had my nails done in the summer when it's 90 degrees out and never had any issues. It would not have been a big deal at all, if they weren't so rude about it. A simple apology and a kind attitude would have made a huge difference for me, but instead they got defensive and hostile. I'll never return read more

If you are a couple minutes late to your appointment here, don't bother coming at all because you will be treated rudely and rushed throughout the appointment. The first thing I was told when arriving was, "Next time, be on time." Then, I was forced to pick out a color with one hand from the gel samples which was impossible while they rushed through shaping my nails. I asked if they were busy or short-staffed and they said no, they just liked people to be on time. I was a couple minutes late because my dog ran away when I let him out before leaving. When I tried to let the lady know it was rude of her to say that to me about being late, she then felt it necessary to argue with me and said they had other appointments and walk-ins. When I left, there was no one waiting or there for the next appointment. This had to be the worst customer experience I've ever had because that employee was so rude. Not to mention they tried to rush the gel removal process on my mom by not waiting the necessary time and started chipping at her nails roughly. I will not return, and I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. If you want to be treated well and get a great manicure, go to Posh Nails in Westerville. Cant give a star been there a few times not at all happy this time. Went in for a pedi and nail powder dip. While getting my pedi manager threw a bowl of acetone on my lap n told me to soak my old dip off because she was too busy to wrap them. Sat like that for an hour couldnt even turn on chair massager. By time pedi was done my fingers were glued together. Then when girl was almost done with nail dip manager came back and made the girl sand most of it off and start over. Then when it was finally done was told they used the wrong stuff on ny nails because they couldnt find the right stuff to use and if it peels off just to go ahead an come back. Was there for over 2 and a half hours. Nails look like crap and i still have glue all over fingers that i cant get off. This place needs new manager. I wont be back. read more
