Went with a group of 6 other ladies to get pedicures before a trip and had a great experience. They were very accommodating to our group size and provided great service to everyone! The salon is very clean and relatively modern and they were all polite and very thorough in their work. I got the signature pedicure and the massage and scrub was lovely. They had a good selection of colors and offer dip and gel too! Overall would recommend! read more

Worst experience of my life. Don't go. The gentleman giving me a pedicure was rude, impatient, and frustrated. He no customer service skills. I asked the person sitting next to me if I'd said something to set him off because I was so surprised at his treatment of me. Will not be going back. read more

I've been going to POSH Westerville for years now and they NEVER disappoint! Everyone is so kind and caring there and if you're not satisfied with their work, they will do everything they can until you are happy. Very efficient booking and on-time appointments. The owners are three lovely women who care about people and their business deeply. If I had to rate them, with five stars being the best, I would give them 6!! If you get a chance, visit POSH Westerville and experience for yourself. read more

Nice and clean place. They always do an amazing job on my pedicures. Highly recommended!

Please be very careful. They call the police if you walk in and change your mind. First timer. I walked into Posh just to see about their services for me and my 3 year old daughter. We looked at nail polish but she was hungry so we left. They called and I said I couldn't go to appointment I just made during my walk in with 5-10 min maybe? They called the police. Please be careful. At a loss of words. read more

I love my hard gel and it last four to five weeks. I switch from acrylic to hard gel and it's the best. This place is nice and clean.

First time customer and will not return. Came for a full set with acrylic and the top was chunky and unflattering even after feedback given during service. Hated it so much I asked for regular gel. The regular gel job was not done the best and I have polish and missing spots covered on my nails. Sad I wasted my money here for my holiday nails read more

Posh Nail Salon is truly the best! Family-owned and operated, they've been taking care of me for over 10 years. Excellent staff, impeccable service, and flawless nails every time. 10/10, hands down! read more

I have been going to Posh for the majority of the year. They have excellent service and always do a fantastic job. Throughout the pandemic they've done a great job of social distancing and ensuring safety for their customers. They have plexy glass on all their stations that separate you from the person doing your nails and those sitting next to you. They also make you sanitize when you walk in before you start looking at the different colors. Overall they are doing a great job and the service is always excellent. read more

I went to posh a few days ago and had a manicure with hard gel. After a couple days, I was a little disappointed in a few things with the way it was done. I went in today and just told them how I felt they were so kind, sweet and accommodating. They fix my nails to perfection. They look beautiful and they didn't think twice about doing what was right for the customer. This place has my business forever. I would highly recommend them to everyone that is looking for not only a beautiful set of nails, but also a kind friendly environment. They truly do care about their customers and it shows! read more

I have some seriously bad service there the last couple times I've been there. I like Sandy but if I don't get her early enough , I'm assigned to someone else, and there's no guarantee they Have experience. Need to find a new place. read more

I have been going to posh for several months now but have gone on and off for several years... I had to cancel an appointment a couple of weeks ago so I called and left a message early the morning the day of my appointment. When I called a few days later to make another appointment I was reprimanded and told that if I didn't show up for the appointment I was making I would no longer be able to make another appointment there.. I would say it's safe to say that if someone is canceling due to a last minute conflict they can't give 24 hours notice.. I am a cosmetologist and you don't reprimand an adult for canceling especially on their first offense.. Then to top it all off I got the dip polish. There was a walk-in while I was there which rushed my nail tech to finish my service. I had a nail crack the very next day and my middle finger on my left hand is swollen to the left of the nail. I know people say this all the time but I truly usually don't write reviews about experiences. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and acknowledge that people have off days but this whole experience has just bothered me too much to not say anything. read more

AMAZING! I showed Adam 2 pictures and he made my dream bridal shower nails come true. He is the best!!! Definitely ask for him if you want nail art. He paid such attention to detail! He is also great at the doing the coffin shape quickly. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely! There are too many nail salons here to tolerate such horrible behavior! read more

I called today to make a spur-of-the-moment mani appt and they got me in for 11:30. This was my first time here and it's a very nice shop with pleasant employees. The young lady did a great job on my nails and I loved how quick and efficient she was. I got the express mani for $20 (it is called mini manicure on the online menu). My nalis look great and I will probably return for future services. read more

Posh is the most amazing mail salon I have ever used. Sandy is absolutely outstanding. Both her service & technique are top notch! Sally always keeps things running very smoothly. The entire staff is so friendly- highly recommended! read more

I've been going to Kathy at Posh in Westerville for over a year now. I just love her. She has great attention to detail, and offers the most pleasant experience in acrylic nails. Her French manicures are done free hand, and with perfection. She takes her time, but is efficient. All the staff is fun loving and friendly, and the shop offers all the quality at a decent price. Walk in's are welcome, but it's best if you make an appointment. You can call as late as the day before and still get in without a wait. I've had several of their staff do my nails, but it's nice to find just the one you click with, and Kathy is my go-to girl. read more

It's my first time to get this place. Their atmosphere is astonishing. They have a mass of color polish options that you like. The staff are reasonably friendly and well professional technicians. As well, it's super clean and non chemical odors. It is way more beneficial than another nail salon who don't have a ventilator to reduce the chemical odor. I am definitely coming back for the next appointment. read more

I've been a customer of Posh for years. The last two times I had Kelly do a pedicure and she does a fantastic job. However, I had a horrible experience with the latest owner of the salon, she was extremely rude in person and I will never return. read more

Great place, well organized schedule. Prices are a little high. They charge extra for gel polish but then skimp on the foot scrub. Overall, consistent excellent service and quality! read more

Viviane was AMAZING! She's been doing this for 20 years, and even better, she's clearly been doing it RIGHT for that long. I've been going to Happy Nails for the past 4 years, but just go so tired with the declining service, increasing pricing, filthy salon and the nickel and diming was the last straw. So I sought out another one and totally lucked out with this one! I can't find anything to complain about. The only reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars is because their pricing is on the higher end of things. You'll love it here though otherwise. I've found my new nail salon! read more

They did ok with the pedis but I felt like I wasn't good enough to use their service. Felt really out of place

Called a day before and they had no trouble getting me in for a pedi and a pink balance. I've been there many times for pedicures, usually I get a man so if that's an issue for you, don't go here. They have quite a few men working but they are always pleasant and professional. They are happy to chat or let you read and relax. I'd never had my nails balanced here but was looking for a closer spot. In addition, my friend tried to balance them using a drugstore kit and they were lifting and turning yellow. Awful mess. Julia took one look and said "I can fix these". She didn't bat an eye when I said I just wanted pink when usually techs try to talk me out of it. Within an hour my nails were fixed, polished, and perfectly natural looking! I also enjoyed a great conversation with her. I will be going to Julia for balances from now on and will continue to visit for my pedicures! read more

I would not recommend coming to this nail salon at all. I had an appointment a week in a half ago and my nails aren't holding up at all, they are chipping and they can't even get coffin shape correct. I have called them to make an appointment to fix my nails and they told me I had to pay for them for something they screwed up on. i will not be going back to them ever again. it's the fact that I have to argue with them, for them to fix my nails that they screwed up on. And today I don't feel well unexpectedly and I asked them to reschedule my appointment after they told me on a 10 minute call for them to say they will fix it, and today they said they wouldn't. The lady on the phone said that the girl who did my nails is going on vacation and if I have someone else fix it, then I have to pay for it. 1. This is ur mistake on not being able to shape a nail so why do I have to pay. I ended up not getting my nails fixed, and they made it so complicated and did not work with me, or own up to their mistake. they kept making excuses, they put me on hold 5 times and the fact I had to argue to fix my nails that the gel nail polish is chipping on all my nails and my nails aren't holding up at all. They look like crap. And this nail shape is supposed to be coffin. The nails itself looking sloppy, and it doesn't not look coffin. They look OVAL. The sides aren't equal to the others, and the tips aren't even straight or equal to the other nails, the nails are chipping on the sides and on my nail picture provided below, the polish is rubbing off. I payed 50 dollars for these. They haven't held up at all, and look AWFUL. (Look at the pictures provided). so why do I have to pay for nails that look like this?! So if u want to go to a nail salon that has good service, understanding people and good technicians then this is NOT the place. So that is why their rating is 1 out of 4. Preferably 0 out of 4. read more

I splurged on the most deluxe pedicure. It involved a sugar scrub that lasted a really long time. I think this was supposed to be the massage part of the pedicure but I had a scrape on my shin and it became irritating. I really prefer massages with lotion. I did eventually relax and fall asleep though and I woke up to pretty toes. I wanted a gel mani as well but I didn't have over a hundred dollars to blow on my nails. How did Central Ohio get to be such an expensive place to have your nails done?!!! read more

I've been to posh a number of times and they did a good job so I decided to have my bridal party get their nails done all together there. It was not the best experience At all. The lady checking us in was rude and they acted like it was the most overwhelming thing. If I hadn't given them a four week heads up then I get it. Not an experience you want to have the day before the wedding - I wouldn't recommend and I will never go back. read more

Ladies at the front desk were really rude. Inside is very small and didn't have a lot of chairs. Changed my mind and went somewhere else. Better prices too. And much friendlier. Setting a good first impression is important, that was my first time in and my last. Update!~ Gave this place another chance. I made an appointment to get my nails done. Then when I got there I said I wanted to try the dip powder. Lady on the phone never asked specifically what I wanted. So when I showed up to my appointment *15 minutes early* she told me "They didn't have time". Standing by my review. This place is a nightmare. read more

The front desk person here is amazing. They are super organized and do a great, thorough job!

Love that the pedicures here are consistently good. The people are nice and they have often fit me in when I have free time in my schedule. Atmosphere is relaxing, positive and the music is good. read more

I spent some time looking at nail colors after I was directed to upon arrival, after 15 minutes and no prompting to head over to a chair, I was told by a lady that I was behind now because I took so long. I simply was waiting there, talking and looking at colors, being patient. However, I was made to feel that it was me that was taking too long and because of that my pedicure was rushed. With that, I paid $42 to have my feet polished nicely but left with calloused feeing heals, just the same as when I came in. It was bad enough that even after a few hours, I never noticed a difference in the softness which goes to show callouses were not removed and my heals not given a fair amount of lotion to be kept soft. Sorry, I could have done it better at home. Not worth my $42 and my tip. read more

I needed to get my nails done last minute for a wedding and I called the same day and they gave me the appointment time I wanted. Tyson did a FANTASTIC job on both my mani and pedi.
