I stopped in for a mani pedi after waiting forever during the shit down. Michael did the pedi and it was very good but....then I got handed off to what appeared to be a new girl. Long story short my nails turned out terrible. I went back in to show the manager how bubbly and wavy the polish was. He had her redo it and later that night the same thing. I called and ask for a refund. I was told NO. They'll redo them when I come back from vacation. Never again read more

Pricing seems like it's more and more every time I go and but I'm getting less time and effort put into my manicure or pedicure each time. I got the "best" pedicure for $63 today and added gel for $15 and didn't receive the massage or any lotion and had to ask to trim my nails and clean underneath them. My gel manicure was fine but I was going to get dip with an added tip and coffin and she told me it's going to cost extra for the tip and more to shape them and didn't seem like she wanted to do that at all so I was just like whatever just do gel then. Everyone is always nice just seems like they don't care anymore. My toes and nails look good just seems like for the price it wasn't worth it. read more

While the dip manicure I got was good the actual salon was filthy . the plexiglass between the manicurist and customer was gross as was the bowl the remover was in . Everything was caked in dust ...nothing had been wiped down or cleaned in who knows how long . Plus the employees just prattled on in Korean or whatever with each other the whole time I was there. very unprofessional. I am giving this bad review for many reasons. We walked out for the last time after waiting 37 min with an appointment at 10:30 in morning. The manicure chairs are torn & unkept. The facility was nice and the price for a manicure was reasonable ($19 and some change after tax). It seemed like our business was interrupting the staff member's social time. I'm totally okay with workers enjoying casual conversation but this was above and beyond anything I've experienced in a salon before. Another issue I had I have experienced many other places. While I picked a polish brand that is 5/7/9-free the base coat and top coat were a cheap off brand. Lastly, I have this weird line at the tip of each nail. I tried to photograph but it's hard to see. I'm so disappointed. It was my first time trying this place and my dip nails cracked two days after getting them done. Apparently cracks appear on dip nails when the powder is applied unevenly. This happened on two of my nails. My technician applied tips to my nails and one of them is completely crooked. I love this place! They have more gel polishes then you can imagine. They're clean and very nice! I've had Tina do my pedicure and Lu do my manicure. Absolutely the best. This is by far the best SNS manicure I've ever received. My friend and I came here over the weekend because she goes here regularly and always has great things to say about the place. The staff was very friendly and the woman who did my nails was METICULOUS. Since they were busy, she could have easily rushed through my manicure, but instead took her time to carefully file and buff the sides of my nails to ensure it wouldn't lift. They have a huge selection of SNS, shellac, and regular polish colors and I felt their prices were very reasonable- especially for the quality of service. Extremely disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years despite a few bad manicures, long waits and a few annoying service treatments but they put me over the edge. My daughter excitedly chose her nail design for her wedding months before the big day. I showed jason (owner) and multiple staff 6 months in advance and reaffirmed the design when I booked the appointment and during my appointment the week of the wedding. All assured me no problem. Lo and behold, when the technician worked on her nails she seemed very confused and the end product was not at all what my daughter wanted. See pic...the one with the silver was the request. The long pink plain ones are the actual ones. I stopped in to discuss and have received no follow up. There are too many nail salons to be treated this way. I went to A+ nails excited to get a pedicure and a powder dip manicure. This place was recommended to me and I had nothing but good things. Unfortunately that was not my experience. My pedicure went fine, but then it was time for my manicure. I got Judy as my technician and asked for a "gel dip nail" because I wasn't sure what is was called. She laughed at me and told me there was no such thing. I apologized and asked what was the closest thing to that- in which she responded a powder dip. When I was getting my Pedicure Judy was doing another guests nails and made an effort to keep conversation with her. When she started on my nails she barley talked to me and when I tried to start conversation she would barley respond. I felt extremely awkward and couldn't wait for my manicure to be done. As we were getting closer she looked at me and told me I needed to get my eyebrows done. I told her that was a very rude comment and wished we were done. As she finished up my nails she talked to the technician next to her and I repeatedly heard her mention my eyebrows. I was hesitant to come here, because I have heard some not-so-good reviews lately, but they were one of the only places open on Sunday (Memorial Day weekend) and I desperately needed a pedicure. They got me in right away and my nail tech was very thorough with the pumice stone and dead skin removal, which I appreciate. I didn't feel like she was rushed at all, she took her time making sure my feet were taken care of. She got the corners of my big toe very well, which I get ingrown nails from running. So far after 3 visits, they have been accommodating with both an appt and walk in. They are friendly and do a nice job on my nails as well. I would recommend A + as a easy, local option for nails. The prices are not high as some salons seem to be leaning towards. A basic manicure should not cost more than $20 and some salons are inching towards $25-30. read more

I have tried this place one other time. I am done, the owner acts like he does not care and then so does the staff. They can not do a reg manicure where the polish stays. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time & still never got service! I had gotten a pedicure earlier & the technician only did one foot with the pumice. They always overbook! If you make an appointment you should be seen at the appointment time, right? - right! Over priced - sloppy work by nail techs. A 5 year old could paint nails than some of the people that work here. I went to A plus because they showed on their website they do gel nails not just acrylic. I even called first and was told yes, they do gel nails. I did want length so they put tips on which I was ok with they will grow out. Then she brings out the acrylic powder & I stated no I want gel. She looks utterly confused as to what I wanted so I explained the difference. She said no we don't do those here. Then asked if I wanted to continue. At this point I should have said no but my nails were already prepped & had tips in place. Not the best job not the worse job either but definitely not what I asked for. I seldom treat to a mani-pedi but I decided to do so before a girls weekend in NYC. A+ Nails literally RUINED my trip!!! I started & ended with a Sugar Scrub pedicure when the tech scrubbed the heel off my left foot. They super glued the wound. I wisely passed on the manicure. To add insult to injury (no pun intended) they charged me FULL PRICE along with this maiming. I am crying as now I get to walk on this wound for the next 3 days in the NYC and can only wear sandals as I can't bear a shoe back pressed against it. I am only hoping I don't get a staph infection from walking one of the worlds dirtiest cities with a gaping sore created by this salon. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I went here after asking friends for recommendations, and will never go back. The place looks nice enough on the inside. The staff isn't very welcoming, they talk amongst themselves and didn't interact with any of the customers while I was there. As a new customer, I felt awkward and uncomfortable the whole time. The owner even came in and didn't acknowledge a single customer. I got a gel mani, which I used to get religiously before I relocated to Westerville 4 months ago. Within 3 days, my gel polish was peeling off. It's no been a week and half my nails are completely peeled off. Very poor service, I expect more for the price. Will not be returning. read more
