PRO's: friendly techs, good hours, clean, large color choices, can do nail art, quality work, I never have a nail issue between services, pricing, the techs aren't english but speak english well and are easy to converse with (if that is important to you), safe area. My daughters and I have been seeing Angela & Jay for over 7 years even at their previous location. The service and attention to detail we get is always amazing! Angela is the nail art queen! Watch out for the $20 add-on for gel not disclosed on the spa menu. We had an express pedicure and spa pedicure. They took the same amount of time so I was also paying an extra $10 for the spa pedicure upgrade which was the same as the express. When they gave me the total at checkout they didn't include sales tax then later added to my card without disclosing. When I called to talk to them about it they hung up on me. Must be under new ownership or management because this is not the same as before! read more

Beware of undisclosed up charges! I just brought my 12 yo daughter for her very first set of powder dip extensions. They were pink gel tips with a design on just 2 fingers. Total was $97!! I questioned it at checkout bc that is more than I've ever been charged anywhere to get my own nails done and the lady said they start at $55, then just rattled off a list of various up charges that still didn't total $97. The only reason I came here was bc I had a gift certificate. I will never go back. Her nails don't even look that good. What a rip off! read more

I requested the express service and basic polish. Great price! But was charged for the next level up or for gel not sure as i was charged about 12 more not including a tip. I didn't want to be rude - but a print of what service you are being charged would have been helpful. read more

I had an amazing experience here at RGB Nails. I recently had my nails done by another place and it didn't go too well for me. So I decided to try this place and my artist name was Jay and he and his wife, who also works there, have such great personalities, they're both so funny! Personalities aside, the work Jay did on my nails and toes THEY LOOK AND FEEL SOO GOOD! While I was there I was talking to a couple of ladies that said they are long time customers of theirs, more than 4 years! Seeing longevity in their customer base was important to me. I felt like I found my new go to salon. The vibes were great, the atmosphere was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. read more

I have been going to RGB nails since 2013, when it was Nikki's Nails. I kept going back even thought the staff was pretty rude because they used to do a good job. I booked an appointment and had to miss it because my young son got suddenly very ill. Not only did I receive a rude voicemail from them, the next day I went IN PERSON to apologize and explain my situation, only to be rudely reprimanded again. When you have a suddenly very sick child cancelling your nail appointment is not even close to top priority. I had a horrible experience, she kept yelling at me to relax & then hit my hand when I was too relaxed and to "not touch her. " She was too aggressive, I started bleeding. The shape was really ugly, the design was horrible and it didn't look like she tried at all. I got acrylics gel's and spend over 80 dollars and it's already chipping and it's only the 3rd day with them on. read more

Super rude nail techs, do not do a good job and rush the process when they finally get started. I came in for a basic mani pedi at 5:30 and didn't leave until 7:00pm. Tina and her coworker were consistently yelling, taunting and teasing customers in Chinese while also asking personal unnecessary questions to clients. It is not a relaxing environment. Tina had me soak my feet in water for 30 minutes before starting then rushed my mani and didnt even have me sit at the station, the nail polish didnt even dry properly because the uv lights were "broken", Tina did not apply the proper amount of coats and it looks sloppy. read more
