In my 15 years of having acrylic, dip, and gel nails, I have never had a set removed without soaking in acetone first. During the service, the mother was recording me from her pedicure chair after I noticed her repeatedly texting the daughter about me. As a result of improper removal, two of my nails now have exposed raw skin (see attached photo). She used a piece from a new set to pry off my old acrylics, severely damaging my natural nails. The experience was painful to the point that I was crying -- and I was still charged.

I called ahead, off the back there was great customer service. They were booked but told me to come in right away. I was greeted when i arrived, everyone was nice!
