I was surprised to find this location of the W Nail Bar inside a DSW in Dublin, OH. I'm visiting the area and wanted to treat my tootsies to a pedicure. The salon is gorgeous. It has high ceilings and is very spacious. I'm sure it inspires many people to get a pedicure when trying on sandals at the adjacent shoe store! The staff who helped us were kind and attentive and spent a lot of time making my toes look fantastic! They took their time and checked with us. Get the pedi with the lavender scrub. The hot towels at the end were so relaxing. Love this salon, and this location is perfect! read more

I will not ever book an appointmet at W Nail Bar again. I accidentally booked at the wrong location, showed up at the location I thought I booked at, there were no opening. Someone called me from the South High street location, said I booked the appoinment, they're charging me. True, I booked the appt., wrong location. Charge me a fee for missing but NO!! The entire manicure plus the gel removal charge. A $42 mistake. Won't make that mistake again! read more

Got gel mani / pedi. Everyone seemed to be in training. Trainer was very loud and disruptive. I was asked to pick a color but tech wasn't trained in the color I picked. I then asked for French and was asked what color. At this point I totally panicked. I wanted to leave but couldn't because of the cancellation policy. When the color of the French mani was between beige and pink I abandoned that and just kept the one color so my nails would not look ghetto. Nails chipped starting the day of the appt. They were completely off a mere 5 days after the appointment. Loud talking and poor music choices made the environment anything but relaxing. I would never return. I started coming to the W nail bar after my nails became so weak from gel and places drilling the gel off!!! I was so tired of my nails breaking...but then I found Kate at the W nail bar off sawmill!!! Omg!! My nails are long and STRONG again! She pays so close attention to detail and is extremely professional. She truly cares about your nails and your overall experience!! The W nail bar is always clean, tidy, and the service is excellent! Horrible service. I had gel nails applied on a Saturday (Dublin location) and they all popped off Monday night (right in time for Thanksgiving!). They charge $20 to get chrome added to your nails, even though it is just powder and takes no talent to apply. This is the second time that I have had bad service. At the Polaris location, all of my nails popped off a few days later. The 20-year-olds that work there are clearly not being trained properly. They did make it right and refunded me the whole amount the second time around. I will not be going back and will not recommend The W Nail Bar to anyone. read more

I have had many great experiences at this W nail bar. I have gotten my eyelashes permed and tinted at this location and another location and love it every time. It is such a confident boost to wake up and have them already looking beautiful. I never have to wear mascara. I have gotten my nails done at this location and had intricate nail art and the artist did AMAZING. She hand painted little smiley faces on two of my nails and they were perfect. read more

I absolutely love this hidden little gem inside of DSW. Yes DSW. Where you buy your shoes?! Yesss!!! It's so freaking cute and chic! The girls, the vibe, the cleanliness are definitely all perks! They even freaking wax too!! Are you kidding me? This isn't your regular nail salon either, they only work with natural nails so that means no acrylic or poly gel this is regular polish or gel polish only and that's so refreshing! Olivia is the manager and she is seriously the bomb. Kayla did my nails pictured here and she slayed them of course!! My good friend sees Kyrie and she never disappoints! I used to frequent W (Short North location) regularly but stopped going there after my wedding. My sister's manicure came out terrible and it was a pain to get the issue remedied before the big day - that was 2 1/2 years ago. My mom was in town visiting for the holidays and we decided to treat ourselves to some manicures. We decided to book at their Dublin DSW location. It was convenient and I understand the lure of the place. I had a gel removal and gel mani and my mom just had a manicure with regular polish. My manicurist was extremely friendly and chatted with me the whole time (which is why I decided to give 2 stars vs. 1). My manicure (gel) didn't even last a week. There was paint on my skin (not a lot, but as someone who gets manicures regularly I can tell) and while the shape of my nail was fine, it had rough edges that kept getting caught on fabric. My mom's manicure had already chipped before she left town (she stayed for 3 nights). My mom's manicurist told her that people come to W to get experience - neither my or my mom's had ever worked in a salon doing nails before. It shows. I will not be back and I'll do a better job of scheduling at my regular place (Lacquer Gallery) next time. read more

This was truly the worst pedicure i have ever received. When I arrived, the tech who did my nails only said, "pick your color and sit there" and those were the only words she ever said. Additionally, the only services that were performed were soaking my feet, spending appox 30 min clipping my nails, clipping cuticles, and painting them. No other parts of the pedicure that were listed in the descripton were actually performed. The nail polish is exceptionally thick and goopy. Even after sitting at the dryer for about 8 min there is no way they could begin to be dry. My nails look thick, like a 5 year old painted them. This was awful customer service and an even worse pedicure. read more

Lauren gave me the best Pedicure I've ever had in my life. I was allowed to pick out my own house made pedicure soak! I had lots of options to choose from - I went with The Dew Effect Pedicure for extra hydration, it even came with special scrub and lotion. Love the w nail bar. They always get me in and out quickly and do exactly what I want. Everyone is super friendly too. The vibes are impeccable in this place. I have one complaint careful with the cancellation policy. It's 24hrs and they don't care if you make a reservation 15 hrs before the appointment you will not get your money back. None of it. I tried to cancel once when I made the appointment 13hrs before online and they charged me the full price for the appointment which was ridiculous read more
