Noticed I was being nickeled and dimmed my first time there... So I was very careful when telling them what I wanted because they were not necessarily upfront about their additional prices. Two times ago when I went, my nails were not in the best of shape and I just went in for a gel fill. Yen my nail artist twice during that appointment whispered under her breath, nail fill. I had no idea what she was talking about... I assumed she was talking about my nails being in poor shape. My total for the gel balance was supposed to be $37 plus tax... When I check out my bill was over $59. I asked her why it was so much more expensive and she said that she had to do an overlay. I asked her why she did not give me the price and ask me first And she had no answer. To say the least I was very upset. This salon has great prices so I went back today. Before I went in I called and asked to confirm the price for a gel fill and to confirm that Yen was working. The owner told me that Yen was in but she was leaving in a little bit. I asked him if I came in right now if she could see me. He said yes come on in. Four minutes later I was in the salon sitting and waiting for Yen. Yen was busy with another customer so I waited. 25 minutes later, the owner of the salon finished who he was working on and looked up and told me that Yen had to leave and could not take me after I was sitting there for 25 minutes. I asked him why he did not tell me this when I got there and he said that he didn't know that I wanted Yen. I told him that that was not true and that I called first and when I walked in, I said I was waiting for Yen. I will not be going back to the salon nor do I recommend anyone else going either. Visiting from NY this weekend and I couldn't believe how hard it was for me to find a place reasonably priced that had good reviews and then I found this place! It's very simple inside but organized and clean. I wish I got the lady's name but she did an amazing job on my nails she really took her time and it shows. I got a full set and paid $27 which I believe was a good price! I would say though that I believed the pedicure was pricey. Where I live I usually pay around $15-$20 for pedicures and here Pedicure was $27 which could be normal for the area but I wouldn't really know. read more

These are my mail from one week ago! they can last like this for at least three weeks, they are definitely the best place to do your nails, Jen is the best, she is very careful and dedicated cutting your dead skin, and her massages on your hands and feet when she finishes her work are very relaxing ! and their prices? they are incomparable! I have went here since they opened, I use to love it here. However, I have seen bad customer service increase to the point that I see they have a serious problem. I could say more but I don't want to be one of those vindictive people. Let's just say that I am going to be looking for a new nail salon. Loyal customers deserve better than I got today . All they had to do was apologize and say they messed up. Yes, it was intentional, I know the owner told the worker to take the other customer who came in 20 minutes after me. i am absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the quality of the work done in this nail salon. James is by far the worst worker. he'll tax and charge you for EVERY little thing you've never even heard of. there's much attitude, they are not friendly at all. besides all that, it is just the WORST quality of work i've EVER experienced. they would charge for cut downs, "long" nails, certain paint jobs, and would rarely explain extra expenses. horrible business altogether. i will NEVER return. do not waste your time and money dealing with James and the rest of the crew at this salon. read more

I've been to this place numerous times in over a year and they have gotten so sloppy. I've sat with all 3 of them and maybe once out of 3 times are my nails actually good. The shapes are always inconsistent... they don't fill the whole nail. I stopped getting pedicures here a long time ago bc they are generally rushed and sloppy. Today I went and it will be the last time. I told the lady I wanted LONG almond shape nails (she used to be the only one who did them good). I ended up with the stubbiest looking nails that are inconsistent in shape. Then she sliced the shit out of my finger. When I kept commenting on her sloppy job she then got irritated with me and didn't really care how they looked anymore... you sliced the shit out of my finger and I still had to pay $40 for horrible looking nails.. the least you could try to do is make them look good. The paint job was sloppy and she painted over debris that was on my nails. I had to tell her to put another coat on bc the paint was also inconsistent. You have eyes... you can see the shapes and paint all don't match... If you are wanting a nice pedicure or acrylics that don't look like shit go somewhere else! read more

I just moved to the area from out of state, and I was scrolling through Yelp reviews of nail salons and came across this one. The main reason was it's only a couple minutes from my home, but I'm sure glad I chose this one! I went on a Thursday afternoon to get a pedi. Upon walking in I was kindly greeted by the staff and asked to pick my color. There were 3 customers in front of me getting pedicures and I thought "Oh great, I'll be here for awhile..." Nope! That wasn't the case here! The gentleman who seemed to be running the place (I think his name is James) started the water up for me and asked me if I wanted to soak while I waited. I maybe waited 5 minutes at the most before the woman came over to my chair and began her work. She did an amazing job! My toenails aren't in the greatest shape... but that didn't stop her! She did such a thorough job. I was so impressed by how much time she spent with me. I will definitely be returning! They were so kind to everybody that walked in the door. Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable compared to other salons in the area! read more

Ran in here today last minute for a gel polish manicure. Only had 30 min before I needed to leave to make it to work on time. They were so accommodating and I was out on time. My technician was super nice and had great attention to detail. Although it's not close to where I live, I would recommend others to stop in. read more

This little nail salon is right by my work. It's fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I like the guys that work over lunch time. They are super nice and really ensure you get a great manicure. I always get gel (and removal) and it is 26$$!!! I mean I am almost afraid to write that down it's so reasonably priced. What makes this place stand out to me is that they are cheap but also do quality work and with nail salons that seems to be next to impossible to find. Oh and also welcome walk ins. I don't think I've ever been to a nail salon with those 3 qualities! They have a great selection of polishes and my gel usually lasts about 2.5 weeks. I have yet to get a pedicure there but that's next time! read more

If I could rate this company zero stars I would've done so. My very first and definitely the last experience that I had with this nail shop was horrible! He applied acrylic to my nail very bulky, they didn't look natural at all. I asked for chrome on all my nails & the way he applied it was so tacky. There was black polish all around my cuticles. He would not fix it. Not to mention when I asked "the manager" to fix something during the process he would huff as if I was bothering him. He was rude the entire time. I feel so lucky. We are traveling and just looked for a salon near our motel. Tri (didn't write down, but think what he said) did an amazing job on French tip gel on nails and gel for pedicure. I love coming here. And I have been for years! I don't even live by here anymore since moving to Dublin but I make the short drive. Their nails last longer than any other nail salon I have ever been to.....AND they are so reasonable price wise I am able to get acrilycs with gel polish! I am not a big talker and sometimes I just feel like watching TV or reading my magazines.... this is the only place that I have been at that feels out your mood. If I start talking he is more than happy to chat. But if the beginning convo is just a greeting and check in he is fine with that too.... as I dive into my trashy celebrity gossip. They are always so clean and you can tell they know what they are doing. I have had my nails done at many places and this place takes so many more steps then the others to prepare your nails and make sure they are ready to go. You can tell James takes pride in his work. If I ever was to chip a nail in the first few days he hooks it up..it has only happened once but I was very impressed by his generousity. Another thing that is so great about them is that I have heard him take appointment times for people at decently early or late times due to a "fashion emergency" he is very willing to work around your schedule. I liked this place, great prices but now I know why. My technician nicked my cuticle with the nail file during my manicure, and it is now infected. I am suspecting the tools were not clean. Feel bad writing this because he was nice but proceed with caution or bring your own tools. read more
