After trying many nail salons since moving to Columbus, I think I have found a keeper! Marika did a great job on my nails and was very professional. As others have said, it gets very busy on Saturdays and I highly recommend making an appointment. Centrally located and plenty of parking. So happy to have found a nail place close to home. read more

Very happy with my acrylic balance and gel. Bree was awesome. I'll be back EDIT 7/7/2016 Sopo has become my go-to salon for my balances and gel changes. Every visit I leave beyond satisfied and my nails and hands always look amazing! They even take the time to repair weak spots in the old acrylic read more

I really like this place. The staff and owner are very nice people. They take great care in doing a good job and they make sure you are comfortable. One thing would I would suggest is to have a wider selection of colors. There are plenty of pinks and purples to choose from but it would be nice if there were more blues, greens and other spring and summer colors. This place is very clean which makes a patron feel more comfortable. read more

Did not know they weren't excepting walk ins at the moment and walked in and asked politely if they were available for gel nails and got back rude remarks and attitude about how I was supposed to know to make an appointment because I work at a restaurant. this lady made rude comments about how I should know this because I walked in with a restaurant shirt on. Expecting me to know how things work in a nail salon because I work in a restaurant, that matter of fact, doesn't even take appointments.. Unless you want a smart as* doing your nails don't go here! Sometimes I don't know if these people want to make money or send people away. read more

I feel bad having to write a bad review when I see so many great reviews about this salon. I was at the nail salon for almost two hours because my nails took forever to dry. One of the workers told me I was fine to leave after the third time of re-polishing my nails and I told her they still seemed not dry. She seemed very convinced they were dry when they really weren't so I came home and 30 minutes later I noticed the bubbles, dents, and chips in my nails. Now I have to go find another salon to redo my nails. read more

Absolutely love this place! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The shop is immaculate--which is one of the most important things for me getting my nails done. They have a wide variety of polish colors, brands, and seasonal options from which to choose. I prefer extremely short acrylics due to my contacts, and they always take the time to ensure they're the perfect length, and that I'm satisfied with the shape. I'm hoping to find something of similar caliber now that I've moved to a different state. Pogan is amazing! read more

This place is due for some more recent positive reviews. My appointment with Bree for a mani/pedi was exactly what I needed. She was personable and did a great job on my nails after I'd beat them up while moving. The salon is cute, clean and offers a great selection of polishes, including Zoya, which I love. I've been trying to find a nail salon to return to and have found it with Sopo. read more

THE ONLY PLACE I GO TO GET MY NAILS DONE. I've been getting my nails done for the past 8 years now and SoPo is the first/only place I've consistently had positive experiences at. Everyone is super friendly and the place itself is so cute. On top of that, all the workers know what they're doing and I've never left the spa dissapointed with their work. I will say though REMEMBER TO BOOK IN ADVANCE because spots fill up very quickly. read more

A friend of mine recommended this place for a pedicure and it definitely didn't disappoint. It was my first pedicure and definitely not my last at Sopo. My nail tech did a great job and was extremely friendly and engaging! Glad my friend recommended because I'll definitely be coming back read more

This is a little place in UA that I figured I would try out (reasonable price and easy online booking). When I went to get my nails done I was surprised that no one else was in the spa. All the employees were friendly but my gel polish was far from perfect. The tech did realize the issue and asked a more experienced tech to fix the mistake. My nails started peeling off in about a week and a half. If may be okay if you ask for a more experienced tech but do not be afraid to ask for the mistake to be fixed. read more

Amazing salon with amazing staff! I usually get a pedicure and gel manicure and they always turn out great. Shout out to Pogan and Jo!

My nails turned out pretty good there's one nail that appears to have a bubble on the edge. I got a french gel manicure and I do wish it would have specified online or I was told at the salon that the french is $10 more than a solid color. I know french is sometimes more but the most I've seen it is $5 and it's always specified somehow. Just didn't expect the extra cost so now I know to ask if I'm not sure! Atmosphere is nice and the manicurist was friendly. read more

My mom and I just tried this shop and we really liked it. The decor is soothing and equipment clean and new. I get the pink and white and Pogan did this well and pretty quickly. We both got the best pedicures we've ever had. Its quiet and relaxing. We're definitely going back even though it was a few dollars more than our old salon. It's worth it! read more

Best nail salon in UA/Grandview! Friendly, welcoming staff, exceptionally clean and always efficient!

I went to see Pogan based on a referral from my stylist. I had been searching for a nail tech since November when my nail tech closed her shop to care for her ill mother. I've tried and failed at two other salons due to lifting, breaking and discoloration. Pogan was a dream come true. Why? Because I have pink and white acrylic nails. Not only is the product used very important but so is the technique. My prior tech that I loved used CND solar nails for both the powder and liquid and she told me to find someone that used both. I called salons and they told me they used these products but they were never in the original containers. When I had my appointment with Pogan and she brought out the powder in the original CND container, I knew I was at the right place. Pogan also told me she uses the CND liquid even though the cost is substantially higher (about 4 x's the cost). After 2 weeks, my nails look like they did on day one. No lifting, not breaking, no discoloring. I love them. They look just like they did when my old nail tech did them. Pogan listened to me and was marvelous. If you are looking for a salon that uses quality products, that is clean, friendly, and honest, this is the salon for you. You won't find a better salon on the NW side of Columbus. I've tried several and called many. read more
