When I first got there, I needed to use the bathroom, but it was locked. I waited in the hallway, in view of the entrance, for a while and even knocked, but no one responded. I eventually had to go inside and ask if there was a key, which they did have. It just would've been nice if someone had noticed and helped sooner. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved. I went in for a walk-in pedicure, but the end result was very disappointing. The gel polish came out very streaky. I asked to switch colors since the first one looked different than I expected, which she did not agree with. The new color was attempted to be put on over the original, but I wasn't really happy with how it looked and asked if the first color could be removed. The situation felt a little awkward after that as I could tell the tech was annoyed at me, so I didn't push it further. Honestly, it was just really upsetting to pay that much money and leave with streaky nails. Especially since the reviews were great so I was really looking forward to trying this place. I followed the instructions and called at 1:26 PM to book a 4:30 PM appointment. Then I drove 30 minutes through rush-hour traffic to get there. When I arrived, I was told the promo wouldn't be honored because I "didn't mention it" during the call--something their post never stated was required. We calmly tried to explain, but instead of listening, one of the staff members raised her voice at me and my wife. Yes, they messed up, and somehow we got treated like the problem. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and a complete waste of time. We left without service and zero apology. If you enjoy getting misled and then yelled at, Nancy's is the place for you. Otherwise? I've been coming to Nancy's Nails for years! She's fantastic! They know me by name, I love walking in there! She always makes sure I love my new nails - shape, color, length, design... all of it! I got a powder manicure with tips at a *different* place and they had to be removed before my manicure. The Nancy's manicurist did it with a smile and no complaints even though it took much longer than normal. (The *other* place I went to used an inferior method.) I love that you can book services online. I have already booked my next 5 manicures with Nancy's. I noticed one disgruntled review on Google. Saying that their powder manicure didn't last more than a couple days. For powder manicures, Nancy's said that they guarantee it for at least two weeks. TWO. That's incredible and very generous. Nancy's Nails is by far the cleanest and most conscientious of any nail salon I've been to in the past few months. They have taken extreme measures to ensure everyone's health, including changing their dip powder application process so that the client does not dip their hand into a communal jar, but instead uses smaller disposable containers for each client, placing their color selections in individual plastic bags and sanitizing after each client riffles through and chooses their color, installing plexi glass, and sanitizing each station between use. You can easily book your appointment online, so no need to call or try to walk in to get your nails done. I have gotten my nails done by both Sue and Nancy, who have a keen attention to detail and took their time to ensure nail perfection! It did take about an hour and fifteen minutes from sitting down to paying, which included removing dip powder that was on my nails prior. I definitely recommend stopping in if you need your nails done for a special occasion, or even if you are just a casual nail-goer. read more

Nancy did the dip nails with fake nail tips for me tonight, and it's the best I've ever had! They look great. She was very sweet and made sure nothing hurt (said to tell her if anything did). I used to get acrylic nails all the time when I was younger. This is a safer, healthier option and there are no smelly chemicals involved when I left they told me my nails are guaranteed to last 15 days, but should last 3-4 weeks. I called Nancy's Nails last minute and they fit me in which was amazing! Britney did my nails and was very careful and did a really good job. I did have to wait a little bit for my appointment when I showed up. Also I assume it was the owners son, but there was a child who would run outside near the parking lot after the customers when they left to say good bye. It was pretty cute but also a little odd.
