The barber did not listen at all to the style of cut asked for. I would not recommend. Overall it was bad.

Yeah please stay away. Way too expensive and a bad haircut. Just bare minimum effort and skill

Can't fade hair. No amount of sports tvs or "free" bourbon with a basic $45 haircut is going to overcome that.

I was recommended to this spot by a friend so I was excited to try it out. Thanh Do (hopefully I'm…read moreright) did my deluxe pedicure with gel polish and she did a phenomenal job. She was gentle, but very precise and I was comfortable the entire hour. There was another lady who brought me the color I chose and did a swatch of the color I picked and a similar- and I ended up choosing the other color she brought. I thought that was nice of her to do, since most places do not typically do that. The shop looks spacious and clean, with many nail techs ready to take on customers. I did make an appointment, and even after checking in I was asked twice what I was getting done by techs or managers that did not complete my service- which was confusing. Overall my service was great and hopefully I will be back again in the future :)

Within the first 7 hours, one of the pearls had already fallen off. By the next morning, the second one was gone. Now, two of my nails have completely fallen off, and I don't even know what to do. To make matters worse, they charged me an extra $25 just for the two nails with the pearls and the two butterflies. I really had high hopes for this place; I genuinely hoped it would be different from the others. But unfortunately, I will not be returning. I'm so sorry, but this is my honest review of this place, and I couldn't be any more honest. How can you love a place where you paid over a hundred dollars to get your nails done, only for them to fall apart and lose the pearls right away? Honestly, the only thing I want to do now is never go back there."

The location was easy to find and parking is just behind the building. I really like that the tools used came from a sanitized packaged, unused. I have been to other salons before where it was simply taken out of a drawer and put back in after each use . This was CLEAN. My nails look amazing and she was able to help me find the perfect color to match an outfit I have. 100/10.

I had an appointment at Blush after my regular salon didn't have any last minute weekend…read moreappointments. My appointment was at 11a. My nail technician sauntered into work after 11. I got the aloe gel pedicure. We got seated in the chair and he got to started right away. The chairs have massaging capabilities, which was kind of nice. My tech's name was Dan. He struck up polite conversation while he was giving me the pedicure. It was hard to hear him from the music, sounds of the chair and other sounds in the space. Dan did a good job, however I feel like the description of what the service I booked was different from what I actually got. I think there were some steps missing. When I noticed he walked in, he was talking to the front desk clerk and it sounded like they were talking about what I booked and changing it up. When it came time to pay, I received the bill and took it to the counter. When the clerk told me how much it was, there was $10+ more dollars added. I asked if it was for the tip and was told no the tip is additional and can't be added to the bill. You had to Venmo or pay cash for tips. This was a huge surcharge to the stated amount. Then to have to Venmo was annoying. There are hundreds of colors to choose from. It is a bit overwhelming. Overall, I will be finding another salon if my regular salon is not available again in the future.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I will say, I'm someone who doesn't plan ahead well,…read moreso when I schedule a haircut/color, it's usually last minute so I schedule with whoever has an opening. As a result, I've had appointments with many of the women here and they all have done a fantastic job. The usual visit goes: I do a terrible job explaining what I want exactly (usually accompanied by a picture or two), they somehow decipher it and make their own suggestions, and I walk out loving my new color (and cut but I usually just trim a couple inches so nothing special there). Everyone's super nice and they're good at reading whether or not I want to chat or just have an hour or two of relative silence/escape from my hectic life. They also always suggest cheaper ways of doing what I want and I'm grateful for that (and it always looks amazing). They also always take into account my infrequency of visits and suggest things that will take less upkeep which is also appreciated. Picture is just the most recent haircut and color; sorry it's just half my hair but it might give you an idea! The only problem is that parking is a nightmare in the area. There are usually some free meters in the area (try a street down from the salon, next to the UDF) but if you're getting something that might take more than two hours, those two hour meters aren't super helpful.

I am a person with a disability. The people there have never failed to help me get in my seat comfortably or hold open the door for me when I ask. Joanne always listens to what I want, and while she might offer alternatives, she never pressures me. She really listens and it's fun to sit and talk to her and watch someone who is a magician at what she does. My nails have never been beautiful, as I am an artist and use my hands a lot. I decided to try gel nails and they are tough and durable and beautiful. I am so pleased. I am so happy to give them a high review. I encourage anyone who's looking for a place to try this nail salon. You won't be disappointed.

was very disappointed with my visit to this nail salon earlier today. As someone who recently moved…read moreto the Upper Arlington area, I was looking forward to finding a local salon I could return to regularly. I chose this location because it was conveniently just two minutes from my home, and I had hoped for a positive experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I hadn't had my nails done in a while and was excited to treat myself. I knew exactly what I wanted: short nails with a clear polish--nothing complicated. Upon entering, I was immediately told to "pick a color," even though I wasn't planning on choosing one. While I understand this may be part of their process, it felt rushed and impersonal. I'm naturally introverted and not confrontational, so I prefer to observe how service professionals treat quieter customers who may not always speak up. When I was called over, the technician abruptly asked, "Where's your colors?" I politely responded that I only wanted clear polish. She sighed in a way that made me feel as though my request wasn't worth her time. There was very little communication during the service, and aside from briefly confirming the shape I wanted (square), I wasn't asked any other preferences--such as whether I wanted my cuticles trimmed or if I would want sharp or round nails. She seemed disinterested and rushed through the appointment. The most uncomfortable part of the visit happened during the drying process. The OPI drying machine didn't turn on right away. After completing one hand, the technician abruptly switched to the other and, when the machine still didn't activate, she lifted it and, in a frustrated tone, said "This is how," while shoving her own hand inside to demonstrate. It was done in such a condescending and aggressive way that it left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, I was shocked to be charged $70 for a basic set of short nails with no color or design. While I had expected something in the $40-$60 range, I still tipped $15 out of guilt and discomfort, though I now regret doing so. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The lack of customer service, the attitude of the staff, and the high price for a basic service all left a very negative impression. I will not be returning, and I would recommend others consider different salons in the area, especially if they value kindness and professionalism.
