Modern Male does a good job of capturing the 'male spa' experience without feeling forced or pretentious and they offer a wider array of services than their peers. While I haven't yet sampled any of the their other offerings, I have been returning to the same stylist (Courtney) for a haircut/ scalp treatment for the better part of a year so far and couldn't be happier. Truth be told, I'm not sure what the value of the scalp treatments is - or if I need it, but it's a really relaxing massage at the very least! Everyone in the salon is extremely pleasant and engaging, and the space is cozy, clean, and has a good energy about it. They don't have their own parking, but there is a large lot nearby and I've never really had any issue finding a spot. I intend to avail myself of their other services in the future, so I may edit at some point, but this place is aces in my book!

I've never left unhappy. Alison and Maddie were my first people I worked with on a pedicure and haircut, respectively. Alison is top notch. I wondered why I hadn't had her again until I realized I haven't been booking with her, but "any artist." My bad, Alison! In her stead, I've been working with Kiana, who was also been excellent (2 for 2 in pedicures!) Maddie has been a blast - because, I don't have much hair to work with, but she has been amazing with blending and texturing so I always feel awesome when I walk out.
