She chopped off all of the hair on the back of my head, making me look like a mushroom! This haircut was worse than what I have gotten at Great Clips! Roosters charges an ungodly sum of money for a horrendous haircut. Avoid at all costs! The Dublin location is right next to the local Great Clips, I would recommend taking your business there so that you can save a ton of money, and receive a better haircut than you will at this lazy excuse for a barbershop.

Modern Male does a good job of capturing the 'male spa' experience without feeling forced or pretentious and they offer a wider array of services than their peers. While I haven't yet sampled any of the their other offerings, I have been returning to the same stylist (Courtney) for a haircut/ scalp treatment for the better part of a year so far and couldn't be happier. Truth be told, I'm not sure what the value of the scalp treatments is - or if I need it, but it's a really relaxing massage at the very least! Everyone in the salon is extremely pleasant and engaging, and the space is cozy, clean, and has a good energy about it. They don't have their own parking, but there is a large lot nearby and I've never really had any issue finding a spot. I intend to avail myself of their other services in the future, so I may edit at some point, but this place is aces in my book!

He wanted a beard trim they messed up his beard and took it down a lot. It's expensive and he could have just buzzed his head at home. He said it actually hurt to have his beard trimmed. The place is clean but clearly don't know what they are doing. Save the money do it yourself or go to a barber shop.

I paid $103 total, and for that price, I expected a much cleaner and more professionally finished haircut. I gave Matt clear instructions about exactly what I wanted and showed him reference photos before the cut. However, the final result did not reflect the level of detail or precision I asked for. The sides and areas around my ears were left uneven, and the blending and overall finishing lacked the attention to detail I expected. The photos show the final result. For a $103 visit, especially after clearly communicating what I wanted, I expected significantly better quality. I'll be returning to my original barber.

Everything was very clean and organized. My technician was great! She was talkative, but not too much. She was very gentle. I mentioned that I had really wanted "gel" (they do not call it that) but the front desk said she didn't have time. She quickly said, no worries I will make it work! That made my day. I typically only get gel on my toes but was willing to settle because my daughter had an appointment at the same time and we were told only one of us could get "gel." She's going on spring break so I wanted her to have that appointment. The only reason for 4 stars is the price. You pay for the quiet, pedicure area spa setting. While it is nice, I would not say it's actually a "spa."

Unsurprisingly, others have experienced the same thing. I like getting services done here, but the attitude of staff has turned me off completely. The young lady (I believe her name is Leah) who I believe is a receptionist or something has one of the worst attitudes I've ever witness from an employee, especially at a business that claims to give guests a "premium" experience at a premium price! This young lady was not only rude to me, but extremely dismissive. She cared more about getting me out of the way than my guest experience so she could go back to gossiping with the others. My recommendation is to listen to my experience and the experience of others who have left reviews and get rid of some of those bad apples.
