Acrylic full set
Emily L.

First time getting my nails done here. I don't get my nails done ever, but was so comfortable with Lily! She explained every step along the way and made sure I liked what I was seeing before she would proceed. They stayed open WAY late to do an acrylic full set on me for a wedding I'm attending tomorrow. They scheduled me with no hesitation and welcomed me as if I was a regular! Lily and her colleague were so positive, funny and caring. I truly had an amazing experience and my nails came out flawless. Pretty great for under $50. 10/10 recommend

Terrible

I have been getting a manicure and pedicure combo for as long as I can remember. (At least 20 years) This is by far the worst nail salon that I have ever been to! My nails look worse than before I came. It saddens me honestly. Not only do I have cuts to my cuticles now but I have gel on my skin and I still have cuticle that needs to be removed. When I asked for a revision I was told that "this is how we do it here for 10 years" Needless to say, I will never return, but I honestly feel ripped off and worse than before I went in:(

Messy edges

I was a walk in and asked if there was availability for a gel polish change and a dip polish change for me and my daughter. They said yes, so we started soaking. Paul started first on my gel polish and we were informed he would do my daughter next (would have liked to have known that we wouldn't be done at the same time or close to it). Then someone came in with an appointment. Paul mentioned he would finish mine, do hers, THEN do my daughters. He was very rushed and left me mid-polish to help another walk in with a polish removal. He rushed through my gel polish which looks very messy (it was on my cuticles and uneven and I've tried to fix it). As I was checking out he was asking if we were coming back to have my daughters nails done, as I answered him he answered his phone and totally ignored me! We left paying for more than we should have for a gel polish and two removals. Very disappointed, won't be back unless they comp the service to try and earn our trust.

Lily did a great job and I thought they were really well priced! I'll definitely be back.

I'm so mad. I went in for a balance since my regular nail salon was booked for the day. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $80 FOR A BALANCE. for short nails that i do not even like. the shapes are all different and the sizes. i'm so angry right now. do not reccomend.

My Balance. Love the fall color. Cast a spell!

Ok so I have tried several different places and this by far is the best for balance on my nails and Lily is an expert in ingrown toe nails. All 3 employees are good. You will not be disappointed. You can make an appt which I highly recommend just because sometimes they do get busy and they do not ever have more than 3 working at a time. The salon is clean and they have an amazing selection of nail color choices. The nail polish is never old like it is in some other salons. They usually play music on Pandora that is soothing to many age groups. Good conversation. Attentive to your needs.

This was my first visit as a referral from my neighbor. I was a walk-in, and no wait. Paul did a great job with my pedicure. He even gave me a pretty design for my big toes (was extra but I agreed). Reminded me of Hawaii! Wasn't pushy to over sell me and I was overall pleased! Will go back!

My daughter, Amanda, treated me to a mani/pedi as a gift. I didn't often have my nails done, even though I worked in a nail salon years ago, it was a luxury I just didn't afford myself. Well, almost a year later, we're still going to see Paul and Lily every two weeks! The few places I have been were snooty or worse than that, barely talked to you at all. At Pro Nails, we are always greeted immediately with a smile and now by name! The place is clean and adorable. They are consistently friendly and accomodating to all that enter, whether they have an appointment or not. They also have an outstanding selection of polishes and the quality of their work is awesome! The Mommy/Daughter time is 5 star, too!

The shellac color I got. Flawless with the light color which is nearly impossible to do!

I had never realized how close this location is to me, so I was excited thinking that I had found my go-to nail salon. Unfortunately, the experience here was disappointing and I will not be returning. When I walked in, I was asked to check in. After check in, a male staff started the gel removal. There was no introduction with his name or anything. He is a bit older and it seemed like he may not be comfortable speaking in English. What I did not like about my trip is that in the middle of working on my nails, he walked up and another woman continued on my nails. Once again, there was no introduction or any consent asked if I was okay with that. Crazy thing is that, even she did not fully finish the job and the man returned to finish them. I have never had this experience, where the tech changes so many times for a simple removal and there is pin drop silence and no conversation between the customer and tech. On the other hand, there was conversation between the two techs in a different language. The worst part of the trip was how they handled my nails. I was left with nails that are extremely rough on the surface. This is completely new for me and I have never had my nails feel so rough after polish removal.

I really wanted to give this spot a good review but I cannot. We came in for mani pedis for four…read morefor our upcoming wedding, and this spot was recommended to us by a friend. We got two steam pedicures - one of the steam machines didn't work the entire time and when I said something, the tech acted like I was crazy until she saw the steam machine working correctly on my fiance. They then subsequently kept coming by every two minutes to fix it but it never actually worked - no apology, offer to substitute the machine or provide a different service. She also barely massaged my feet - for a deluxe pedicure I expected more, as my fiance got what was clearly supposed to be the correct service. Guess who still got charged for it though? Then came the crux of our issues - my mother, who never pampers herself, came out for her first mani/pedi ever. She was choosing a color and asked the front desk to help her and they took her to the gel colors (she did not want gel, nor did she know what gel was or have it explained properly) - she asked for a gold and silver mix and the tech, apparently his first day, was rude about it and had no idea what she was asking even though it was clearly explained. They kept getting vocally frustrated with her for not picking a color and not selecting a gel color. She was overwhelmed and I swear she was about to cry by how horrible her nails looked. The front desk lady came by and apologized and got her someone new for her mani, but said it would be a long wait to fix her feet and she could come back the next day if she wanted instead. With it being wedding week, we didn't exactly have time to wait. So she got her nails done, selected a silvery color that ended up being sparkly. Her nails chipped almost immediately, even after waiting 45 min for it to dry. She asked if she could come back the next day to get them fixed and changed - they gave her a time and she went back. The next day, the color on her hands was completely unevenly applied and it was still not fully dry - and was malleable. She asked for them to fix both hand and feet and just so French with pink under polish. They refused and stated they couldn't do it without gel. This is entirely false as many salons do this, but they were clearly uninterested in taking the time. She settled for French without pink polish, and they said there would be a $25 upcharge since it was French - ok fine. When they checked her out they charged $40 stating that she had a polish change, at this point she was so defeated, paid and left. The staff was unkind and rude to someone who's first time at a nail salon was aptly ruined the week of her daughters wedding. All of this when they told her to come back and they would take care of her. Additionally, my mother in law also had issues with her polish and she got gel! My top coat on my gel nails started chipping a week in, which is pretty quick in my experience for gel nails and there were bubbles in my nails. I let it go because I had no time and it was good enough, but it was just a poor job all around. I am sure that the staff will blame my mom for being indecisive, which they did loudly at the salon in front of everyone, but at the end of the day it's their job to be kind and explain the options to her if she doesn't know. I get that they were busy and they didn't want to use regular polish, but then don't offer it as an option and don't be rude when people are new and clearly need assistance. Additionally they did call and ask for a deposit the day before, and threaten to cancel the appt if we didn't give a card, when we had scheduled a month in advance. Ultimately, not a big deal but also not something I wanted to deal with when I had a million other things going on - either call earlier or ask for the deposit online upon booking like many other salons do. Overall our services were almost $500 and we left feeling like burdens to the staff, and my fiance left generous tips even with these issues, so treating my mom the way they did the next day was very much Not cool.

He is very quiet and introverted but I love that about him. I love a nail tech that is focused + doesn't do too much talking, because it leaves less room for error. I am usually pleased when I leave. I always love the ambiance of Elodie Nails. Nice decor, clean, and plenty of tv's to keep you entertained. I also like that you can earn points from your visits to use toward a discount on future appointments.
