Aventus offers so many color and product options. I opted for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure and they matched my colors perfectly. For my pedicure, my favorite part was the hot towels and hot stone massage. What a treat! While I was being serviced, I observed all of the staff socializing and enjoying themselves, which makes the world a difference in the customer experience. If you're concerned at covid, you should stay home. *Hangs up the phone* I don't believe my questions prompted that type of response where you pretty much tell me what to do and hang up on me. After, I stated that I wanted to come in within the hour. That was very disrespectful and I will take my money to places that can handle simple inquiries. No one wants to drive somewhere and be surprised. This conversation could have had a better response. Even after he said all that I still remained calm and nice, but I will tolerate being dismissed by individuals that I'm investing my money into their business. This place is a gem of style, comfort, peace and caring. You can feel the touch of sincerity and warmth that the Vietnamese culture is so well known for. I loved all three people working in the shop that day. I went intentionally when it would be a quiet off hour. Had a deluxe manicure and pedicure with gel polish. I keep my nails very short due to my former career-I just got used to it. The massage chair has more choices than most which is so appreciated. The shop is lovely and not cookie cutter. I smelled the faint scent of the most beautiful incense which reminded me of my many trips to Tokyo. Everything about this place is warmth and comfort and healing to my stressed soul.
