I'm glad I gave this place a second try. The first time they were very busy. I felt the nail tech rushed my pedicure. However, I went in and got a dip full set and they may be the best nails I've ever had done. Tony took his time and made sure each nail was perfect. I will be back!! Thank you!!
I have been here a couple of times. They are usually fully booked. It is better to take an appointment rather than walk in as the wait time would be a lot. Their service is good, and the staff is well trained and professional. Their price is moderate, in my opinion, when compared to many other nail salons.
Christina R-nee did a great job with my nails. She is easy to talk to and provided a very enjoyable experience. I walked in late on a Tuesday and they were very accommodating for this out order towhee. Rethanata was also very sweet.
This is my new favorite nail spa in Cbus! My boyfriend and I discovered it through Yelp and have been coming once a month for pedicures. Volare is nestled in a strip mall near Easton and is really cute and clean inside. The color selection is fantastic - I'm a big fan of bright neon colors for my toes and they have plenty of options to choose from here. Tony is amazing and gave me one of the best pedicures of my life! It literally lasted for a month before chipping. Prices are awesome as well ($37 for a classic pedicure). We will be back on a monthly basis. Thanks Volare!
Trying to find a nail salon downtown that won't cost an arm and a leg is nearly impossible so I decided to start looking outside of the city and came across this gem. I was leaving Easton mall and decided to Yelp for a nearby nail salon and Volare popped up with excellent reviews. The wait was about 15-20 minutes which is average if you don't have an appointment so the wait didn't bother me at all. The owner lady was super nice and she got the water for my pedi started right away and walked me to my chair. Retna did such a wonderful job with my short, chewed, stubborn nails and my hubby even thought I had gotten acrylics done! She also did a great job with my feet and even though I got the most basic pedi, she still took the time to really scrub and massage them- they feel so soft and moisturized! If you have been looking for a good and affordable nail salon, honestly give this place a try because you won't be disappointed! Ask for Retna :)

Me and a coworker were able to come here on our lunch break (with an appointment) and each get gel manicures quick enough to return back to work. We called 3 other places that either couldn't get us in, or their prices were too high. I called here and the cost for a gel manicure was the most affordable, so we decided on this place. They used two gel drying machines at once to make the process go quicker. I was worried that because the lady was doing so much so quickly that it would be messy, but she did an amazing job! The staff was also really nice and friendly, so that always makes a visit better. But most importantly, 2-3 weeks after my visit, I don't have a single scratch, no chipping and no fading. I'm very happy with this place and plan on coming back here regularly now!

The shop is set up really nice and super clean. They also have extra cleaning and safety measures in place for Covid which was nice. They were fairly busy but I didn't have to wait long. I got a gel manicure and the lady did a great job. They had a ton of gel colors to choose from which I don't always find at other places. Their prices were really great too, it was much cheaper than some other places I have gone. I will definitely be back!
This was the most disappointing nail experience I have had in my entire life and I've been getting acrylics for over 30 years at salons all over the country. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE INSULTED, OVERCHARGED, DISAPPOINTED, UPSET AND HAVE ALL OF YOUR CONCERNS AND REQUESTS IGNORED. I needed a full set and a pedicure after a long-distance move here, so I made an appointment and took a chance on Volare. After I arrived, I sat in the massage chair and had my pedicure first, and it was actually very good. A little pricey for a simple pedicure, but I was willing to splurge and pamper myself after a very long drive. HOWEVER, the acrylic nails were a complete disaster and a serious disappointment. JIMMY did my nails and this man was supposedly one of the OWNERS. Jimmy was rough, rude, abrupt, rushed and insulting. To begin with, Jimmy insulted me directly to my face. About midway through the application of the acrylics, Jimmy says to me, "Oh, you play Basketball?" WTF?? I realized that he was referring to the fact that I have somewhat large hands (which is why I wear nails in the first damn place). But I am also a very petite woman (5'2, 105), so OBVIOUSLY I don't play basketball, and a smart comment like that was only made to insult me. It very rude, careless and insensitive. I laughed it off to avoid causing a scene, but I was VERY, VERY INSULTED AND ANGRY. Whatever, Jimmy. Next, they didn't have any colors remotely resembling the light pink translucent color they advertise. And this was after I showed him at least 10 pictures of the exact color and shape I wanted. It's a widely used choice. The color is Bubble Bath by OPI with a "squoval" shape. Common and popular, right? I never told him the name of the polish, but I heard him say to a nearby colleague "Bubble Bath," and he said it in English, so I KNOW he knew what I wanted. I would have been perfectly okay with anything close to that, but all they had were a lot of garish, bright and tacky SOLID pink colors available. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until AFTER I washed my hands. At that point, I was kinda stuck. But if I had known how ugly any of them would look, I would have left that place WITHOUT POLISH and just done it myself at home. I also asked him to make them thin. Nope. They're thick as HORSE HOOVES. The shape ended up a blunt, sharp, square shape with a tacky bubblegum polish on top, and nails so thick you could have probably done another full set with the extra acrylic he carelessly slapped on. The worst part is that I had to wait a week before removing these ugly things because MY CUTICLES WERE TORN UP AND BLEEDING from his CARELESS and RUSHED application. I had to let that heal first before I could get any other chemicals anywhere near my nails. I wished that I'd remembered to take a picture of that hot mess immediately afterward, but I was going out later that night and I had to hurry and try and make them presentable. However, later, I DID remember to take a picture of the thickness of the nails after I clipped them down before I soaked them off. See my picture and note the uneven thickness of the nails, especially on my middle finger. It should also be noted that Jimmy also messed up part of my pedicure by stepping on my feet repeatedly while he was doing my nails. He never apologized for that, either. I truly wish an honest review would have been available before I COMPLETELY WASTED $75 (+ tip). I see that there are many positive reviews here, but my experience at Volare Salon was a HUGE disappointment and a waste of money and time. The one positive thing I can say is that the spa was very clean and the pedicure tools had all been sterilized and sealed before they were used on me. Also, the place was empty, so there was no double booking and long waits going on. But now I know why it was empty. Anyway, you've been warned.

This was my first time ever going here. So I enjoyed how nice the place was. It was very clean. When I walked in I was treated very kindly and I did not have to wait for a long time. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails . The picture that I wanted, they were not able to do it , so I just went with all red with a couple jewelry. The only problem I had was once I left some part of my nails was not painted and it seemed they charged me for the length because the color is free and I got 2 little diamonds on my thumbs and middle finger. I will be going back to my original nail place to have them redone in 1 week. I like the shapes but I wouldn't go back because I'm very picky. Just because I'm nice and talkative and may seem that I'm not paying attention to every details I am. I will show what I wanted compared to what I received. I would recommend this place to someone who just wants their nails painted and shaped and their feet done but not someone who wants fancy's nails like you see on TikTok or instagram. I can't go anywhere else. This is the only salon that does a good foot and leg massage. I've done the highest paid pedis elsewhere and am always disappointed. I would pay extra for an even longer leg massage here. read more

I was in Columbus for the weekend and needed a quick gel manicure before a party. They worked me in and gave me a very nice manicure. The technicians there know all of their customers by name. Great experience! read more

Excellent service and super clean. The owner was flexible to work me in. The ladies did a great job with my pedicure and gel manicure. I put a clear coat on weekly and my nails still look good. When I'm in the area I will definitely be back. Reasonable prices. read more

My first visit to Volare Nails Spa totally exceeded my expectations. I went in around 5:45 and had my nails finished in a little over an hour. Tia did my first ever Gel Manicure. She was very gentle and did a fantastic job. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained. For a full 5 stars I would have really liked being talked through my service options.... Just because I'm new to the nail world & am not familiar with the different types of manicures. (Then again that's probably on me for not asking) read more

+++++The girls and I are from out of town and decided to rely on Yelp to help us choose where to go to get our nails done. We really enjoyed ourselves and our pedi/manis. It was pricey, but we left satisfied with the service received and our results. They were very accommodating and did everything we asked. We got gel pedis and gel/sns manis. We received very clean and professional looking results. I've never seen the girls so comfortable and talk so much with their stylist before. Volare has been bookmarked for our next trip up! read more

I've been trying to find a nail spa that is both friendly and quality and have really been struggling. I came here and was assigned to Jimmy and he did such an amazing job! He was friendly, sweet, and very thorough. My dip nails are even and smooth and he covered my entire nails :) I usually have problems at other salons with gaps between the dip and the sides of my nails but I didn't have that issue at Volare. I've also had issues in the past with the dip being too thick or very uneven, but Jimmy went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely be back! read more

Came from California to see my daughter. I had a broken nail and needed a fill, bad!! This nail spa was near my hotel so decided to try it, but was not sure cause I'm very very picky. I was pleasantly surprised and Jimmy did an awsome job on my nails!! When I'm in town I know where I will be going to get them done. read more

Uggggg love this place but called Monday and the girl on the phone said there was only 1 appt with Jimmy available on Tuesday at 11. It didn't work out. I usually see Tony but he is out of town until next week. She said there was nothing else with anyone else the rest of the week. Never had that before. So I found another place. If things don't work out there I may be back but aware now how tight of a schedule they run read more

Amazing price and amazing service! I got a gel mani and a regular pedi, both we're done perfectly. My friend and I didn't make an appointment but were taken right away. The staff were very friendly and offered us water. The nail technician took her time and made sure to ask me if I liked the length of my nails, if the paint looked ok, etc. They also have the biggest selection of gel colors, with many glitter and brightly colored ones - my favorite! They have many different shades of nudes and pastels as well. Really, any color you can imagine! The prices were also reasonable and I would definitely come back again. It is also conveniently close to the Easton mall if you want to get your nails done then go shopping. Bring your friends! read more

I moved from DFW a year and a half ago and I've been nail salon hopping to find a decent place! I think this is it! Walk-ins welcome but I'd recommend to make an appointment, I say this because I walked in a couple of times and they couldn't see me because they have someone coming in already. Appointment started on time. I was offered water. The nail technician took time and was very thorough. Job great done. Nails are beautifully shaped, clean and strong. Will be back if ever in Columbus again needing my nails done. read more

They were awesome! Getting married today and after having a disastrous nail experience at the W Nail bar, came here to get my nails done and thankfully they were open early and took me without an appointment! Tony and everyone was super nice and professional!!!! So thankful! read more
