Love this place and customer service really bid and relaxing ...........will definitely come back again

Just had my nails done and they were wonderful. I was he helped immediately and my nails look fabulous.

My sister made pedicure appointments for her and I. The appointment stated what type of pedicures we wanted with gel polish for both. My lady did an awful job. She drilled my old gel polish off, burning one of my smaller toe nails and split my nail on my big toe. She didn't even tell me. I noticed somwthing sticking out on my big toe. I thought it was skin, I asked her to trim it, she's like your nail split. I asked her to just trim it off and she said she couldn't because it's attached to my skin so she proceeded to use nail glue to secure it. Then once that dried down she drilled it some more. I proceeded to let her know I didn't want color and to just put a clear top coat on. Since she used a gel top coat I was charged an extra $20 bucks. Which I believe is BS. The whole pedicure experience was very lacking. She barely massaged me, barely use the heel file or price stone. My whole pedicure took about 30 mins. She also tried to upsell me to get acrylic on my toe for her mistake. The salon smelled like rotten eggs the whole time. I had perfume in my purse so I sprayed myself and my sister's wrist to try and mask the rotten smell. I will never go back. I've been to this salon multiple times and this is the worst experience I've ever had. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

new management is awful. I went in to get acrylics removed and she ripped each one off never soaking them. when I asked why she wasn't soaking she said this way is faster. as she proceeded to stay on FaceTime. I went in to get them soaked off with a pedicure which should have been $10 at the end they uncharged me another $10! Won't be back under new management ever! read more

This place is great and always has been. All of the staff are very nice and my pedicure turned out great!

on May 12 2026 I went in to get a pedicure (basic). They were running a special of 10% off of any nails due to new management. I also got my eyebrows waxed. when it was time to pay she gave me the amount which did not include the 10% off. I asked her why and she told me it only applied to manicures. well last time I checked my toes have nails and the sign said any nails. I always pay cash to get the cheaper price and not pay tax. Well there was a $4.40 tax added. she did not seem to care. I have been a long time customer of Lovely nails but I assure you I will not be returning. read more

Lovely Nail Spa - My nails from today's service - Nail Salons Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

Honestly I heard from a friend to come here, but even she said after a while she didn't like it. I went yesterday for my first time. Felt judged, they did not ask me if I wanted a women or male but asked the people beforehand. Told them I just wanted a regular and they looked annoyed. The GUY who did my nails did such a perfect job, such a sweet guy. The guy who ended up doing it was not the bald man. The receptionist and him are just racist. I would've loved this salon if they weren't so judgy. The vibe was so awful, except for the guy who did my nails, props to him. read more

bad service, rude they are very unprofessional wait was long not to mention prices are not what they say! I was told one price and another price on the receipt. Don't go! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Wouldn't come back here if it was free. Don't forget to check your reciept. I should have learned a YEAR AGO! The bald nail tech and the receptionist are R A C I S T. Go check out their reviews on BBB.org read more

Walked in & 2 workers were laughing and talking. Never greeted me. Attempted to use iPad to sign in. Kept buffering. Finally asked the ladies if there was a problem with it. One looked up and rudely said "Use the other one"! Signed in. Worker came over and said go to #9. After sitting and waiting, I made the decision to leave. As I back up my phone rings that she was ready. NO! Will never go here again. Vibe was terrible. Acknowledging the customer is #1. read more

Love the remodel. Great energy & people! The guy who does my nails is so nice and I normally get right in when I walk in!

I used to love going to lovely nails, but lately they have been going downhill. They treat their customers like another number and do a poor job now. In less than 12 hours my nails have already chipped. They are completely uneven and spent $60.... read more

This was my first time coming and I must say I am very pleased with my experience. I didn't have an appointment but it was a Thursday morning so it wasn't too busy. I was greeted and seated right away and the nail tech was very sweet and very quick. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she was honest and said she wasn't able to do it but gave me other options and we came to a solution and ended up with a BEAUTIFUL result. I love my nails so much and I will definitely be coming back here! read more

Lovely Nail Spa - I am in love with these!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

I have mixed reviews of this place, never had an incredible experience though. I grow my natural nails and just go in for shaping when they get long and regular polish. The most basic thing you could have done! But seemingly, since it is a very cheap service the nail tech just wanted to get my nails done and out of the way. She didn't remove the previous nail polish still on my nails, and you can see it in the final product. My nail tech didn't speak to me the entire time. She filed them extremely short when I asked to just keep the shape I already had. And when I got home I had to file some of my nails because they were so poorly done and had rough, uneven edges. Very disappointed especially because a simple polish with one solid color should be extremely easy!! read more

Lovely Nail Spa - Here you can see the previous green polish on my nail that was not removed. This looks like this on several nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

The guy that did my pedicure was very pleasant and friendly, I didn't catch his name, but we had great conversation and he did a beautiful job on my toes. My friend and I got to the salon an hour before close and my service didn't get started until 4 minutes before...to which I offered not to even start, but my technician was adamant I get my complete service. And he was lovely. One of the other staff didn't seem so kind, he was rude and suggested I "just come back tomorrow to finish the polish" after I had already paid, which he then followed to mop the floors and chauffeur me to a different chair than where I started. Other than the actual nail tech who did my pedicure, I would say it was a less than wonderful experience. He is the only reason I would ever go back. He did a great job and was very kind. read more

Just don't. Last couple times I went it's been crappy service and crappy work with jacked up prices NOT reflected on their menu- idk how you can do that, charge so much more than what you advertise, but I needed to get somewhere on Friday w out an apt so I went again. Never again. $55 for a basic French nail fill and they looked terrible and chipping and raising on multiple nails within 3 days. For $55 I just cannot. They are absolutely NOT giving services worthy of their prices. read more

Very rude staff. After several years of going to this salon because it is convenient for will never return. The male nail technician with the bald head was hostile to me from the moment he spoke to me. I have never had an experience like that with someone. He told me to go sit at his station (4). He asked me if I had picked a color. I told him I wanted the color red carpet and some black on a couple of my fingers. He started talking over me and said he need the number. We hadn't even left the front and the colors where hanging right next to where we were standing, so I grabbed the samples to find it. It happened to be right on top. I told him the number. He snatched the color card thing from me and asked me if I was sure. He went to get the color and I sat down. He came back with 1 bottle so I reminded him that I wanted black as well. He asked me what fingers I wanted to do the black on. I showed him. He didn't understand so I showed him again. We went back and forth twice more. I literally just wanted black on my pointer and middle fingers. He then yelled at me to watch TV and not look at him. It was so weird. That was when I took my hand back and told him I no longer wanted the services since he was being so aggressive. He responded "I didn't want to do you either ". He was being so hostile right from the beginning. The whole interaction was just a few minutes but really ruined my day. read more

I will NEVER ever go back. I have been going here off and on since grade school. Every time I come back the service gets worse and worse. This time it's my fault for even trying to give them another chance. I figured maybe it has become better over the years. When you complain about one of the services, they talk about you in another language to the other workers. I literally wasted three hours of my time and $100. The polish was supposed to be marble and the pictures I took were after he finished my pedicure. I was so pissed my toe nails were not shaped - i told him to stop and i said I'd pay for the services i received and I was done. Please tell me why, it doesn't even look like I had a pedicure done. My toe nails were shaped well and square prior to my pedicure. He said I'll do it when I am finished. I had to tell him to add callous gel to my feet when he was scrubbing them. It doesn't even look like he scrubbed my feet. I recently came back from the beach. I will never go here ever again and I don't recommend you to either. I used to love it here, but all the regulars have left. Now that I wasted that money - i need to wait until Monday and hope someone can help me. If I could give negative star I absolutely would. I was so pissed - I was afraid if I stayed it would not end well. read more

This is a review for microblading. Great service. I was extremely nervous but it was allayed once she started and made sure I was comfortable. She took her time and was meticulous. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.. The new owner is horrible. Me and my niece have been going there for over 5 yrs.. my niece is a plus size girl.. We went today to get mani/pedi just like every month and today the new owner stater infront of the whole establishment that she refused my niece service because she wouldn't fit in the chair.. I was completely outraged that she would even say that.. I informed her we have been coming there for years.. She stated she can refuse service to anyone for any reason.. I informed her in some very choice words that was called discrimination and that was illegal.. she asked us to leave.. we did but we have contacted the attorney General the BBB and a lawyer and news stations.. I ask that u boycott this establishment and hold the new owner accountable for her disgraceful actions.. read more

I had a full set about 2 weeks ago. A nice job. Today, i requested the same nail tech. I told her to file only the growth. She literally cut the acrylic to my nail bed! Not so 'Lovely'! Waited an hour, (they told me it would be 20 minutes), for my nail service (dipped) to begin. 3 of the nails fell off in two days. I returned and requested a refund. The employee I spoke to said I needed to come back tomorrow for a refund from the owner. I returned the next day with my receipt in hand and she refused to give me a refund. I did not want any more of their shoddy work on my hands! Simply a refund. The owner, Ivy, refused. Terrible customer service. Be very careful when doing business here. I have filed a report with the BBB as well. I would give zero stars if I could to this yucky place. read more

This nail salon is always busy! My nails always turn out great, but the service here is not so good. During my last visit, after waiting 30 minutes, I was seated with my nail tech. About 5 minutes in, she gets up to go start on a pedicure for someone, doesn't come back for 10 minutes. Then another technician comes up and has me move all of my stuff to HER desk(doesn't offer to help carry my stuff). So I waited 10 minutes after being seated to get my nails done, just to be switched to another nail tech. Even though this was frustrating, my nails turned out great. The prices are a little high, especially if you're getting gel polish, but the quality is worth it. Also, if you pay cash at this location, you do get a 7% discount which is nice! Bring cash ahead of time though since there is not an ATM inside the salon read more

I'm a guy and I go here for pedicures. With a hip injury, it is difficult to maintain my feet. Going here is relaxing and worth every penny. I have used 5 different nail techs here and every one did an A+ job. The longest I have every waited is 7 minutes. read more

Pros: quick, clean, and they do great work. Cons: slightly pricey for the rush The only reason this is not a five star review is that for the area and how rushed my appointment was, it was slightly steep in price. They did do a really good job however!! I'm VERY pleased with the results. I went here on a recommendation from a friend who's nails are always on fleek and I'm glad I did! They're very able to do the trendy nails here which is always a good sign to me that the technicians are keeping up with the latest techniques. As I mentioned in the pros the area was surprisingly clean considering how many people were in there & the size of the salon. Keep in mind that I got acrylics so them rushing wasn't the end of the world, it would have been more of an issue if they rushed a manicure/ pedicure & skimped on the massage portions. All in all I would recommend this salon as long as you're able to spend the dough! read more

I want to preface by saying I've been coming here for years, driving 30 minutes one way, a loyal customer and brought friends that became regulars. Today I got a pedicure that went horribly. The girl doing my pedicure was super sweet and felt really bad- but the issue was when I asked for a discount from management and they only took off $10. I'm leaving for the beach in 2 days and imagine how painful this will be in the sand and salt water if it doesn't heal. Way to take care of a loyal customer, who also brought in 3 people for services with her... I will be saving the drive time and going elsewhere from now on. read more
