New salon unlocked ! I love this spot and am so happy with this recent discovery of mine. Staff is so kind and patient. I haven't tried any designs / nail art but am very pleased with the builder gel i have been getting. I'd rate a 4 overall only because after i get home i notice that my pedicures aren't perfection. The polish never covers my full toenails so when i look at the sides i see my bare nail. Maybe it's the pedicure service I'm selecting but that's not something i loveee after my services. I'll probably still hunt for another salon until i find THE one but this one will do for now. read more

This is hands down the best salon in Columbus, especially Vee. She is very experienced and always makes my visions come to life. She is amazing at nail art and also does pedicures. She is always very welcoming, accommodating and sweet. pao tried to pull out in ingrown toenail which got infected after I expressed to him It was hurting too bad and I asked him to stop. i was literally in tears while getting my toes done. I suffer from ingrown toenails and I have my whole life! I leave them alone, especially with me being diabetic because that can cause for amputation. Ingrown toenail doesn't go away. but he tried to dig It out and It left a hole on the side of my toe and got infected which resulted in me having to get an emergency procedure to get my toenail removed. First time here. Missed so many spots on my nails near the cuticals and charged me for a full gel removal ($15) since I had a little get polish leftover on only 2 of my toe nails. I get my nails done religiously and have never been charged for a nail or two. A little upsetting expecially when I tipped well. read more

I visited this salon in the past and it was an incredible experience. This week, I decided to treat myself to a gel manicure and booked an appointment with Michelle T. When I walked in to the salon, I immediately felt unwelcome as a nail technician rudely asked me if I had an appointment rather than saying hello. When I told them I had an appointment with Michelle, I was told Michelle was busy so another tech did my nails.... What was the point of making an appointment with a specific tech if I am just going to be assigned whoever is available? I was overall very disappointed with my visit and will not be returning. I went to this salon today for a dip mani, the salon was cute and the nail tech was nice and they got me in right away. I got a dip mani just one solid color. I was there for literally 2 hours ( I've never been at the salon that long for a solid color nail), and after leaving when I looked at my nails they are uneven and not shaped the same. I didn't notice this until I left but she should have noticed it as an experienced nail tech. Additionally, there is a dent on my pinky nail after she found something on it and just painted top coat over it after digging it out. During the mani she cut my cuticles so many times to the point one of my fingers was bleeding. And I've never gone anywhere for dip that didn't do a gel topcoat so it took a long time to wait for that to dry as well. Overall don't think I will return. read more

I called and booked multiple appointments for my nails. The text said I was going to be with Michelle T, but when I looked at Michelle's Instagram that was not the same person who did my nails. The original photo is a french tip light colored ombré, with some gold bling. What I got was a french tip with harsh colors and it's barely ombré. It was not at all what I asked for or what I was expecting. Staff was extremely kind but nails were not up to standards. Not to mention some of my nails are cut slanted or the tip was applied at an angle. I also asked for the cuticle service as well and she didn't even touch them. read more

EDIT: The two owners are currently NOT licensed to operate in Ohio I will never be going back to this shop- it's under new management who doesn't understand the value of a salon that builds rapport with customers, takes their time doing services and pays their employees the wages they deserve. I loved coming to this salon under the previous owners because it had personality and heart and was run by women who loved what they did and truly poured their hearts into that place. It's unfortunate that a previous owner felt the need not only to sell the place, but to people who didn't share those same values that the people running the actual business did. All of the heart and character has been ripped from the salon which has left it dull and boring to look at inside, and it all feels very unfinished. They threw out gorgeous pieces of furniture just to toss in a separate [cheap looking] desk for the one owner because she didn't want to share space with anyone. They threw out all of the featured products they had from partnerships and just simply threw it into the trash rather than selling off at a discount or to their employees. The polish brands they used were also changed to a cheaper product! I've noticed a significant decline in how long my luminary gel polish stays on for the last few times I've gone- it has started chipping a day after getting them done. The sugar scrub that they use on your hands after service now is slimy and sticky even after rinsing off and it smells unpleasant. Also, unfortunately no ingredient information is available, even if you ask. It seems maybe it's home made by the female owner, which you think would make it easier to get into on what is in it but... no. So you have no idea what they are putting on you- this is a serious health hazard for people with sensitive skin or allergies to ingredients. I suppose you could just ask them "not to use it" but if you do that I'd suggest asking for a partial refund since it's supposed to be included in the service price. If you're looking for a cheap, churn and burn salon with fussy techs who just want to push you out the door so they can move onto the next paying customer, you know... the ones that mirror all the ones in Walmart but also want to pay for parking while you're at it- this is the salon for you. They just fired all the staff that was worth a damn, good luck! In short; this place doesn't deserve your money and you'd be reckless to go there. read more

8 days after my manicure, I tried to remove the nail polish which was incredibly difficult. When I entered the salon, I was asked if I had an appointment and also if I wanted a gel manicure to which I answered negatively as I just wanted a regular manicure. Based on how hard it was to remove the polish and my bill of over $40, it became obvious I was given a gel manicure against my will. This highly dishonest practice needed to be reported. read more

I randomly stopped into this cute little salon with no expectations. They will be my new go to quick Mani location. Right when I walked in I was assisted. I didn't know if they accepted walk-ins so the friendly greeting put me at ease. I had a simple express mani; My nails were a mess but Vatrina worked magic. This use to be a phenomenal salon before new ownership completely destroyed it. I have been coming to this salon for over a year, and never had any issues with any of the nail techs or previous owner. Since Michelle and John took over, the entire atmosphere has been uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I was supposed to have an appointment on 12/10/23. I was never notified that the salon was closed on that day or that no one would be working. No one answered when I called the number. Upon reading a review on Vagaro, I've learned that Michelle and John have fired nearly the entire staff. Even more concerning, when I looked at the current list of employees, it would certainly seem that they fired everyone except for the ones who are white-passing and not pregnant. Such a shame that the new ownership is moving in such a terrible direction, because this was such a wonderful salon. And it also has looked like the new owners (in their response to negative reviews) accused the nail techs of being the reason (which is libel) rather than taking responsibility and accountability for their own failings as business owners and then gaslighting clients by saying we're the ones making defamatory statements. I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommended everyone else does too read more
