I spilled a LITTLE water on my MAC Pro Work book. In short, this guy bastardized my computer. He kept telling me that he was "waiting for a part". Well, after A FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS, turns out he took out the hard drive and replaced it with a memory stick, sticking out of the side of My MAC BOOK!!!!! It did not work. I consulted with APPLE. A tech checked it and said, "there is NO HARD DRIVE". The rest is a long story. I'd like you all to know that my computer is broken!!! I should have went to APPLE from the start! All this guy wants is money!!!!! BEWARE!!!! This guy broke my computer. This guy is a money-hungry misogynist. He spoke to me in a condescending manner. He is INCOMPETENT! I am mad at myself for falling into his trap!'!! 2026 UPDATE NOTE: This crazy computer guy CLAIMS on his website that I "must have the wrong place". BULL. He was at my apartment on Stadium Avenue for my Desk Top PC several times. All due to his incompetence. (I could not sign in with my password, could not get into my PC at all, HE "reorganized" my files. I am a professional and can't afford to miss a beat. The very worst was when he bastardized my MAC. Anytime you have pc issues,which are beyond your ability to handle ask for opinions from those closest to you unless you yourself have the skill of A+ certification which helps greatly of if you know someone you can trust. In this case, I would definitely say this place I'm about to warn you all about is the worst repair shop I ever been too since 1-800 Fix it by 149th and 3rd Ave. Yes the worst. Unless your friends with this guy I can see why his reviews are 4.6 just to make it appear that he's good at what he does. Honestly this guy just charges outrageous prices for repair work he hardly does then gives excuses and is a fast talker. Up til this day he has yet to provide an update on my laptop I sent in for repair and it's been so far about a month and 2 weeks. (Dell Inspiron M5030 series an older model) I decided to do the job myself because I was fortunate to have the skills to just have a backup model and do some repair work on my own and even went as far as have 2 external hard drive cases to maintain my projects. It all started August or September when I first went to him, my issue was there was no POWER to the screen and needed it check out. The screen was the issue, nothing else.. I take it to this guy he claims the key board buttons don't work he charged me $50 for a so-called new keyboard, which I knew he was full of shit because I had mine replaced 5 years ago and never had issues until I brought it to him. Also the keyboard he replaced looked used, I assumed he got it replaced in his own shop and not ordered a new one like he claimed, idk that place was so messy and disorganized. $125 for a video card claiming that could be what was responsible for the screen going blank.. (I believe I experienced the Black Screen of Death, I should've check the updates with the graphic card then, was too distracted with worries on what this guy was doing.) $75 for a fan he claimed wasn't working, again I found that hard to believe because it was working when I had it before bringing it to him. Then he charged $200 in labor, WoW, I though to myself, total $491 why so much, I could just buy a new laptop for that price. Ok during the week, there were communication issues with this guy, one he totally forgot my name a few times and phone number even my laptop model during my 2 calls I made during the first week in October. He only called me twice to make it seemed like it'll take a while to order the parts needed for the repairs sorta understandable if you claim to be ordering parts and it takes a few days. Well, when first time I came to pick it up abd took it home I noticed upon turning it on the screen was so dark I can barely see anything it was very dim, I tried to figure out what the heck he did. I noticed I could access the screen option to increase brightness, that was gone also I had a feeling the drivers wasn't updated, something I told him but he didn't care to listen. When I brought it back to him expressing concern he didn't have an answer as to why the screen keep going back other than saying it could be the keyboard or something else and claimed he needed a week and for me not to call him during that time if he expects to fix it. Right there I felt I needed the hard drive so that he would fuck that up had he did. He gave me a real beat up old Dell Inspiron 1525 series that looked like someone really fucked it up badly used and worn out. I only needed it to do a template edit update for a book project I had to finish on. I never called back because I lost my confidence in his ability to simply put get the job done which he clearly didn't. Learn A+ Certification ppl, only go to pros who can deliver without over pricing you. I learned a valuable lesson not to bother with these type of shops that don't do a good job. My current replacement is doing well now because I manage to fix the problem myself. read more

I went here to go get me and my moms screen repaired, we were in desperate fix as we both had important things on our computers, my screen keeps going black although it just got fixed, and my mom can't even access her computer, my mom is going to apple to fix her computer and needless to say I will never EVER go back to this garbage service. read more

BEWARE. Giving this man my computer to fix was probably the worst mistake I've made this year. I gave it to him in January to fix my screen. He gave it back to me chipped (I paid $3000 for this laptop and it had no scratches when I gave it to him), with the wrong hard drive replaced (A way smaller memory and cheaper one than what I had) , and the microphone not working. The microphone was actually working when I dropped it off to him so he just broke that entirely on his own. He was extremely rude, slow, and nasty to fix the mistakes that he made. Constantly taking his anger out on me that he had to fix mistakes that he made. He just finally fixed everything and it is July. It's been 7 months of arguing with someone who was at fault. It's upsetting that business owners like this are in my community. Also, he quoted me one price when I dropped it off and then charged me $400+ when I went to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go to this man. The "Crazy" PC in the business name is not a joke, it's a warning. Take it serious. Go literally ANYWHERE else. read more

WATCH OUT !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY !!! DON'T TRUST HIM !!! HE IS A REAL CON MAN !!!!!!!! I gave him a Toshiba lap top to repair and he said that it needed a new fan, a new keyboard, and a new charger. First I asked him if it was worth spending the money on this computer to fix it, and he assured me that it was definitely worth it, and that it was a good computer (even though it was ten years old). He ordered the fans and installed them, and he told me that he put in a new keyboard. He said that he had to order a charger, and in the mean time he gave me a Gateway charger where the cord was broken, and he told me to hold the two wires together to make it work!! I took it home and spliced the two wires together so that I would have something in to use in the mean time. When I went back the next week to get the charger he gave me one, but when I took it home it wasn't charging the computer. When I took it back he told me that they had sent him the wrong one, and he told me to keep the one that I had spliced and he charged me the same $35.00 for it!!!! And it wasn't even a Toshiba; it was a Gateway that he had lying around the shop. Then I told him that the computer was still running kind of slow, and he said that he would have to reformat it and reinstall Windows. He installed Windows, and with that, the charger, the fans, and the keyboard I had $356.00 into the computer. Then I had to go back again because the keyboard was not working correctly and the cursor was skipping back a paragraph every once in a while. He said that they must have sent him a defective keyboard and that he would have to order another one. But then when I went back to give him the computer to fix the keyboard it intermittently stopped charging , and he told me that it was going to cost another $195.00 to put in another motherboard. He told me that he would keep the Toshiba and sell me a used HP for $325.00 instead of my putting more money into the Toshiba, and that was a better way to go because he would normally charge $800.00 for the HP, and then he admitted that it did not really pay to put money into a computer that was over 3 years old like the Toshiba. So I gave him another $325.00 and I took the HP and left him the Toshiba. But when I took home the HP it had the same problem where it was not charging, and when I looked at the specs in the computer it did not have the 4 gigs of ram that it was supposed to come with, and it only had 2 gigs. Then I looked it up online and I saw that the next version of that model (which had twice the hard drive space and 6 gigs or ram) was selling NEW on Amazon for $500.00. I took it back the next day and he said that he had given me the wrong charger and that is why it was not charging. I told him that I didn't want the HP and that I wanted my Toshiba back, and I told him to put in a new keyboard that worked. But when I went back to pick up the Toshiba he said that it would not hold a charge at all now, and that there was nothing that he could do other than to put in a new motherboard (and that he would do it for $150.00), or to sell me another computer. I told him that I did not want to pay him for another computer or to spend any more money on the Toshiba, and to give it back to me, but that I wanted my money back for the charger because it was not right to charge me for a unit that I had to cut up and tape together and that was not the right one for that computer anyway. He did give me the $35.00 back for the charger, but when I looked at the charger as he was giving me my money back I saw that he had cut the line and disconnected the ground wire so that it would not charge the computer, and that way he could say that it need a new motherboard and he could get more money out of me without having to put in a new keyboard. I don't believe that this guy put in a new keyboard; he just used an old one that he had lying around the shop because he didn't want to have to buy a new one and replace it. And then he tried to scam me, and he rigged the charger cord so that he could say that the computer was not charging anymore so that he could get another $150.00 out of me for a new motherboard. I think that the real reason why the computer was only charging intermittently in the first place was because he gave me a Gateway charger instead of the right Toshiba charger (which you can buy new online at Amazon for $14.00 anyway) Don't let guys like this sucker you into spending money on fixing an old laptop, because with the prices that they are getting for the new ones today it is not worth putting anything into an old one; you are better off just getting a new one. DON"T GO TO THIS GUY BECAUSE HE IS A LIAR AND A CROOK!!!!! read more

Very unprofessional business,over price and what you think is new is actually refurbish and you are paying top dollars for it, the owner really needs his business to be investigated. If you having any issues with your computer simply take your pc to a credited company such as best buy, staples and micro center believe me I live within the area and its worth the drive then to go through the money I wasted with this guy. read more

Avoid and report this guy!!! I don't trust him with my personal information on my pc, especially after I ask the residents within the area about his business due to me being upset with the service he could not provide for me.The residents inform me that he "frauds people personal information off of their pc's" and currently there's a partition up in the building lobby of "3033 middle town road" right across the street from his shop" my impression was what!! I wish I have ask someone before walking in his shop earlier that day. I don't understand how someone can rate this scam artist 5 stars unless it is his close relatives/friends, co-workers or him simply creating emails rating himself.
