The helpful & friendly staff told me the deadline for Christmas projects needing to be sent out to the shop's finisher for stuffing & cording was August. I brought the project to the shop in May 2023 for finishing-- three months before their August deadline. They accepted my deposit & assured me it would be completed well before Christmas 2023. Beginning in October, I called & emailed the shop regularly to inquire about the ornament. Several times I had to send multiple emails before they responded. When they did, they told me they were "still waiting for the finisher." I reminded them it was intended to be a Christmas gift, yet they never displayed any sense of urgency. They indicated they had no way of tracking the project or knowing when it might be finished, only that they "hoped it would be soon" as if it was not their problem or concern. Christmas 2023 came and went, yet still no ornament. It did not arrive back at the shop until mid-January 2024--nearly eight months after I brought it to them for finishing. Although they discounted the finishing price by 10%, no one from the shop ever apologized that the ornament was not completed until long after the promised timeframe. A terribly disappointing service experience.

Stephanie and Katia took time out of their day to answer my questions and help me find the diapers that are the proper fit for my family. I was blown away at how nice they were and how affordable their diapers were. They walked me through every step and made sure I knew what I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured to buy and I decided to buy from them because of the extra effort they made for me. I plan on extending my stash and exploring their website. I've also raved about them in all of my moms groups. Thank you guys again. You are amazing

The customer service at this merchant is deplorable…read more I contacted Thanks Mama regarding cloth diapers that developed holes. The diapers were advertised as covered by a 1 year warranty on the product page. The customer service representative initially replied that the diapers were still under warranty and asked me to identify which colors had developed holes so they could send replacements along with a postage paid label to return the defective diapers. I responded that I would need to return them all. The customer service representative then replied that they would not be able to honor the warranty since the diapers were purchased "so long ago." I replied reminding customer service of the current date which was within 1 year of the purchase date. Customer service replied confirming the date but now claiming that I need to send the diapers back to the manufacturer since more than 90 days had passed. I reminded customer service of their initial response, that I only need to identify the diapers that had holes and replacements would be sent. Throughout several subsequent responses with customer service and someone that stated they were the owner of the company, Helena, this retailer refused to honor the initial return offer to replace the diapers. Eventually, my e-mail responses were flat-out ignored. All of this is in addition to me having prior difficulty with customer service to have a quantity discount advertised on the cloth diaper page reflected in the cart upon checkout. The same customer service representative insisted the discount did not exist even though it was plainly displayed on the product page. In the end, I found the customer service agent to be clueless and uninformed and Helena (the "owner") to be rude and unconcerned with honoring customer service's promises. Overall, I would not recommend this retailer because "baiting-and-switching" discounts and bad customer service are inexusable.

It was like walking into the G.C. Murphy's store in the town I grew up in western PA in the 1970's. The blend of modern and classic toys is well thought out. I imagine the children of Holliston, MA are lucky to have such a nice place to visit in their own back yard. The owners are very nice people and I enjoyed just chatting as we patronized the well storied store. It's been a stable of the community since 1863. Look for the heart on the floor. It has a beautiful story surrounding it. My wife was drawn in to the store by the easel sign outside the store advertising Pokémon cards. Any grandparents who have preteen and teenage grandchildren know what that is. Even more enjoyable and impressive was the proprietor's knowledge of all things Pokémon! I know nothing about such things myself. As well as the toys there is a really nice selection of candy to select from. Some, that took me back to my youth again as well! We purchased a nice supply of candy and a few educational toys for our 2 year old granddaughter, and some Pokémon cards for our grandsons. They also have a charming display of big time pictures of customers who found valuable Pokémon cards in their packs of cards. As, well as lovely pictures that show how proud of grandparents they are! It's worth a visit again for sure! The real value of this store is the Owners! They are the real Gems !! PRICELESS!

Since Golden Circle opened two years ago in Downtown Framingham I have purchased several tools from…read moreRoman and have been happy with each and every purchase I have made. He has the best prices around for all new and used items and he's a pleasure to deal with. Recently I have had the most wonderful experiences at Golden Circle that I must share... A little over a month ago I spilled water in my 5 year old MacBook Pro. I immediately turned it off and propped it upside down for close to a week. When attempting to turn it on all I could see or hear was the fan. I brought it into the Apple store and they did a quick diagnostic test and said that the only things salvageable were the screen and the hard drive. They said that the only way to move forward was to replace all components for $1450 or to buy a brand new machine. On the way back from the Apple store I stopped into Golden Circle to get Roman's opinion. He opened my computer and showed me that there was corrosion almost everywhere including the hard drive and confirmed that all/most of the components were likely toast. My only hope at this point was to recover the data on my hard drive. He gave my computer to a friend of his that owns a computer repair business and within a week his friend had fixed my old hard drive, allowing me to recover all of my data. Roman put my old hard drive into one of his MacBooks and amazingly it booted up and I had full access to all of my data. He loaned me that computer to allow me to transfer the data to an external drive. During the process I had purchased a 2015 MacBook pro from Roman which has been an absolute dream. Even though the machine is several years old it looks and performs as if it were brand new! Roman sold it to me for the completely reasonable price of $950, much cheaper than trying to repair my old machine or buying a new one from Apple. A quick internet search for a machine with similar specs in similar condition would have easily been over $1000. I can't say enough nice things about Roman and his wonderful shop "Golden Circle". If you need tools, jewelry, musical instruments, electronics or collectibles I HIGHLY recommend that you check out this amazing gem. If you have any of these things for sale, Roman is always buying.

A friend told me she had a very good experience there but I have been there twice and each time I felt like the person behind the counter could care less whether or not I was going to be satisfied with the outcome. Several times during our fifteen minutes there, we asked for help and advice ... All the salesperson did was hand us what we asked for. Finally I said: "I think we really need your advice. Nothing we are picking out seems to look right with this painting." We finally gave up and were ready to walk out, confused by the whole experience. Then she finally said: "Well, I wouldn't put a mat or glass on a painting." She stood there that whole time watching us flounder and ask for her advice yet didn't say a word until we gave up. I couldn't believe she stood there the whole time unwilling to share her expertise with us. She was going to write our order up regardless. Did she just not care or worse, was she somehow enjoying our ignorance? We left and found another framer in Bedford who was willing and able to advise us. The painting looks amazing in the frame he helped us pick out and we are very grateful.
