I went to this salon a few times, but I just got a basic gel color. I decided to have a design after seeing some pictures. I gave a picture to Tony, and he did a fantastic job. He was so kind and gentle. He tried the color for me first to make sure I liked it. After he drew, he asked me if I liked it so I could put it in the machine. If I didn't like it, he could fix it. I got a mani + pedi here and it was one of the better experiences I've had at nail salons. The new is about 2 months old, super clean with the cutest decor. I missed my 12:30p appointment by about 45mins and when I called the shop to see if they would still be able to take me, they accommodated me well. The staff was super friendly, but not overly talkative -- if you wanted to just sit and relax, they can very well pick up on that. I get a pretty simple combo -- solid color gel for fingernails, solid color regular polish for toes. They have organic based pedicures and have all the ingredients displayed (in a very nice way). Pros- the salon is clean. The hot stone massage was great- it is an up charge. they also use a timer which I think is great. Cons- the foot stools are extremely uncomfortable. The foot soak was more like a wash-- very quick. This is also priced on the higher end, but it was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. Sitting down to completely done, within 40 minutes. Also over heard others stating they can't do a simple French tip . Gelx doesn't work for everyone. However when I returned there was no one doing manicures or pedicures so how could they be over booked ?
