Firstly, this place is soo cute inside and the vibes are immaculate. I was offered coffee when I sat down and got Vietnamese iced coffee which I Love. I really enjoyed my experience at this salon. I got a pedicure with the hot stone massage and it was just what I needed. The tech was very nice and friendly. Some major positives were the complementary beverages they offer as well as the very clean environment and variety of packages. One downside for me was the chairs, I was looking forward to sitting in a typical massage chair but they still had a spacious and comfy chair! I see why they did that with their aesthetic but I was ready for the back massage :) still will be back! read more

5 stars isn't enough! This place was hands down the single best pedicure I've ever had in my life! It was my first time there and I've heard great things! Well I know why now. I can't wait to come back and try more services. Do yourself a favor and get the wake up pedicure package with an extra 30 min massage... Went in last minute for a fill and a pedicure. Was sat down immediately and the ladies helped me feel uncomfortable. I asked the nail tech if possible if we can do a full set and she sighed and huffed and was about to get up and see what she can do but with the way she came off I just apologized twice and said no worries a full is totally ok. Then the gal who was doing my toes was talking to her co worker next to her looked over at me and kept laughing and it made me uncomfortable. Long story short I paid 160 for a fill and a pedicure for the nails to have been grown out in 3 days and have 2 nails come off and to spend extra on the gel they kept telling me to get because it "stays on longer" for it to be chipping off in a week of getting it! I will never ever go back to this place nor recommend . I have recommended several people and they had have nice experiences and some haven't. read more

I had Julie and she was very polite and professional and took her time which i loved! I got the "fall in love" pedicure with roses petals and champagne and it was amazing. My skin feels silky smooth! I tried this new nail salon because my nail girl went on vacation. I made an appt at 11 but waited 30 mins to be seated which is fine.I had the hybrid nail gel and paid $55 and tipped $10. I inserted the pictures side by side, the white color was from the nailtural salon and the coral was from my nail lady. I paid $50 for a dip powder at her salon. I wish they would have done a better job and take their time. read more

Have followed them on IG since they opened. I haven't had my nails done in years and decided to make an appointment because their work looked amazing and the salon adorable from online posts. Tomorrow will be my 4th appointment with them since November! The quality of their work is the best I've ever had. My nails last effortlessly for 3+ weeks. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and they go the extra mile offering beverages of choice at each service. I've especially loved going to a place with no acrylic chemicals and fumes. I've enjoyed manicures and a pedicure, and the nail techs have been able to create the nail art I've requested by sharing Instagram inspo pics with them. I came here and showed the nail tech a photo I found from their Instagram, thinking that would guarantee they would get the design right. I was wrong, I got the hybrid gel almond shape, and it was $80. she did the outline of the design in chrome like I wanted, and her way of filling it in was adding a couple lines in it. I asked her to fill in the shape, and she grabs grey and poorly fills it in with grey. the underside of my nails are also extremely filled with gel. Not a good experience at all. wont be coming back. read more

Julie was extremely meticulous and focused on doing the best job possible, she told me that she wasn't going to rush because she wanted my nails to come out as nice as they could - where do you hear that anymore? I've been here several times. Most recently, I had an appointment for a Gel X fill and nail design ($60 and $3 per nail design). I waited 25 minutes to get seated and started. The nail tech became aggressive after I did not want to cut off my natural nail to put on a tip. I told her I agreed to the tip, but wanted to retain my length. At least 4 other team members came discussing it as she was argumentative with them and me. They told her to calm down and to soak off the nail and put the tip on. She kept saying "why you don't want me to cut your nail, shorter is better!" I was extremely uncomfortable. She finally agreed to soak off the gel and apply a tip. She then wanted to apply a half tip for acrylics, not the Gel X tip, which is what I booked. I asked "Could you please apply the gel x tip." She got up and told me to find someone else to do my nails and left me there. I went to the front and they got someone else to do my nails. The Gel X tip was applied. The tech was nice, but filed me so hard that I started bleeding. Total time took over 3 hours and I was charged $85 for a $60 service. I didn't get any designs on my nails, just different solid colors of polish and got a fill, not a new set. After being treated so horribly, without anyone even asking me if I was okay (I cried a little after the intense exchange), I don't plan on going back. read more
