Last December, my husband treated me and our 9 year old daughter to get our nails done. This would be my daughter's first time ever to get a manicure and pedicure. I got a full set done with GelX by Hannah. She was so sweet! She asked me if I wanted a drink and asked what I wanted done with my nails. Thank you but unfortunately I cannot use the complimentary gift because it does contain some toxic and synthetic ingredients like propylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, cetearyal alcohol, PEG-40 stearate, parabens, etc. Photo is attached. The product is also not organic nor all natural. I'm very disappointed as the name, "Nailtural" is misleading, I expected better products. And I am not satisfied with 15% off as the damage was greater than that. My legs were burning for hours and it was very painful Even my friends said I should have not been required to pay. The pictures say it all. I do not feel comfortable coming back for a fix on the chipped nails as I don't want to be exposed to harmful chemicals and poor costumer service again. I hope you do a better job at taking care of your customers in the future. I will not be back and I will be spreading the news of how awful this salon is... Chloe has been doing my nails since 2019, before she opened this salon and continues to provide the best attention to detail and fantastic customer service that I've always loved about her. All of the staff are wonderful and I've never had any complaints with my pedicures that are usually done by someone different each time. The pedicure service menu is thoughtfully curated with many options and price points, but every one has organic homemade ingredients that set them apart from other nail salons. First this is the nicest nail salon, with natural decor, holistic products, and a lovely layout w super comfy chairs. It makes me feel calm just walking in. They have a huge TV showing beautiful ocean and nature videos, bamboo and natural wood decorative product plates for homemade lotions, scrubs and herbs. I've been going there for a while now and know that if gel x is applied correctly, it doesn't damage the nail. During my last appointment, the lady I had OVERDRILLED my nails. My nails are now super weak and starting to crack down the middle. I can't even scratch my head without having my nails crack and bend. This is going to be my go-to place for nails. The salon looks nothing like the typical nail salons. It has a natural theme throughout the salon. The bowls for soaking your nails are wooden with lemon slices! It's also the ONLY place that you get my nails to look as per the photo you showed. Shout out to Tammy! This was my first visit. My pedicure I was very happy with that. They use natural ingredients while they soak your feet. Look at their Instagram for more details about that. That's why i visited since I was in the area. They also offer complimentary drinks during your services, which is very nice and ten (10) days to come back if your nails chip. I requested and wanted to go back to a regular gel manicure over my natural nails and pedicure. They assumed and thought it was best to add hard gel. I'm not familiar with this product. I guess it's similar to acrylic but safer? I didn't want this, but they already started applying it to most of my nails, so I let them continue. They should have asked first, especially if it costs more. It's a little thick for my liking, and I'll have to do fills. I'm not sure if I want to keep or maintain something like this. The price was a little high for me, so if you're on a set budget, be EXTREMELY careful with this. I ended up paying way way more than planned. Decided to give this place a try because it was close to my job, paid for a hybrid over lay, soak off of my acrylics I had on and solid polish....this was $81 (not including tip) . I thought it included a dry manicure (not sure what this is) but I only received maybe a couple of cuticles snipped as she quickly moved on to the 2 min hand massage (if that). My nails are not shaped the best, but they will do until I get into someone who can do a good solid manicure. Again, it wasn't the worst place I've been to as everything looked cleaned and satanized properly, people just made it seem like it was somewhere we're you are greeted and offered some bubbly when you sit with your technician....I was offered none of that. The place is beautiful. My daughter and I went for her wedding. She had a pedicure. She loved it. So that's why I gave two stars. I got my nails done. They didn't have any of the colors I had picked. So I went with their recommendations of what they had in stock. The woman doing my nails nicked two of my fingers with the dremel. My nails hurt for almost a week and thought that was odd and never had the issue before. After the nails came off. My nails were severely damaged. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. A nail tech said it's called ring of fire where they were too aggressive while filing. My nails are slowly growing back, but are very sensitive and keep breaking and cracking. I think the experience is what you make of it. I'm pretty good at choosing a good manicurist, in this case, an absolute artist, her name is Hannah. Pays excellent attention to detail, is never in a hurry, no need to upsell because I'm already getting everything they have to offer, and I'm happy about it. I always opt for the Detox pedicure, or what I call "The Works" And the manicure equivalent. I like to just sit back and let the lady/ ladies do their job. It's so good, it puts me to sleep, every time. I think the key is to find a good technician and stick with her. And pay her well, none of this penny-pincher business and most of all tip the ladies well. A good nail technician is worth every penny. read more

I've noticed that nails these days are taking hours on end to do and if I didn't have two kids (one of them only being 12 months), I wouldn't care so much. But every minute counts. Was so excited about this place and it has a pretty nice vibe. Unfortunately they overbook and allow untrained, or incompetent personnel to perform manicures. First visit: made an appointment. Waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seated. Pedi was mediocre but mani was good....fortunately I got Amy for my mani and she is very good. The entire visit was 3 hours. Far longer than it should have been. A lot of waiting for services. Second visit: made an appointment. Waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. Manicurist had no business giving a manicure. She over ground and over filed my nails. Showed her my current nails and a picture half way through but she didn't listen and the shape and length are completely wrong. She talked me out of dip and into gel (I went with it because after seeing her grinding and filing skills I felt she wouldn't get the dip right) and I left with gel all over my cuticles, under my nails and white polish on my fingers. The sides of my nails are sore because they were over filed into my nail bed. She got irritated when I tried to tell her the filing was hurting and the shape was wrong. And I paid $70 for this terrible manicure. If I only saw Amy, it would probably be good but she is booked out. I feel like they over book, try to pressure adding a pedicure (I was asked at least 4 times during my manicure appointment) and allow inexperienced techs to do mani's when the experienced techs are booked. read more

When I got there they had a sign welcoming us and they even got roses and balloons for me along with champagne. I got the Valentine's Day pedicure here and loved the experience. Amazing vibes, great attention to detail and I loved everything about it. The only thing I noticed was little bugs flying around as I was getting my pedicure. I assumed gnats but it turned out to be mosquitos. My legs were covered in bites on the areas where I had my pants rolled up and especially on my toes and ankles. I hope they fix this issue and it was unpleasant to deal with afterwards. read more
