Paid $90 for a full set and my nails popped off after only a few days. Completely unacceptable. When I contacted them, they refused a refund and immediately tried to blame me, claiming my nails were "too short and brittle" only AFTER the nails failed. If that were true, that should have been disclosed before taking my money. Accusing a client after the fact is unprofessional. They also implied I removed the nails myself, which I did not. They popped off. The tone was rude, dismissive, and defensive instead of solution-oriented. Being told this has "never happened before" doesn't change the reality that it happened to me. I was leaving for vacation and left with no nails and no resolution, forced to pay another salon to fix their work. Nails lasting three days for $90 is ridiculous, and the attitude made it worse. A lot of state board violations, pedicure bowls not being sanitized AND disinfected properly. Putting a plastic bag in a freshly used pedicure bowl is not ok! I saw a dirty bowl with hair, cotton balls and clearly dirty sit there right beside me during my pedicure. Halfway through a couple walked in for pedicures. The young girl at the front, comes and takes the dirty stuff out of the bowl, placed a bag in it, and starts filling it up. Then walks the client and sits her down to put her feet in a dirty bowl! I had to tell myself well, every bowl is being treated like this, so my bowl is dirty too. Very nasty and shame on you! Barbicide is not being used, point blank period. Every bowl should be properly sanitized; rinse, clean with a brush and soap; rinsed, then it is supposed to soak with barbicide and water for 15 mins after each client. I am triple licensed in CA and I have worked as a beauty instructor. I dissect the proper process of state board regulation's. This is unacceptable. Nothing labeled as far as clean or dirty. The floor of the pedicure stations were wet and dirty. The Same brushes are being used on everyone without cleaning, especially the acetone clean up brush! This should be a clean brush every time. This place needs a state-board visit! You are doing a disservice to all of your paying clients! Safety should always come first. The crazy thing, two employees were sitting in a couple pedicures chairs on their phones, which is so unprofessional, how about clean up a bit, maybe start with the pedicure bowls. How about taking some pride in your work appearance and coming to work with a professional appearance, not the clothes you looked like you slept in. Like brush your hair; let's care a little bit! Business owner; how about set some higher expectations for staff and professionalism. The pedicure I had; she cut both of my toes way too short most of my skin was exposed. She then realized what she did and said she could put and enhancement on to make the even and longer. Uhhh no! I had gel polish on my skin. You've done enough. It's a no for me! Do better! The product is also not organic nor all natural. I'm very disappointed as the name, "Nailtural" is misleading, I expected better products. And I am not satisfied with 15% off as the damage was greater than that. My legs were burning for hours and it was very painful Even my friends said I should have not been required to pay. The pictures say it all. I do not feel comfortable coming back for a fix on the chipped nails as I don't want to be exposed to harmful chemicals and poor costumer service again. I hope you do a better job at taking care of your customers in the future. I will not be back and I will be spreading the news of how awful this salon is... After having several disappointing experiences, I won't be coming back here. This is supposed to be a more natural, gentler on your nails salon (at least it was under the first owner, the new one doesn't seem to make this a priority) After having fake nails on for years my nails are brittle and thin so I've been getting gel or gel-x so I can soak them off. The last 3 times I went, I asked for a soak off with NO DRILL. the first time the nail tech acted like they didn't understand me and did it anyway. The second time I talked to the owner upon arrival, but the nail tech again, still used the drill and when I said I wanted no drill they came up with some excuse. After the drill my nails were so thin thej were pink and hurt. The third time I called ahead to talk to the owner and explained why I didn't want the drill and to please allot time for a full soak off. This time, when the nail tech pulled out the drill and I said "no drill please" they started arguing with me. The owner came and got involved and started gaslighting me in front of the whole salon that the drill was fine and they needed to use it after telling me on the phone they would not use the drill. Humiliating! If a client is expressing a concern and asking for time to be allotted for a regular soak off, you should comply. On top of this, my pedicure bowl was dirty and not cleaned out, they just put a plastic bag in the bowl. Then they tried to use unsanitized tools on me. I've been coming to this place since it opened. It used to be a super nice and clean salon with friendly staff and great services. They've lost all their good staff and it is so dirty in there. I like how this nail salon uses non-toxic and natural products. They use oranges to dip your hands in and it smells lovely! They also have drinks available right when you enter. The place is serene and has a nice vibe to it. I got a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. They both did great! They were both very polite and attentive. I forgot who did my pedicure, I wish I can remember her name. She was sweet. The massage was very relaxing. Kasey did my gel manicure and she did such an amazing job! The salon is pretty, they offer nice drinks, my techs were nice. That being said, I called day of for an appointment for dip nails and requested someone who could do nail art. There are specific women listed on the website and mentioned by the woman who answered the phone. I also requested a pedicure. When I got there, no one greeted me for ten minutes, so I waited, knowing that I have an appointment and they would eventually come get me. When they did, I went to the pedicure bowl and figured out the pedicure I want. My tech poured the herbs into the bowl. (Smelled great!) Then the person who schedules the appointments comes over to tell me that they only have time for one service. I said that my nails are more important to me. (I usually do my pedicure myself.) then they scrambled for some reason to get someone to do my nails. Not who I had requested to do nail art. My nails are important to me, and this place is expensive! Just my nails were $71 then an additional $15 for tip. My nails looked nice, but after leaving, I could tell that the gel was on my skin. When that happens hair starts catching underneath my nails. I am a hairstylist. I'm very irritated about not getting someone who could do the nail art, that I requested and they're charging more than other places for my nails to already be lifting on the sides. It's been one week and it's driving me crazy. I don't want to drive back over there, and I don't want to have to sit there again to have them fixed. The Nailtural! Clever name;) I happened to see the Grand Opening posts on their Instagram account and was instantly drawn to the beautiful natural decor and style of the salon. My daughter and I booked a mani pedi for the following day. The location is awesome because it's right next to a Starbucks! Yay! And a Boba Tea shop too if you're into that. Upon entering you immediately feel like you're at a high end nail spa. There's steam that is emitting an essential oil with some plants and a cute little coffee & drinks counter. As I'm taking in all of the beautiful woods and stones and marble decor, the sweet lady addresses us and offers us a little menu of complimentary drinks and snacks before we're seated. So lovely! What a way to begin the pampering. We were seated at our stations right away and all the ladies were very attentive letting us know it wouldn't be long before our nail technician would be with us. I did wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time but I didn't mind since I was so comfortable and enjoyed the tranquil setting of the space. I snapped many pictures and caught up on things on my phone. Once Lyne came to start my pedicure I was given a menu with clear descriptions and prices of my options. I appreciated this. I chose the Coconut Milk pedi. What a great decision! It felt so smooth and smelled amazing. Lyne was friendly, gentle, and happy. That made me feel relaxed. She worked well taking her time on each technique and didn't hurt me at all. Thank you for that! The polish was done beautifully and my callouses were gone! Yes! [tl;dr ] If you're wondering if you should come visit the salon, at least for a fill- my recommendation is absolutely. Nail emergencies while 2500 miles from your trusted technician is one of my worst fears, and on Valentine's day Okay; maybe that's an exaggeration but I was in a panic when I fouled up two nails grabbing my luggage the day prior. And for Tammy at The Nailtural, she was my saving grace. I picked this salon, out of the scores of salons in Temecula within 5 miles of my hotel and I'll tell you why. First, an online booking site thats actually updated. Lord, can everyone get on this so we don't have to call to make an appt. Secondly, the reviews and photos on Insta and Yelp were diverse in styles and shapes AND done by several techs- not just one. And lastly price, I don't consider myself frugal when it comes to my nails, but I'm a simple girl who generally gets the same thing (black almond) every time and it's not a 100$ service. I arrived about 10 mins early, the incredibly polite receptionist offered me a seat to wait and a beverage. Too bad I couldn't take her up on the offer of wine or champagne, I went with water. Despite this being a holiday (so I generally allow some grace time to be seated) and the 100% packed salon I was my chair with Tammy no later than 10 mins after my appt time. She was attentive, checked in with me several times to make sure the shape, and design (gasp, I got a small heart) we exactly how I wanted. She was done with my hybrid gel fill, and color right around the 45 minute mark from when I got seated. If you're wondering if you should come visit the salon, at least for a fill- my recommendation is absolutely. Now it's too bad I live so far away, but I'm keeping this place in my back pocket for the next time I'm here. read more

Their website makes it convenient enough to schedule ahead, but that's where my experience fell short a bit. I had to wait 20 minutes before I was able to get seen. They did let me know it would be a bit of a wait when I arrived, but that's the point of an appointment. Normally it wouldn't be a problem, but I used this time during my lunch hour of work, so timing is important. They have fun snack and drink offerings. The biggest downside of this salon, in my opinion, are the massage chairs that are typically a bonus of getting a spa pedicure. They have lush and wide chairs, but nothing extra. read more

My mom and I were visiting from the Bay Area and decided to get our nails done. We used yelp to find a salon and saw Nailtural had great reviews. We decided to try the experience for ourselves. The ambience was rustic, homey, warm, and welcoming. There was also a very calming scent present throughout the entirety of the salon. Everything was clean and we were informed that all of the products they use are natural, no chemicals, hence the name. In addition to the vibe, the technicians, as well as the manager, were very kind and attentive. We were serviced by Ly and Trish. Ly did my pedicure and Trish did my moms mani/pedi. Ly did an excellent job on my pedicure. He made sure to do a thorough cleaning and gave me a nice massage. He also did a spectacular paint job. Likewise, Trish was extremely sweet and went above and beyond to ensure my mom and I had a wonderful experience.
