My nail tech today also did a lovely job with the nail design. She was very skilled and meticulous with her work (grooming, polish and design) so I expect this set will last longer than my last. If you're getting a Russian mani, take note that you can expect it to take nearly 2 hours, so feed the parking meter accordingly. Overall, I am happy with my experience and will be back. :)

My mother-in-law has gone here for years so I thought I would just go back and ask her to fix them but after reading other reviews, it seems Leann no longer enjoys her work. I would prefer to talk with her about it rather than leave a review but after the way I was treated, no thanks. First, I was grateful to get in last minute. I have a bad habit of nail biting and my nails were not in good shape. Still, that doesn't mean I don't know what a quality manicure should be like. She told me on the phone it would be $60 then when I got there she said oh it's $10 extra for French tip. I mentioned French on the phone... Then I wanted round or natural shape and she rudely told me it won't look good because my nail bed is too short. I trusted her because she is the expert but she literally sighed and nearly slammed her hands on the table out of annoyance and said "I'll do it if you want." I took her advice and went with square. Throughout our appointment, basically all she said to me was repeatedly telling me don't bite my nails. Yes, I got it, thanks. She was yelling at her employee throughout and at one point knocked liquid all over my arm and hands from waving her hands around at her. Didn't say sorry or excuse me, nothing. Loved having that liquid burning my hand I did notice that there was a lot of dried stuff all over at the end so I had to ask for lotion because a hand massage is the last thing you'll be getting here. I shouldn't have tipped but did so I spent $84 for a bad attitude, judgment, and a chunky, uneven, bad manicure. Should have just kept my bad nails to begin with. Leann's might have been a nice place at one point in time and it's too bad this is what it's become. My pictures don't even fully show how bad it is. This is no way to treat your customers, especially with the product you are delivering.

After mentioning that to my friend she told me to go to Vena and see Amy. Making my appointment online was super easy and check in when I got there was the same way. I got to sit and pick my color while I waited for a chair to open up and was then offered water or tea while I got my nails done. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work for both the pedicure and manicure. I felt like the application had been rushed at the other place I had initially gotten the gel x applied, so I decided to try out Kim's instead. And I'm very happy I did. Annie did my nails and took great care in looking at my detailed design idea, asking me what colors I wanted and checking in multiple times to ask if I liked it. My manicure and pedicure are still perfectly intact 3 weeks later. I will say, I would probably give 4.5 stars if I could, just because the pedicure took a long time as the girl doing it was on phone calls/FaceTimes the whole time and kept texting on her phone. That was strange to me, but the gel pedicure has lasted much longer than at the previous place I went to so I'm happy about that. I also did have to wait 20ish minutes after my scheduled reservation time which wasn't ideal. Overall a good experience and will definitely consider going back for my nails again!

My first time coming in I saw Jojo, then Hannah, then Cherry, all great work. Today I saw Lee who is also the manager and watching her work I was in awe. She was doing my builder gel mani while booking appointments, managing walk ins, checking out customers and answering calls texts, I don't know how she does it all without error but I can see why she's in charge. They are quite busy, so I recommend booking an appointment and coming during slower hours (it's never empty though!) sometimes I find myself waiting after walking in on a weekday afternoon or morning even because their customers always come back. No matter what they always find a way to get me in. They are very transparent with pricing, they will tell you how much everything is, add ons shape change etc. and it is good that they do this. This is not a cheap salon, they charge fairly for their quality of work. The employees seem happy.
